1 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
Awo Mukama Katonda n’agamba Musa nti,
2 'This is a law of the leper, in the day of his cleansing, that he hath been brought in unto the priest,
“Lino lye tteeka erinaagobererwanga ku lunaku omugenge lw’anaafuulibwanga omulongoofu mu ngeri entongole ng’aleeteddwa eri kabona.
3 and the priest hath gone out unto the outside of the camp, and the priest hath seen, and lo, the plague of leprosy hath ceased from the leper,
Kabona anaafulumanga n’agenda ebweru w’olusiisira n’akebera omuntu oyo. Awo bw’anaasanganga ng’obulwadde bw’ebigenge bumuwonyeeko,
4 and the priest hath commanded, and he hath taken for him who is to be cleansed, two clean living birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop.
kabona anaalagiranga okuleetera omuntu oyo agenda okufuulibwa omulongoofu, ebinyonyi bibiri ebiramu ebirongoofu, n’omuti omwerezi, n’oluwuzi olumyufu, n’ezobu.
5 'And the priest hath commanded, and he hath slaughtered the one bird upon an earthen vessel, over running water;
Kabona anaalagiranga okuttira emu ku nnyonyi ziri ebbiri waggulu w’amazzi amalungi agali mu luggyo.
6 [as to] the living bird, he taketh it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and hath dipped them and the living bird in the blood of the slaughtered bird, over the running water,
Anaddiranga ennyonyi ennamu, awamu n’omuti omwerezi, n’oluwuzi olumyufu, n’ezobu, byonna ebyo n’abinnyika mu musaayi gw’ennyonyi enettirwanga waggulu w’amazzi amalungi.
7 and he hath sprinkled on him who is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and hath pronounced him clean, and hath sent out the living bird on the face of the field.
Anaamansiranga omusaayi emirundi musanvu ku oyo omulwadde w’ebigenge agenda okufuulibwa omulongoofu; era anaamulangiriranga nti mulongoofu. Ekinyonyi kiri ekiramu, kabona anaakirekanga n’ekibuuka n’ekigenda.
8 'And he who is to be cleansed hath washed his garments, and hath shaved all his hair, and hath bathed with water, and hath been clean, and afterwards he doth come in unto the camp, and hath dwelt at the outside of his tent seven days.
Omuntu oyo anaabanga agenda okufuulibwa omulongoofu anaayozanga engoye ze, n’amwako enviiri ze, n’anaaba mu mazzi, n’abeera mulongoofu. Ebyo nga biwedde anaayingiranga mu lusiisira, naye ajjanga kumala ennaku musanvu ng’asula bweru wa weema ye.
9 'And it hath been, on the seventh day — he shaveth all his hair, his head, and his beard, and his eyebrows, even all his hair he doth shave, and he hath washed his garments, and hath bathed his flesh with water, and hath been clean.
Ku lunaku olw’omusanvu omuntu oyo anaayongeranga okumwa ku mutwe gwe enviiri ze zonna, anaamwangako n’ebirevu bye, n’ebisige bye, n’obwoya obulala bwonna obumwebwa. Ate anaayozanga engoye ze, n’anaaba omubiri gwe gwonna mu mazzi, bw’atyo n’afuuka mulongoofu.
10 'And on the eighth day he taketh two lambs, perfect ones, and one ewe-lamb, daughter of a year, a perfect one, and three tenth deals of flour [for] a present, mixed with oil, and one log of oil.
“Ku lunaku olw’omunaana anaaleetanga abaana b’endiga abalume babiri abataliiko kamogo, n’omwana gw’endiga omuluusi nga gwa mwaka gumu ogw’obukulu, n’aleeterako n’obuwunga obulungi obw’emmere ey’empeke obuweza kilo ssatu obw’ekiweebwayo, ng’abutabudde mu mafuta, n’aleeterako n’ebbakuli y’amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni eweza desimoolo ssatu eza lita.
11 'And the priest who is cleansing hath caused the man who is to be cleansed to stand with them before Jehovah, at the opening of the tent of meeting,
Awo kabona ow’okulangiriranga omuntu oyo okuba omulongoofu, anaamuleetanga, awamu n’ebiweebwayo bye, awali Mukama Katonda mu mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu.
12 and the priest hath taken the one he-lamb, and hath brought it near for a guilt-offering, also the log of oil, and hath waved them — a wave offering before Jehovah.
Awo kabona anaddiranga omu ku baana b’endiga omulume n’aguwaayo awamu n’epakuli y’amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni, ng’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango, anaabiwuubanga ng’ekiweebwayo eri Mukama Katonda ekiwuubibwawuubibwa.
13 'And he hath slaughtered the lamb in the place where he slaughtereth the sin-offering and the burnt-offering, in the holy place; for like the sin-offering the guilt-offering is to the priest; it [is] most holy.
Omwana gw’endiga ogwo anaaguttiranga mu kifo ekitukuvu, ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi n’ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa we bittirwa. Okufaanana ng’ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi, ekiweebwayo olw’omusango nakyo kinaabanga kya kabona; nga kitukuvu nnyo.
14 'And the priest hath taken of the blood of the guilt-offering, and the priest hath put on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
Awo kabona anaatoolanga ku musaayi ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango n’agusiiga ku lukugiro lw’okutu okwa ddyo okw’oyo anaabeeranga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu, ne ku kinkumu eky’engalo ey’omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, ne ku kigere ekisajja eky’oku kugulu kwe okwa ddyo.
15 and the priest hath taken of the log of oil, and hath poured on the left palm of the priest,
Kabona anaddiranga ku mafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni ag’omu pakuli n’agafukako mu kibatu ky’omukono gwe ogwa kkono,
16 and the priest hath dipped his right finger in the oil which [is] on his left palm, and hath sprinkled of the oil with his finger seven times before Jehovah.
anannyikanga olunwe lwe olwa ddyo mu mafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni agali mu kibatu ky’omukono gwe ogwa kkono, n’amansira n’olunwe lwe ku mafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni emirundi musanvu awali Mukama Katonda.
17 'And of the residue of the oil which [is] on his palm, the priest putteth on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, on the blood of the guilt-offering;
Kabona anaddiranga agamu ku mafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni aganaabanga gasigadde mu kibatu kye n’agasiiga ku lukugiro lw’okutu kw’oyo anaabeeranga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu, ne ku kinkumu ky’engalo ey’omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, ne ku kigere ekisajja eky’oku kugulu kwe okwa ddyo, ng’agasiiga kungulu ku musaayi ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango.
18 and the remnant of the oil which [is] on the palm of the priest, he putteth on the head of him who is to be cleansed, and the priest hath made atonement for him before Jehovah.
Kabona anaddiranga amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni aganaabanga gasigadde mu kibatu kye n’agasiiga mu mutwe gw’oyo ajja okufuulibwa omulongoofu, n’amutangiririra awali Mukama.
19 'And the priest hath made the sin-offering, and hath made atonement for him who is to be cleansed from his uncleanness, and afterwards he doth slaughter the burnt-offering;
Kabona anaawangayo ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi, atangiririre oyo atali mulongoofu ajja okufuulibwa omulongoofu. Oluvannyuma kabona anattanga ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa,
20 and the priest hath caused the burnt-offering to ascend, also the present, on the altar, and the priest hath made atonement for him, and he hath been clean.
n’akiwaayo ku kyoto awamu n’ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke. Bw’atyo kabona anaatangiririranga omuntu oyo, n’afuuka mulongoofu.
21 'And if he [is] poor, and his hand is not reaching [these things], then he hath taken one lamb — a guilt-offering, for a wave-offering, to make atonement for him, and one-tenth deal of flour mixed with oil for a present, and a log of oil,
“Naye omuntu oyo bw’anaabanga omwavu ng’ebyo byonna tabisobola, anaaleetanga omwana gw’endiga omulume gumu okuba ekiweebwayo olw’omusango, ne kiwuubibwa okumutangiririranga, okwo n’agattirako ne kimu kya kkumi ekya efa eky’obuwunga obulungi ennyo obutabikiddwa mu mafuta, nga kye kiweebwayo eky’emmere y’empeke, n’agattako n’epakuli y’amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni;
22 and two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, which his hand reacheth to, and one hath been a sin-offering, and the one a burnt-offering;
n’amayiba abiri oba enjiibwa ento bbiri, ng’okufuna kwe bwe kunaamusobozesanga; emu eneebanga ya kiweebwayo olw’ekibi, endala nga ya kiweebwayo ekyokebwa.
23 and he hath brought them in on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, before Jehovah.
Ebyo byonna eby’okumufuula omulongoofu anaabireetanga eri kabona ku lunaku olw’omunaana, ku mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu, awali Mukama.
24 'And the priest hath taken the lamb of the guilt-offering, and the log of oil, and the priest hath waved them — a wave-offering before Jehovah;
Kabona anaddiranga omwana gw’endiga ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango, n’epakuli y’amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni, n’abiwuuba nga kye kiweebwayo ekiwuubibwawuubibwa awali Mukama.
25 and he hath slaughtered the lamb of the guilt-offering, and the priest hath taken of the blood of the guilt-offering, and hath put on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
Kabona anattanga omwana gw’endiga ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango; n’addira ogumu ku musaayi ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango, n’agusiiga ku lukugiro lw’okutu okwa ddyo okw’oyo anaabanga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu, era ne ku kinkumu eky’engalo ey’omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, ne ku kigere ekisajja eky’oku kugulu kwe okwa ddyo.
26 and the priest doth pour of the oil on the left palm of the priest;
Kabona anaafukanga agamu ku mafuta mu kibatu ky’omukono gwe ogwa kkono,
27 and the priest hath sprinkled with his right finger of the oil which [is] on his left palm, seven times before Jehovah.
n’amansira n’olunwe lwe olwa ddyo agamu ku mafuta ago agali mu kibatu ky’omukono gwe ogwa kkono, emirundi musanvu awali Mukama.
28 'And the priest hath put of the oil which [is] on his palm, on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, on the place of the blood of the guilt-offering;
Era kabona anaasiiganga agamu ku mafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni agali mu kibatu ky’omukono gwe ku lukugiro lw’okutu okwa ddyo okw’oyo anaabanga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu, ne ku kinkumu eky’engalo ey’omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, ne ku kigere ekisajja eky’oku kugulu kwe okwa ddyo, ng’agasiiga kungulu ku musaayi ogw’ekiweebwayo olw’omusango.
29 and the remnant of the oil which [is] on the palm of the priest he doth put on the head of him who is to be cleansed, to make atonement for him, before Jehovah.
Kabona anaddiranga amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni aganaabanga gasigadde mu kibatu kye, n’agasiiga ku mutwe gw’oyo anaabanga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu, okumutangiririra eri Mukama.
30 'And he hath made the one of the turtle-doves, or of the young pigeons (from that which his hand reacheth to,
Era anaawangayo, ng’obusobozi bwe gye bunaakomanga, amayiba oba enjiibwa ento,
31 [even] that which his hand reacheth to), the one a sin-offering, and the one a burnt offering, besides the present, and the priest hath made atonement for him who is to be cleansed before Jehovah.
ekinyonyi ekimu ng’ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi n’ekyokubiri ng’ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa, ng’agattirako n’ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke. Kabona anaamutangiririranga oyo anaabanga azze okufuulibwa omulongoofu eri Mukama.
32 This [is] a law of him in whom [is] a plague of leprosy, whose hand reacheth not to his cleansing.'
Ago ge mateeka aganaagobererwanga omuntu omugenge anaabanga tasobola biweebwayo ebya bulijjo, alyoke afuuke omulongoofu.”
33 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Aaron, saying,
Mukama n’agamba Musa ne Alooni nti,
34 'When ye come in unto the land of Canaan, which I am giving to you for a possession, and I have put a plague of leprosy in a house [in] the land of your possession;
“Bwe muliyingira mu nsi ya Kanani gye mbawadde okugirya, ne musanga nga ntadde ebigenge mu emu ku nnyumba ez’omu nsi eyo,
35 then hath he whose the house [is] come in and declared to the priest, saying, As a plague hath appeared to me in the house;
kale, oyo anaabanga nannyini nnyumba eyo anajjanga n’ategeeza kabona nti, ‘Mu nnyumba yange mufaanana ng’omuli obulwadde.’
36 and the priest hath commanded, and they have prepared the house before the priest cometh in to see the plague (that all which [is] in the house be not unclean), and afterwards doth the priest come in to see the house;
Kabona anaalagiranga ne bafulumya ebintu byonna ebiri mu nnyumba ne babimalamu, nga tannaba kuyingiramu kukebera obulwadde obwo nga bwe buli, si kulwa nga byonna ebiri mu nnyumba biyitibwa ebitali birongoofu. Ekyo nga kiwedde kabona anaayingiranga mu nnyumba n’agikebera.
37 and he hath seen the plague, and lo, the plague [is] in the walls of the house, hollow strakes, very green or very red, and their appearance [is] lower than the wall,
Anaanoonyanga obulwadde we buli; bw’anaabusanganga ku bisenge by’ennyumba eyo, nga kuliko amabala aga kiragalalagala oba amamyukirivu, era nga galabika gayingidde munda mu mubiri gw’ekisenge,
38 and the priest hath gone out of the house unto the opening of the house, and hath shut up the house seven days.
olwo kabona anaafulumanga mu nnyumba eyo, n’agiggala okumala ennaku musanvu.
39 'And the priest hath turned back on the seventh day, and hath seen, and lo, the plague hath spread in the walls of the house,
Ku lunaku olw’omusanvu kabona anaakomangawo n’akebera ennyumba eyo. Bw’anaasanganga ng’obulwadde busaasaanidde ku bisenge by’ennyumba eyo,
40 and the priest hath commanded, and they have drawn out the stones in which the plague [is], and have cast them unto the outside of the city, unto an unclean place;
kale, anaalagiranga ne basokoola mu bisenge amayinja gonna agaliko obulwadde ne bagasuula ebweru w’ekibuga mu kifo ekitali kirongoofu.
41 and the house he doth cause to be scraped within round about, and they have poured out the clay which they have scraped off, at the outside of the city, at an unclean place;
Era anaalagiranga ebisenge byonna eby’omu nnyumba eyo ne bikalakatibwa, ebintu byonna ebikalakatibbwako ne bisuulibwa ebweru w’ekibuga mu kifo ekitali kirongoofu.
42 and they have taken other stones, and brought [them] in unto the place of the stones, and other clay he taketh and hath daubed the house.
Era banaddiranga amayinja amalala ne bagazimba mu bifo by’agali agaggyibwamu, ne batabula bulungi omusenyu, ennyumba yonna n’ekubibwa omusenyu.
43 'And if the plague return, and hath broken out in the house, after he hath drawn out the stones, and after the scraping of the house, and after the daubing;
“Singa obulwadde buddamu okuzuuka, oluvannyuma lw’ennyumba okugiggyamu amayinja gali, n’okugikalakata era n’okugikubako omusenyu omuggya,
44 then hath the priest come in and seen, and lo, the plague hath spread in the house; it [is] a fretting leprosy in the house; it [is] unclean.
kale, kabona anaagendangayo ne yeetegereza; bw’anaasanganga ng’obulwadde busaasaanye mu nnyumba, ng’ebyo bigenge bye biri mu nnyumba, era nga si nnongoofu.
45 'And he hath broken down the house, its stones, and its wood, and all the clay of the house, and he hath brought [them] forth unto the outside of the city, unto an unclean place.
Anaalagiranga ennyumba eyo n’emenyebwawo, amayinja gaayo n’embaawo zaayo n’omusenyu ogwagikubwako, byonna binaasitulwanga ne bisuulibwa ebweru w’ekibuga mu kifo ekitali kirongoofu.
46 'And he who is going in unto the house all the days he hath shut it up, is unclean till the evening;
Ennyumba eyo bw’eneebanga tennamenyebwawo, omuntu yenna anaayingiranga mu nnyumba eyo mu kiseera ky’eneemalanga nga nzigale anaabanga si mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
47 and he who is lying in the house doth wash his garments; and he who is eating in the house doth wash his garments.
N’omuntu yenna anaasulanga mu nnyumba eyo oba anaaliirangamu, anaayozanga engoye ze.
48 'And if the priest certainly come in, and hath seen, and lo, the plague hath not spread in the house after the daubing of the house, then hath the priest pronounced the house clean, for the plague hath been healed.
“Naye kabona bw’anajjanga n’akebera mu nnyumba eyo ng’emaze okukubibwako omusenyu, n’asanga ng’obulwadde tebwasaasaana; kale, kabona anaalangiriranga ng’ennyumba eyo bw’eri ennongoofu, kubanga olwo ng’obulwadde bugenze.
49 'And he hath taken for the cleansing of the house two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop;
Okufuula ennyumba ennongoofu kabona anaddiranga ebinyonyi bibiri n’akabaawo k’omuti omwerezi, n’ekiwero ekimyufu n’ezobu.
50 and he hath slaughtered the one bird upon an earthen vessel, over running water;
Anattiranga ekimu ku binyonyi mu mazzi amalungi mu kibya eky’ebbumba.
51 and he hath taken the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and hath dipped them in the blood of the slaughtered bird, and in the running water, and hath sprinkled upon the house seven times.
Awo anaddiranga akabaawo k’omuti omwerezi n’ezobu, n’ekiwero ekimyufu, n’ekinyonyi ekikyali ekiramu, n’abinnyika mu musaayi gw’ekinyonyi ekyattiddwa ne mu mazzi amalungi, n’alyoka amansira ennyumba yonna emirundi musanvu.
52 'And he hath cleansed the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet;
Ennyumba anaagifuulanga ennongoofu n’omusaayi gw’akanyonyi, n’amazzi amalungi, n’akanyonyi akalamu, n’akabaawo k’omuti omwerezi, n’ezobu n’ekiwero ekimyufu.
53 and he hath sent away the living bird unto the outside of the city unto the face of the field, and hath made atonement for the house, and it hath been clean.
Awo n’afulumya ekinyonyi ekiramu ebweru w’ekibuga n’akiteera eyo ne kibuuka ne kigenda. Mu ngeri eyo anaatangiririranga ennyumba eyo era eneebanga nnongoofu.”
54 'This [is] the law for every plague of the leprosy and for scall,
Ago ge mateeka aganaagobererwanga ku bulwadde bw’ebigenge, omubiri ogusiiwa,
55 and for leprosy of a garment, and of a house,
ebigenge mu ngoye oba mu nnyumba,
56 and for a rising, and for a scab, and for a bright spot, —
oba okubutukabutuka, oba obutulututtu,
57 to direct in the day of being unclean, and in the day of being clean; this [is] the law of the leprosy.'
okusinziirako okutegeera obanga ekintu kirongoofu oba si kirongoofu. Ago ge mateeka ku bigenge.
