Mark 8
1 In those days the multitude being very great, and not having what they may eat, Jesus having called near his disciples, saith to them,
၁ထို အခါ စုဝေး သောသူအလွန် များ၍ စားစရာ မ ရှိ လျှင် ၊ ယေရှုသည် တပည့် တော်တို့ကို ခေါ် ၍၊
2 'I have compassion upon the multitude, because now three days they do continue with me, and they have not what they may eat;
၂ဤ လူ များကို ငါသနား ၏။ သုံး ရက် ပတ်လုံး ငါ နှင့်အတူရှိ ကြပြီ။ စားစရာ အလျှင်း မ ရှိ ။”
3 and if I shall let them away fasting to their home, they will faint in the way, for certain of them are come from far.'
၃“အချို့ တို့သည် အဝေး က လာ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အစာမစားမှီ သူ တို့အိမ် သို့ ငါလွှတ် လျှင် လမ်း ခရီး၌ မော ကြ လိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
4 And his disciples answered him, 'Whence shall any one be able these here to feed with bread in a wilderness?'
၄တပည့် တော်တို့ကလည်း ၊ ဤ တော အရပ်၌ ဤသူ တို့ကို အဘယ်သို့ ဝ စွာကျွေး နိုင် မည်နည်းဟု လျှောက် ကြသော်၊
5 And he was questioning them, 'How many loaves have ye?' and they said, 'Seven.'
၅ကိုယ်တော်က၊ သင်တို့တွင် မုန့် ဘယ်နှစ် လုံး ရှိ ပါသနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင် ၊ မုန့်ခုနှစ် လုံးရှိပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
6 And he commanded the multitude to sit down upon the ground, and having taken the seven loaves, having given thanks, he brake, and was giving to his disciples that they may set before [them]; and they did set before the multitude.
၆ထိုအခါ “လူ အစုအဝေးကို မြေ ပေါ်မှာ လျောင်း ကြစေ ဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။ မုန့် ခုနစ် လုံးကိုလည်း ယူ ၍ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပြီးမှမုန့်ကိုဖဲ့ ၍ လူများတို့ရှေ့၌ ထည့် စေခြင်းငှာ တပည့် တော်တို့အား ပေး တော်မူသည် အတိုင်း သူတို့သည် ထည့် ကြ၏။
7 And they had a few small fishes, and having blessed, he said to set them also before [them];
၇အနည်းငယ် မျှသော ငါး ကောင်ကလေးလည်း ရှိ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပြီးမှ လူများရှေ့၌ ထည့် စေခြင်းငှာမိန့် တော်မူ၏။
8 and they did eat and were filled, and they took up that which was over of broken pieces — seven baskets;
၈ထိုသူတို့သည် စား ၍ ဝ ကြပြီးမှ ကြွင်းရစ် သောအကျိုးအပဲ့ ကို ကောက်သိမ်း ၍ ခုနစ် တောင်း အပြည့် ရကြ၏။
9 and those eating were about four thousand. And he let them away,
၉စားသောသူအရေအတွက်ကား၊ လူလေးထောင် မျှလောက် ရှိ သတည်း။ ထိုသူ တို့ကို လွှတ် တော်မူပြီးမှ ၊
10 and immediately having entered into the boat with his disciples, he came to the parts of Dalmanutha,
၁၀တပည့် တော်တို့နှင့်တကွ လှေ ထဲသို့ ချက်ခြင်း ဝင် ၍ ၊ ဒါလမနုသ ကျေးလက် သို့ ရောက် တော်မူ၏။
11 and the Pharisees came forth, and began to dispute with him, seeking from him a sign from the heaven, tempting him;
၁၁ထိုအခါ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည် ထွက်လာ ၍ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် ဆွေးနွေး ငြင်းခုံသည်တွင် စုံစမ်း နှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းငှာ၊ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်က ဖြစ်သော နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာကို တောင်း ကြ၏။
12 and having sighed deeply in his spirit, he saith, 'Why doth this generation seek after a sign? Verily I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.'
၁၂ကိုယ်တော် သည် စိတ် နှလုံးညည်းတွား သံကို ပြုတော်မူလျက် ဤ လူမျိုး သည်နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာကိုအဘယ်ကြာင့် တောင်း သနည်း။ငါအမှန် ဆို သည်ကားဤ လူမျိုး အား နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာကို မ ပြ ရ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူပြီးလျှင်၊
13 And having left them, having entered again into the boat, he went away to the other side;
၁၃ထိုသူ တို့ရှိရာမှထွက် ၍ တစ်ဖန် လှေထဲသို့ ဝင် ပြီးလျှင်ကမ်းတစ်ဘက် သို့ ပြန် တော်မူ၏။
14 and they forgot to take loaves, and except one loaf they had nothing with them in the boat,
၁၄တပည့်တော်တို့သည် မုန့် ကိုယူ ခြင်းငှာမေ့လျော့ ကြသဖြင့် ၊ လှေ ပေါ်မှာ သူ တို့၌ မုန့် တစ်လုံးတည်း သာ ရှိ ၏။
15 and he was charging them, saying, 'Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod,'
၁၅ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း ၊ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့၏တဆေး ကို၎င်း ၊ ဟေရုဒ် ၏တဆေး ကို၎င်း၊ သတိ နှင့်ကြဉ်ရှောင် ကြ ဟု ပညတ် တော်မူ၏။
16 and they were reasoning with one another, saying — 'Because we have no loaves.'
၁၆တပည့်တော်တို့ကိုလည်း ၊ ငါတို့၌ မုန့် မ ပါ သောကြောင့် ဤစကားကို မိန့်တော်မူသည်ဟု အချင်းချင်း ဆွေးနွေး ပြောဆိုကြ၏။
17 And Jesus having known, saith to them, 'Why do ye reason, because ye have no loaves? do ye not yet perceive, nor understand, yet have ye your heart hardened?
၁၇ယေရှုသည် သိ တော်မူလျှင် ၊ သင်တို့၌ မုန့် မ ပါ သည်ကိုထောက် ၍ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အချင်းချင်းဆွေးနွေး ပြောဆိုကြသနည်း။ ယခုတိုင်အောင်နှလုံး မ သွင်း၊ နား မ လည်ကြသလော။ သင် တို့ စိတ် နှလုံးမိုက် သေး သလော။”
18 Having eyes, do ye not see? and having ears, do ye not hear? and do ye not remember?
၁၈မျက်စိ ရှိ လျက်ပင်မ မြင် ၊ နား ရှိ လျက်ပင် မ ကြား ၊ စိတ်မ အောက်မေ့ ဘဲနေကြသလော။”
19 When the five loaves I did brake to the five thousand, how many hand-baskets full of broken pieces took ye up?' they say to him, 'Twelve.'
၁၉မုန့် ငါး လုံးကို လူငါးထောင် အား ငါဖဲ့ သောအခါ အကျိုးအပဲ့ ဘယ်နှစ် တောင်း ကောက်သိမ်း သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊ တစ်ဆယ့်နှစ် တောင်းကောက်သိမ်းပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
20 'And when the seven to the four thousand, how many hand-baskets full of broken pieces took ye up?' and they said, 'Seven.'
၂၀“မုန့်ခုနစ် လုံးကို လူလေးထောင် အား ငါဖဲ့သောအခါ အကျိုးအပဲ့ ဘယ်နှစ် တောင်း ကောက်သိမ်း သနည်း ဟု မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊ ခုနစ် တောင်းကောက်သိမ်းပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
21 And he said to them, 'How do ye not understand?'
၂၁သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ သင် တို့သည် နားမ လည်ဘဲ အဘယ်သို့နေကြသနည်း” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
22 And he cometh to Bethsaida, and they bring to him one blind, and call upon him that he may touch him,
၂၂ဗက်ဇဲဒ မြို့သို့ ရောက် တော်မူလျှင် ၊ လူကန်း တစ်ယောက်ကို အထံ တော်သို့ဆောင်ခဲ့ ၍ ၊ ထိုသူ ကို တို့ တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း တောင်းပန် ကြ၏။
23 and having taken the hand of the blind man, he led him forth without the village, and having spit on his eyes, having put [his] hands on him, he was questioning him if he doth behold anything:
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူကန်း ကိုလက် ဆွဲ ၍ မြို့ ပြင် သို့ ထွက် ပြီးမှ ၊ သူ၏ မျက်စိ ကို တံထွေးနှင့်ထွေး ၍ သူ့ အပေါ်မှာလက် တော်ကိုတင် လျက်၊ သင်သည် တစ်စုံတစ်ခု ကို မြင်သလော ဟု မေး တော်မူ၏။
24 and he, having looked up, said, 'I behold men, as I see trees, walking.'
၂၄ထိုသူသည် ကြည့်မျှော် လျှင် ၊ လူ တို့သည် သစ်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ လှမ်းသွား သည်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မြင် ပါသည် ဟု လျှောက် ၏။
25 Afterwards again he put [his] hands on his eyes, and made him look up, and he was restored, and discerned all things clearly,
၂၅နောက်တစ်ဖန် သူ၏ မျက်စိ ပေါ်မှာ လက် တော်ကိုတင် ၍ ကြည့်မျှော် စေတော်မူလျှင် ၊ သူသည် ပကတိ အဖြစ်သို့ ရောက်၍ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ရှင်းလင်း စွာမြင် လေ၏။
26 and he sent him away to his house, saying, 'Neither to the village mayest thou go, nor tell [it] to any in the village.'
၂၆ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ မြို့ ထဲသို့ မ ဝင် နှင့်။ မြို့၌ အဘယ်သူကိုမျှမပြောနှင့် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၍ သူ့ ကို မိမိ နေရာ သို့ လွှတ် လိုက်လေ၏။
27 And Jesus went forth, and his disciples, to the villages of Caesarea Philippi, and in the way he was questioning his disciples, saying to them, 'Who do men say me to be?'
၂၇ယေရှု သည် ဖိလိပ္ပု ကဲသရိ မြို့၏ ကျေးလက် သို့ တပည့် တော်တို့နှင့်တကွ ကြွ တော်မူစဉ် ၊ လမ်း ခရီး၌ လူ များတို့သည် ငါ့ ကို အဘယ်သူ ဖြစ် သည်ဆို ကြသနည်း ဟု တပည့် တော်တို့ကို မေးမြန်း တော်မူလျှင်၊
28 And they answered, 'John the Baptist, and others Elijah, but others one of the prophets.'
၂၈လူအချို့က၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဗတ္တိဇံ ဆရာယောဟန် ဖြစ်သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ အချို့ က ဧလိယ ဖြစ်သည် ဟူ၍၎င်း ၊ အချို့ က ပရောဖက် တပါးပါး ဖြစ်သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း ဆို ကြပါ၏ဟု လျှောက် ကြသော်၊
29 And he saith to them, 'And ye — who do ye say me to be?' and Peter answering saith to him, 'Thou art the Christ.'
၂၉သင် တို့လည်း ငါ့ ကို အဘယ်သူ ဖြစ် သည် ဆို ကြသနည်း ဟု မေးမြန်း တော်မူလျှင် ၊ ပေတရု က၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ခရစ်တော် ဖြစ် တော်မူသည်ဟု လျှောက် လေ၏။
30 And he strictly charged them that they may tell no one about it,
၃၀ကိုယ်တော် ၏အကြောင်း ကို အဘယ်သူ အားမျှမပြော စိမ့်သောငှာတပည့် တော်တို့ကို ပညတ် တော်မူ၏။
31 and began to teach them, that it behoveth the Son of Man to suffer many things, and to be rejected by the elders, and chief priests, and scribes, and to be killed, and after three days to rise again;
၃၁ထိုမှတစ်ပါး၊ လူ သား သည်များစွာ ခံရ မည်။ လူ အကြီးအကဲ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီး၊ ကျမ်းပြု ဆရာတို့၏ ငြင်းပယ် ခြင်းကို၎င်း ၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကို၎င်းခံရမည်။ သုံး ရက်မြောက် သောနေ့ ၌ ထမြောက် လိမ့်မည် ဟူသော အကြောင်းများကို တပည့် တော်တို့အား ပြ စ ပြုတော်မူ၏။
32 and openly he was speaking the word. And Peter having taken him aside, began to rebuke him,
၃၂ထိုသို့အတည့်အလင်း ပြတော်မူသောကြောင့် ပေတရု သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မိမိ နှင့်အတူခေါ် ၍ အပြစ်တင် သောစကား ကို လျှောက် သော် ၊
33 and he, having turned, and having looked on his disciples, rebuked Peter, saying, 'Get behind me, Adversary, because thou dost not mind the things of God, but the things of men.'
၃၃ကိုယ်တော်သည် မျက်နှာတော်ကိုလှည့် ၍ တပည့် တော်တို့ကိုကြည့်ရှု လျက်၊ အချင်းရန်သူ ၊ ငါ့ နောက် သို့ ဆုတ် လော့။ သင်သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏အရာ ကို စိတ်မ စွဲလမ်း ၊ လူ တို့၏အရာ ကိုသာ စွဲလမ်းသည် ဟူ၍ပေတရု ကို ဆုံးမ တော်မူ၏။
34 And having called near the multitude, with his disciples, he said to them, 'Whoever doth will to come after me — let him disown himself, and take up his cross, and follow me;
၃၄ထိုအခါ တပည့် တော်တို့နှင့် ပရိသတ် များကို ခေါ် တော်မူပြီးလျှင်၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ငါ ၌ဆည်းကပ် ခြင်းငှာအလိုရှိ ၏။ ထိုသူသည် ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် ငြင်းပယ် ရမည်။ ကိုယ် လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင် ကို ထမ်း ၍ ငါ့ နောက်သို့ လိုက် ရမည်။”
35 for whoever may will to save his life shall lose it; and whoever may lose his life for my sake and for the good news' sake, he shall save it;
၃၅အကြင်သူ သည် မိမိ အသက် ကို ကယ်ဆယ် ခြင်းငှာအလိုရှိ ၏။ ထိုသူသည် အသက် ရှုံး လိမ့်မည်။ အကြင်သူ သည် ငါ့ ကြောင့် ၎င်း ၊ ဧဝံဂေလိ တရားကြောင့်၎င်း အသက် ရှုံး ၏။ ထိုသူသည် မိမိ အသက် ကို ကယ်ဆယ် လိမ့်မည်။”
36 for what shall it profit a man, if he may gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?
၃၆လူ သည်ဤ စကြဝဠာ ကို အကြွင်းမဲ့ အစိုးရ ၍ မိမိ အသက် ဝိညာဉ်ရှုံး လျှင် အဘယ် ကျေးဇူး ရှိသနည်း။”
37 Or what shall a man give as an exchange for his life?
၃၇မိမိ အသက် ဝိညာဉ်ကို အဘယ် ဥစ္စာနှင့် ရွေး နိုင်သနည်း။”
38 for whoever may be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also shall be ashamed of him, when he may come in the glory of his Father, with the holy messengers.'
၃၈“မျောက်မထား သော ဤ လူမျိုး ဆိုး တွင် အကြင်သူ သည် ငါ့ ကို၎င်း ၊ ငါ့ စကား ကို၎င်းရှက် ၏။ လူ သား သည် မိမိ အဘခမည်းတော် ၏ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်ကို ဆောင် လျက်၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော ကောင်းကင် တမန် အခြံအရံတို့နှင့် ကြွလာ သောအခါ ထိုသူ ကို ရှက် တော်မူလတံ့။
