Leviticus 27
1 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
Und Jehova redete zu Mose und sprach:
2 'Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When a man maketh a wonderful vow, by thy valuation the persons [are] Jehovah's.
Rede zu den Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn jemand ein Gelübde erfüllt, [Eig. absondert, weiht] so sollen die Seelen nach deiner Schätzung für Jehova sein.
3 When thy valuation hath been of the male from a son of twenty years even unto a son of sixty years, then hath been thy valuation fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary.
Und es sei deine Schätzung eines Mannes [Eig. eines Männlichen] von zwanzig Jahren alt bis zu sechzig Jahren alt, und zwar sei deine Schätzung fünfzig Sekel Silber, nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums;
4 And if it [is] a female — then hath thy valuation been thirty shekels;
Und wenn es ein Weib [Eig. ein Weibliches] ist, so sei deine Schätzung dreißig Sekel.
5 and if from a son of five years even unto a son of twenty years — then hath thy valuation been of the male twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
Und wenn es von fünf Jahren alt bis zu zwanzig Jahren alt ist, so sei deine Schätzung einer männlichen Person [Eig. eines Männlichen] zwanzig Sekel, und einer weiblichen zehn Sekel;
6 and if from a son of a month even unto a son of five years — then hath thy valuation been of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
Und wenn es von einem Monat alt bis zu fünf Jahren alt ist, so sei deine Schätzung eines Knaben [Eig. eines Männlichen] fünf Sekel Silber, und deine Schätzung eines Mädchens [Eig. eines Weiblichen] drei Sekel Silber;
7 and if from a son of sixty years and above — if a male, then hath thy valuation been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
und wenn es von sechzig Jahren alt und darüber ist, so sei deine Schätzung, wenn es ein Mann ist, fünfzehn Sekel, und eines Weibes zehn Sekel.
8 'And if he is poorer than thy valuation, then he hath presented himself before the priest, and the priest hath valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing doth reach doth the priest value him.
Und wenn der Gelobende [W. wenn er] zu arm ist für deine Schätzung, so soll man ihn vor den Priester stellen, und der Priester soll ihn schätzen; nach Verhältnis dessen, was die Hand des Gelobenden aufbringen kann, soll der Priester ihn schätzen.
9 'And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near an offering to Jehovah, all that [one] giveth of it to Jehovah is holy;
Und wenn es ein Vieh ist, wovon man Jehova eine Opfergabe darbringt, [d. h. welches zum Opfer tauglich ist] so soll alles, was man Jehova davon [d. h. von dieser Art Vieh] gibt, heilig sein.
10 he doth not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really change beast for beast, — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy.
Man soll es nicht auswechseln noch vertauschen, ein gutes um ein schlechtes, oder ein schlechtes um ein gutes; und wenn man dennoch Vieh um Vieh vertauscht, so wird dasselbe heilig und das eingetauschte heilig sein.
11 'And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near an offering to Jehovah, then he hath presented the beast before the priest,
Und wenn es irgend ein unreines Vieh ist, wovon man Jehova keine Opfergabe darbringt, so soll man das Vieh vor den Priester stellen,
12 and the priest hath valued it; whether good or bad, according to thy valuation, O priest, so it is;
und der Priester soll es schätzen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei; nach deiner, des Priesters, Schätzung, also soll es sein.
13 and if he really redeem it, then he hath added its fifth to thy valuation.
Wenn man es aber lösen will, so soll man zu deiner Schätzung ein Fünftel hinzufügen.
14 'And when a man sanctifieth his house, a holy thing to Jehovah, then hath the priest valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest doth value it so it standeth;
Und wenn jemand sein Haus heiligt, daß es Jehova heilig sei, so soll es der Priester schätzen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei; so wie der Priester es schätzt, also soll es festgestellt sein.
15 and if he who is sanctifying doth redeem his house, then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath become his.
Und wenn der Heiligende sein Haus lösen will, so soll er das Fünftel des Geldes deiner Schätzung darüber hinzufügen, und es soll ihm gehören.
16 'And if of the field of his possession a man sanctify to Jehovah, then hath thy valuation been according to its seed; a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
Und wenn jemand von dem Felde seines Eigentums Jehova heiligt, so soll deine Schätzung nach Verhältnis seiner Aussaat sein: ein Homer Gerste Aussaat zu fünfzig Sekel Silber.
17 if from the year of the jubilee he sanctify his field, according to thy valuation it standeth;
Wenn er vom Jubeljahre an sein Feld heiligt, so soll es nach deiner Schätzung festgestellt sein;
18 and if after the jubilee he sanctify his field, then hath the priest reckoned to him the money according to the years which are left, unto the year of the jubilee, and it hath been abated from thy valuation.
und wenn er nach dem Jubeljahre sein Feld heiligt, so soll der Priester ihm das Geld berechnen nach dem Verhältnis der Jahre, die bis zum Jubeljahre übrig sind, und es soll von deiner Schätzung abgezogen werden.
19 'And if he really redeem the field — he who is sanctifying it — then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath been established to him;
Wenn aber der Heiligende das Feld lösen will, so soll er das Fünftel des Geldes deiner Schätzung darüber hinzufügen, und es soll ihm verbleiben.
20 and if he do not redeem the field, or if he hath sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed any more;
Und wenn er das Feld nicht löst, oder wenn er das Feld einem anderen Manne verkauft, so kann es nicht wieder gelöst werden;
21 and the field hath been, in its going out in the jubilee, holy to Jehovah as a field which is devoted; to the priest is its possession.
und das Feld soll, wenn es im Jubeljahre frei ausgeht, Jehova heilig sein, wie ein verbanntes [d. h. geweihtes; s. Vorrede und hier v 28] Feld; es soll dem Priester als Eigentum gehören.
22 'And if the field of his purchase (which [is] not of the fields of his possession) [one] sanctify to Jehovah —
Und wenn er ein von ihm erkauftes Feld, das nicht zum Felde seines Eigentums gehört, Jehova heiligt,
23 then hath the priest reckoned to him the amount of thy valuation unto the year of jubilee, and he hath given thy valuation in that day — a holy thing to Jehovah;
so soll ihm der Priester den Betrag deiner Schätzung berechnen bis zum Jubeljahre; und er soll deine Schätzung am gleichen Tage, als ein dem Jehova Heiliges, entrichten.
24 in the year of the jubilee the field returneth to him from whom he bought it, to him whose [is] the possession of the land.
Im Jubeljahre soll das Feld wieder an den kommen, von welchem er es gekauft hatte, an den, welchem das Land eigentümlich gehörte.
25 And all thy valuation is by the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs is the shekel.
Und all deine Schätzung soll nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums geschehen; zwanzig Gera soll der Sekel sein.
26 'Only, a firstling which is Jehovah's firstling among beasts — no man doth sanctify it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] Jehovah's.
Nur das Erstgeborene unter dem Vieh, das als Erstgeburt Jehova gehört, [W. das dem Jehova erstgeboren wird] das soll kein Mensch heiligen; sei es ein Stück Rind- oder Kleinvieh, es gehört Jehova.
27 And if among the unclean beasts, then he hath ransomed [it] at thy valuation, and he hath added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it hath been sold at thy valuation.
Wenn es aber vom unreinen Vieh ist, so soll man es lösen nach deiner Schätzung und dessen Fünftel darüber hinzufügen; und wenn es nicht gelöst wird, so soll es verkauft werden nach deiner Schätzung. -
28 'Only, no devoted thing which a man devoteth to Jehovah, of all that he hath, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to Jehovah.
Jedoch alles Verbannte, das jemand dem Jehova verbannt, von allem, was sein ist, es seien Menschen oder Vieh oder Feld seines Eigentums, soll nicht verkauft und nicht gelöst werden; alles Verbannte ist dem Jehova hochheilig.
29 'No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
Alles Verbannte, das an Menschen verbannt wird, soll nicht gelöst werden: es soll gewißlich getötet werden.
30 And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah's — holy to Jehovah.
Und aller Zehnte des Landes, vom Samen des Landes, von der Frucht der Bäume, gehört Jehova; er ist Jehova heilig.
31 'And if a man really redeem [any] of his tithe, its fifth he addeth to it.
Wenn aber jemand von seinem Zehnten lösen will, so soll er dessen Fünftel hinzufügen.
32 'And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock — all that passeth by under the rod — the tenth is holy to Jehovah;
Und aller Zehnte vom Rind- und Kleinvieh, von allem, was unter dem Stabe [d. h. des Hirten] vorüberzieht, das Zehnte soll Jehova heilig sein;
33 he enquireth not between good and bad, nor doth he change it; and if he really change it — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.'
man soll nicht untersuchen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei, und soll es nicht vertauschen; und wenn man es dennoch vertauscht, so wird dasselbe heilig und das eingetauschte heilig sein; es soll nicht gelöst werden.
34 These [are] the commands which Jehovah hath commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, in mount Sinai.
Das sind die Gebote, welche Jehova dem Mose auf dem Berge Sinai an die Kinder Israel aufgetragen hat.
