Joshua 19
1 And the second lot goeth out for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families; and their inheritance is in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah,
Le second lot sortit pour Siméon, pour la tribu des fils de Siméon, selon leurs familles. Leur héritage était au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Juda.
2 and they have in their inheritance Beer-Sheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
Ils eurent pour héritage Beer Schéba (ou Saba), Molada,
3 and Hazar-Shual, and Balah, and Azem,
Hatsar Schual, Bala, Ezem,
4 and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
Eltolad, Béthul, Horma,
5 and Ziklag, and Beth-Marcaboth, and Hazar-Susah,
Tsiklag, Beth Marcaboth, Hatsar Suseh,
6 and Beth-Lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.
Beth Lebaoth et Scharhen, treize villes et leurs villages,
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages;
Aïn, Rimmon, Éther et Ashan, quatre villes et leurs villages,
8 also all the villages which [are] round about these cities, unto Baalath-Beer, Ramoth of the south. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families;
et tous les villages qui entouraient ces villes jusqu'à Baalath Beer, la Rama du midi. Tel est l'héritage de la tribu des fils de Siméon, selon leurs familles.
9 out of the portion of the sons of Judah [is] the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, for the portion of the sons of Judah hath been too much for them, and the sons of Simeon inherit in the midst of their inheritance.
L'héritage des fils de Siméon fut prélevé sur la part des fils de Juda, car la part des fils de Juda était trop grande pour eux. C'est pourquoi les fils de Siméon eurent un héritage au milieu de leur héritage.
10 And the third lot goeth up for the sons of Zebulun, for their families; and the border of their inheritance is unto Sarid,
Le troisième lot échut aux fils de Zabulon, selon leurs familles. La limite de leur héritage s'étendait jusqu'à Sarid.
11 and their border hath gone up towards the sea, and Maralah, and come against Dabbasheth, and come unto the brook which [is] on the front of Jokneam,
Leur limite montait à l'occident, jusqu'à Marala, et s'étendait jusqu'à Dabbescheth. Elle s`étendait jusqu`au torrent qui est devant Jokneam.
12 and turned back from Sarid eastward, at the sun-rising, by the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and gone out unto Daberath, and gone up to Japhia,
Elle tournait de Sarid à l`orient, vers le soleil levant, jusqu`à la limite de Chisloth Tabor. Elle se prolongeait jusqu'à Daberath, et montait jusqu'à Japhia.
13 and thence it hath passed over eastward, to the east, to Gittah-Hepher, [to] Ittah-Kazin, and gone out [to] Rimmon-Methoar to Neah;
De là, elle passait à l'est vers Gath Hepher, vers Ethkazin; et elle sortait à Rimmon, qui s'étendait jusqu'à Néa.
14 and the border hath gone round about it, from the north to Hannathon; and its outgoings have been [in] the valley of Jiphthah-El,
La frontière tournait au nord vers Hannathon, et elle se terminait à la vallée d'Iphtah El;
15 and Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-Lehem; twelve cities and their villages.
Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idala et Bethléhem: douze villes avec leurs villages.
16 This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, for their families, these cities and their villages.
Tel est l'héritage des fils de Zabulon, selon leurs familles, ces villes et leurs villages.
17 For Issachar hath the fourth lot gone out, for the sons of Issachar, for their families;
Le quatrième lot sortit pour Issacar, pour les fils d'Issacar, selon leurs familles.
18 and their border is [at] Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
Leur limite allait à Jizreel, à Chesulloth, à Shunem,
19 and Haphraim, and Shihon, and Anaharath,
à Hapharaïm, à Shion, à Anaharath,
20 and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
à Rabbith, à Kishion, à Ebez,
21 and Remeth, and En-Gannim, and En-Haddah, and Beth-Pazzez;
à Remeth, à Engannim, à En Hadda et à Beth Pazzez.
22 and the border hath touched against Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-Shemesh, and the outgoings of their border have been [at] the Jordan; sixteen cities and their villages.
Leur frontière s'étendait jusqu'au Thabor, à Schahazumah et à Beth Shemesh. Leur limite s'arrêtait au Jourdain: seize villes et leurs villages.
23 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, for their families, the cities and their villages.
Tel fut l'héritage de la tribu des fils d'Issacar, selon leurs familles, les villes et leurs villages.
24 And the fifth lot goeth out for the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families;
Le cinquième lot sortit pour la tribu des fils d'Aser, selon leurs familles.
25 and their border is Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
Leur territoire était: Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achchaph,
26 and Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and it toucheth against Carmel westward, and against Shihor-Libnath;
Allammelech, Amad, Mishal. Elle s'étendait jusqu'au Carmel, à l'ouest, et jusqu'à Shihorlibnath.
27 and hath turned back, at the sun-rising, [to] Beth-Dagon, and come against Zebulun, and against the valley of Jiphthah-El toward the north of Beth-Emek, and Neiel, and hath gone out unto Cabul on the left,
Elle se tournait vers le soleil levant, vers Beth Dagon, et s'étendait jusqu'à Zabulon et à la vallée d'Iphtah El, vers le nord, jusqu'à Beth Emek et Neiel. Elle se prolongeait à gauche jusqu'à Cabul,
28 and Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, unto great Zidon;
et jusqu'à Ebron, Rehob, Hammon et Kana, jusqu'à la grande Sidon.
29 and the border hath turned back to Ramah, and unto the fenced city Tyre; and the border hath turned back to Hosah, and its outgoings are at the sea, from the coast to Achzib,
La limite tournait vers Rama, vers la ville forte de Tyr, et la limite tournait vers Hosa. Elle se terminait à la mer par la région d'Aczib.
30 and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob; twenty and two cities and their villages.
Umma aussi, Aphek et Rehob: vingt-deux villes et leurs villages.
31 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families, these cities and their villages.
Tel est l'héritage de la tribu des fils d'Aser, selon leurs familles, ces villes et leurs villages.
32 For the sons of Naphtali hath the sixth lot gone out, for the sons of Naphtali, for their families;
Le sixième lot sortit pour les fils de Nephtali, pour les fils de Nephtali, selon leurs familles.
33 and their border is from Heleph, from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakkum, and its outgoings are [at] the Jordan;
Leur limite était depuis Héleph, depuis le chêne de Zaanannim, Adami-nekeb et Jabneel, jusqu'à Lakkum. Elle se terminait au Jourdain.
34 and the border hath turned back westward [to] Aznoth-Tabor, and gone out thence to Hukkok, and touched against Zebulun on the south, and against Asher it hath touched on the west, and against Judah [at] the Jordan, at the sun-rising;
La frontière tournait à l'ouest vers Aznoth Tabor, et partait de là vers Hukkok. Elle aboutissait à Zabulon au sud, à Aser à l'ouest, et à Juda au Jourdain, vers le soleil levant.
35 and the cities of defence [are] Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,
Les villes fortifiées étaient: Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,
36 and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
Adama, Rama, Hatsor,
37 and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-Hazor,
Kedesh, Edrei, En Hatsor,
38 and Iron, and Migdal-El, Horem, and Beth-Anath, and Beth-Shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages.
Iron, Migdal El, Horem, Beth Anath et Beth Shemesh; dix-neuf villes et leurs villages.
39 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, for their families, the cities and their villages.
Tel est l'héritage de la tribu des fils de Nephtali, selon leurs familles, les villes et leurs villages.
40 For the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, hath the seventh lot gone out;
Le septième lot sortit pour la tribu des fils de Dan, selon leurs familles.
41 and the border of their inheritance is Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-Shemesh,
La limite de leur héritage était: Zora, Eschtaol, Irschémesch,
42 and Shalabbin, and Aijalon, and Jethlah,
Schaalabbin, Ajalon, Ithla,
43 and Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,
Élon, Thimna, Ékron,
44 and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
Eltheke, Guibbethon, Baalath,
45 and Jehud, and Bene-Barak, and Gath-Rimmon,
Jehud, Bene Berak, Gath Rimmon,
46 and Me-Jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border over-against Japho.

47 And the border of the sons of Dan goeth out from them, and the sons of Dan go up and fight with Leshem, and capture it, and smite it by the mouth of the sword, and possess it, and dwell in it, and call Leshem, Dan, according to the name of Dan their father.
La limite des fils de Dan s'étendait au-delà d'eux; car les fils de Dan montèrent et combattirent contre Leshem, dont ils s'emparèrent et qu'ils frappèrent du tranchant de l'épée; ils en prirent possession et y habitèrent, et ils appelèrent Leshem Dan, du nom de Dan, leur ancêtre.
48 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, these cities and their villages.
Tel est l'héritage de la tribu des fils de Dan, selon leurs familles, ces villes et leurs villages.
49 And they finish to give the land in inheritance, by its borders, and the sons of Israel give an inheritance to Joshua son of Nun in their midst;
On acheva donc de distribuer le pays en héritage selon ses frontières. Les enfants d'Israël donnèrent un héritage à Josué, fils de Nun, au milieu d'eux.
50 by the command of Jehovah they have given to him the city which he asked, Timnath-Serah, in the hill-country of Ephraim, and he buildeth the city and dwelleth in it.
Selon l'ordre de l'Éternel, ils lui donnèrent la ville qu'il demanda, Timnathsérah, dans la montagne d'Éphraïm; il bâtit la ville et y habita.
51 These [are] the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the sons of Israel, have caused to inherit by lot, in Shiloh, before Jehovah, at the opening of the tent of meeting; and they finish to apportion the land.
Tels sont les héritages que le sacrificateur Éléazar, Josué, fils de Nun, et les chefs de famille des tribus des enfants d'Israël, distribuèrent par tirage au sort à Silo, devant l'Éternel, à l'entrée de la tente de la Rencontre. On acheva ainsi le partage du pays.
