Leviticus 27

1 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

௧பின்னும் யெகோவா மோசேயை நோக்கி:

2 'Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When a man maketh a wonderful vow, by thy valuation the persons [are] Jehovah's.

௨“நீ இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: யாராவது ஒருவர் ஒரு விசேஷித்த பொருத்தனை செய்திருந்தால், பொருத்தனை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் உன் மதிப்பின்படி யெகோவாவுக்கு உரியவர்கள்.

3 When thy valuation hath been of the male from a son of twenty years even unto a son of sixty years, then hath been thy valuation fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary.

௩இருபது வயதுமுதல் அறுபது வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண் ஒருவனை நீ பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலாகிய ஐம்பது வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,

4 And if it [is] a female — then hath thy valuation been thirty shekels;

௪பெண் ஒருவளை முப்பது சேக்கலாகவும் மதிப்பாயாக.

5 and if from a son of five years even unto a son of twenty years — then hath thy valuation been of the male twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;

௫ஐந்து வயதுமுதல் இருபது வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை இருபது சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையைப் பத்துச்சேக்கலாகவும்,

6 and if from a son of a month even unto a son of five years — then hath thy valuation been of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation [is] three shekels of silver;

௬ஒரு மாதம்முதல் ஐந்து வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை ஐந்து வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையை மூன்று வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,

7 and if from a son of sixty years and above — if a male, then hath thy valuation been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.

௭அறுபது வயதுதொடங்கி, அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்களைப் பதினைந்து சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்களைப் பத்துச் சேக்கலாகவும் மதிக்கக்கடவாய்.

8 'And if he is poorer than thy valuation, then he hath presented himself before the priest, and the priest hath valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing doth reach doth the priest value him.

௮உன் மதிப்பின்படி செலுத்தமுடியாத ஏழையாக இருந்தால், அவன் ஆசாரியனுக்கு முன்பாக வந்து நிற்கக்கடவன்; ஆசாரியன் அவனை மதிப்பானாக; பொருத்தனைசெய்தவனுடைய தகுதிக்குத் தக்கபடி ஆசாரியன் அவனை மதிக்கக்கடவன்.

9 'And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near an offering to Jehovah, all that [one] giveth of it to Jehovah is holy;

௯“ஒருவன் பொருத்தனைசெய்தது யெகோவாவுக்குப் பலியிடப்படத்தக்க மிருகமானால் அவன் யெகோவாவுக்குக் கொடுக்கிற அவைகளெல்லாம் பரிசுத்தமாக இருப்பதாக.

10 he doth not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really change beast for beast, — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy.

௧0அதை மாற்றாமலும் வேறுபடுத்தாமலும் இருப்பானாக; இளைத்துப்போனதற்குப் பதிலாக நலமானதையும், நலமானதற்குப் பதிலாக இளைத்துப்போனதையும் செலுத்தாமல் இருப்பானாக; அவன் மிருகத்திற்குப் பதிலாக மிருகத்தை மாற்றிக் கொடுப்பானாகில், அப்பொழுது அதுவும் அதற்குப் பதிலாகக் கொடுத்ததும் பரிசுத்தமாக இருப்பதாக.

11 'And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near an offering to Jehovah, then he hath presented the beast before the priest,

௧௧அது யெகோவாவுக்குப் பலியிடப்படத்தகாத சுத்தமில்லாத மிருகமானால், அதை ஆசாரியனுக்கு முன்பாக நிறுத்தக்கடவன்.

12 and the priest hath valued it; whether good or bad, according to thy valuation, O priest, so it is;

௧௨ஆசாரியன் அது நல்லதானாலும் இளைத்ததானாலும் அதை மதிப்பீடு செய்வானாக; உன் மதிப்பின்படியே இருப்பதாக.

13 and if he really redeem it, then he hath added its fifth to thy valuation.

௧௩அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தானாகில், உன் மதிப்போடே ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

14 'And when a man sanctifieth his house, a holy thing to Jehovah, then hath the priest valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest doth value it so it standeth;

௧௪“ஒருவன் தன் வீட்டைக் யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், ஆசாரியன் அதின் நலத்திற்கும், நிலைமைக்கும் தக்கதாக அதை மதிக்கக்கடவன்; ஆசாரியன் மதிக்கிறபடி அது இருப்பதாக.

15 and if he who is sanctifying doth redeem his house, then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath become his.

௧௫தன் வீட்டைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டவன் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தால், நீ மதிக்கும் பொருளுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது அது அவனுடையதாகும்.

16 'And if of the field of his possession a man sanctify to Jehovah, then hath thy valuation been according to its seed; a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;

௧௬“ஒருவன் தனக்குச் சொந்தமான வயலில் யாதொரு பங்கைக் யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், உன் மதிப்பு அதின் விதைப்புக்குத்தக்கதாக இருக்கவேண்டும்; ஒரு கலம் வாற்கோதுமை விதைக்கிற வயல் ஐம்பது வெள்ளிச் சேக்கலாக மதிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.

17 if from the year of the jubilee he sanctify his field, according to thy valuation it standeth;

௧௭யூபிலி வருடம்முதல் அவன் தன் வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், அது உன் மதிப்பின்படி இருக்கவேண்டும்.

18 and if after the jubilee he sanctify his field, then hath the priest reckoned to him the money according to the years which are left, unto the year of the jubilee, and it hath been abated from thy valuation.

௧௮யூபிலி வருடத்திற்குப்பின் தன் வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டானானால், யூபிலி வருடம்வரையுள்ள மற்ற வருடங்களின்படியே ஆசாரியன் பொருட்களைக் கணக்குப்பார்த்து, அதற்குத் தக்கதை உன் மதிப்பீட்டில் தள்ளுபடி செய்யவேண்டும்.

19 'And if he really redeem the field — he who is sanctifying it — then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath been established to him;

௧௯வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டவன் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தால், உன் மதிப்பான பொருட்களுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கை சேர்த்துக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது அது அவனுக்கு உறுதியாகும்.

20 and if he do not redeem the field, or if he hath sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed any more;

௨0அவன் வயலை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளாமல், வயலை வேறொருவனுக்கு விற்றுப்போட்டால், அது திரும்ப மீட்கப்படாமல்,

21 and the field hath been, in its going out in the jubilee, holy to Jehovah as a field which is devoted; to the priest is its possession.

௨௧யூபிலி வருடத்தில் மீட்கப்படும்போது, சாபத்தீடான வயலாகக் யெகோவாவுக்கென்று நியமிக்கப்பட்டதாக இருப்பதாக; அது ஆசாரியனுக்குச் சொந்தமான நிலமாகும்.

22 'And if the field of his purchase (which [is] not of the fields of his possession) [one] sanctify to Jehovah —

௨௨ஒருவன் தனக்குச் சொந்தமான வயலாக இல்லாமல், தான் விலைக்கு வாங்கின ஒரு வயலைக் யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால்,

23 then hath the priest reckoned to him the amount of thy valuation unto the year of jubilee, and he hath given thy valuation in that day — a holy thing to Jehovah;

௨௩அது யூபிலி வருடம்வரை, உன் மதிப்பின்படி பெறும்விலை இன்னதென்று ஆசாரியன் அவனோடே கணக்குப்பார்த்து, அந்த உன் மதிப்பை, யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கும்படி, அவன் அந்நாளிலே கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

24 in the year of the jubilee the field returneth to him from whom he bought it, to him whose [is] the possession of the land.

௨௪யார் கையிலே அந்த வயலை வாங்கினானோ, அந்த நிலத்திற்குச் சொந்தக்காரனிடம் அது யூபிலி வருடத்தில் திரும்பச்சேரும்.

25 And all thy valuation is by the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs is the shekel.

௨௫உன் மதிப்பீடெல்லாம் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துச் சேக்கல் கணக்காயிருக்கக்கடவது; ஒரு சேக்கலானது இருபது கேரா.

26 'Only, a firstling which is Jehovah's firstling among beasts — no man doth sanctify it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] Jehovah's.

௨௬“முதற்பிறந்தவைகள் யெகோவாவுடையது, ஆகையால் ஒருவரும் முதற்பிறந்தவைகளாகிய மிருகங்களைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொள்ளக்கூடாது; அது மாடானாலும் ஆடானாலும் யெகோவாவுடையது.

27 And if among the unclean beasts, then he hath ransomed [it] at thy valuation, and he hath added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it hath been sold at thy valuation.

௨௭சுத்தமல்லாத மிருகத்தினுடைய முதற்பிறந்ததாக இருந்தால், அதை அவன் உன் மதிப்பின்படி மீட்டுக்கொண்டு, அதனுடனே ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; மீட்கப்படாமலிருந்தால், உன் மதிப்பின்படி அது விற்கப்படக்கடவது.

28 'Only, no devoted thing which a man devoteth to Jehovah, of all that he hath, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to Jehovah.

௨௮“ஒருவன் தன்னிடத்திலுள்ள மனிதர்களிலாவது, மிருகங்களிலாவது, சொந்தமான நிலத்திலாவது, எதையாகிலும் யெகோவாவுக்கென்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், அது விற்கப்படவும் மீட்கப்படவும் கூடாது; நேர்ந்துகொள்ளப்பட்டவைகளெல்லாம் யெகோவாவுக்காகப் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கும்.

29 'No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.

௨௯மனிதர்களில் சாபத்தீடாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டவர்களெல்லாம் மீட்கப்படாமல் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவர்கள்.

30 And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah's — holy to Jehovah.

௩0“தேசத்திலே நிலத்தின் வித்திலும், மரங்களின் பழங்களிலும், தசமபாகம் எல்லாம் யெகோவாவுக்கு உரியது; அது யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது.

31 'And if a man really redeem [any] of his tithe, its fifth he addeth to it.

௩௧ஒருவன் தன் தசமபாகத்திலே எவ்வளவாவது மீட்டுக்கொள்ள விருப்பமாக இருந்தான் என்றால், அதனுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

32 'And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock — all that passeth by under the rod — the tenth is holy to Jehovah;

௩௨மேய்ப்பனின் கோலின் கீழ்ப்பட்ட ஆடுமாடுகளிலே பத்தில் ஒரு பங்காகிறதெல்லாம் யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது.

33 he enquireth not between good and bad, nor doth he change it; and if he really change it — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.'

௩௩அது நல்லதோ குறைபாடுள்ளதோ என்று அவன் பார்க்கவேண்டாம்; அதை மாற்றவும் வேண்டாம்; மாற்றினால், அதுவும் அதற்குப் பதிலாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதுமாகிய இரண்டும் பரிசுத்தமாகும்; அது மீட்கப்படக்கூடாதென்று அவர்களோடே சொல்” என்றார்.

34 These [are] the commands which Jehovah hath commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, in mount Sinai.

௩௪இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்குச் சொல்லும்படி யெகோவா சீனாய்மலையில் மோசேக்கு விதித்த கட்டளைகள் இவைகளே.
