< Jeremiah 51 >

1 Thus said Jehovah: Lo, I am stirring up against Babylon, And the inhabitants of Leb — My withstanders, A destroying wind,
Perwerdigar mundaq deydu: — Mana, Men Babilni soqidighan hem «Leb-kamay»da turuwatqanlarni soqidighan bitchit qilghuchi shamalni qozghap chiqirimen;
2 And I have sent to Babylon fanners, And they have fanned it, and they empty its land, For they have been against it, Round about — in the day of evil.
Men Babilgha yat ademlerni ewetimen; ular uni soruwétidu, zéminini yer bilen yeksan qiliwétidu; uning béshigha külpet chüshken künide ular uninggha terep-tereptin qarshilishishqa kélidu.
3 Let not the treader tread his bow, Nor lift himself up in his coat of mail, Nor have ye pity on her young men, Devote ye to destruction all her host.
Uning oqyachilirigha kirichni tartqudek, ornidin turghuchilargha dubulgha-sawut kiygüdek purset bermenglar; uning yigitlirining héchqaysisini ayap qoymanglar; uning pütkül qoshunini bitchit qilinglar.
4 And fallen have the wounded in the land of the Chaldeans, And the pierced-through in her streets.
Kaldiylerning zéminida sanjilghanlar, kochilirida qilichlan’ghanlar yiqilsun!
5 For, not forsaken is Israel and Judah, By its God — by Jehovah of Hosts, For their land hath been full of guilt, Against the Holy One of Israel.
Chünki Israil yaki Yehudamu öz Xudasi teripidin, yeni samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar teripidin tashliwétilgen emes; chünki [Babilning] zémini Israildiki Muqeddes Bolghuchi aldida sadir qilghan gunah bilen tolghandur.
6 Flee ye from the midst of Babylon, And deliver ye each his soul, Be not cut off in its iniquity, For a time of vengeance it [is] to Jehovah, Recompence He is rendering to her.
[Barliq eller], Babil ichidin qéchinglar, öz jéninglarni élip beder qéchinglar! Uning qebihlikige chétilip qélip halak bolmanglar; chünki bu Perwerdigarning qisas alidighan waqtidur; U qilmishini öz béshigha qayturidu.
7 A golden cup [is] Babylon in the hand of Jehovah, Making drunk all the earth, Of its wine drunk have nations, Therefore boast themselves do nations.
Babil Perwerdigarning qolidiki pütkül jahanni mest qilghuchi altun qedeh bolghan; eller uning sharibidin ichken; eller shuning bilen sarang bolup ketken.
8 Suddenly hath Babylon fallen, Yea, it is broken, howl ye for it, Take balm for her pain, if so be it may be healed.
Babil tuyuqsiz yiqilip bitchit bolidu; uninggha ah-zar kötürünglar! Uning azabliri üchün tutiya élinglar; u belkim saqaytilarmikin?
9 We healed Babylon, and she was not healed, Forsake her, and we go, each to his land, For come unto the heavens hath its judgment, And it hath been lifted up unto the clouds.
— «Biz Babilni saqaytmaqchiduq, lékin u saqaymidi; uningdin waz kéchip hemmimiz öz yurtimizgha qaytayli; chünki uning üstige chiqirilidighan höküm jazasi asman’gha taqiship, kökke yétidu».
10 Jehovah hath brought forth our righteousnesses, Come, and we recount in Zion the work of Jehovah our God.
— «Perwerdigar heqqaniyliqimizni barliqqa keltürgendur; kéleyli, Zionda Perwerdigar Xudayimizning qilghan ishini jakarlayli!»
11 Cleanse ye the arrows, fill the shields, Stirred up hath Jehovah the spirit of the kings of Madia, For against Babylon His device [is] to destroy it, For the vengeance of Jehovah it [is], The vengeance of His temple.
— Oqlarni uchlanglar! Qalqanlarni tutunglar! Perwerdigar Médianing padishahlirining rohini urghutti; chünki Uning niyiti Babilgha qarshidur, uni berbat qilish üchündur; bu Perwerdigarning qisasidur, yeni Uning ibadetxanisi üchün alghan qisasidur.
12 Unto the walls of Babylon lift up an ensign, Strengthen the watch, Establish the watchers, prepare the ambush, For Jehovah hath both devised and done that which He spake, Concerning the inhabitants of Babylon.
Babilning sépillirigha qaritip jeng tughini kötürünglar; közetni téximu chingraq qilinglar, közetchilerni [Babilni chöriditip] septe turghuzunglar; böktürme qoyunglar; chünki Perwerdigar Babildikilerning jazasi toghruluq némilerni dégen bolsa, U shuni könglide pemlep, uni ada qilidu.
13 O dweller on many waters, abundant in treasures, Come in hath thine end, the measure of thy dishonest gain.
— I elwek sular üstide turghuchi, bayliqliri nurghun bolghuchi, ejiling yétip keldi, jéning ölchinip üzülüsh waqti toshti.
14 Sworn hath Jehovah of Hosts by Himself, That, Surely I have filled thee [with] men as the cankerworm, And they have cried against thee — shouting.
Samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar Özi bilen qesem qilip: «Top-top chéketkilerdek Men séni ademler bilen toldurimen; ular séning üstüngdin ghelibe tentenilirini kötüridu» dédi.
15 The maker of earth by His power, The establisher of the world by His wisdom, Who by His understanding stretched out the heavens,
— U bolsa yer-zéminni küch-qudriti bilen yasap, Alemni danaliqi bilen berpa qilip, Asmanlarni eqil-parasiti bilen yayghuchidur;
16 At the voice He giveth forth, A multitude of waters [are] in the heavens, And He causeth vapours to come up from the end of the earth, Lightnings for rain He hath made, And He bringeth out wind from His treasures.
U awazini qoyuwetse, asmanlarda sular shawqunlaydu; U yer chetliridin bulut-tumanlarni örlitidu; U yamghurlargha chaqmaqlarni hemrah qilip békitidu, Shamalni Öz xeziniliridin chiqiridu.
17 Brutish hath been every man by knowledge, Put to shame hath been every refiner by a graven image, For false [is] his molten image, And there is no breath in them.
Bu [butpereslerning] herbiri eqilsiz, bilimdin mehrumlardur; Herbir zerger özi oyghan but teripidin shermendige qalidu; Chünki uning quyma heykili yalghanchiliq, Ularda héch tiniq yoqtur.
18 Vanity [are] they — work of errors, In the time of their inspection they perish.
Ular bimenilerdur, mazaq obyéktidur; Ularning üstige jazalinish waqti kelgende, ular yoqitilidu.
19 Not like these [is] the portion of Jacob, For He [is] former of all things, And [Israel is] the rod of His inheritance, Jehovah of Hosts [is] His name.
Yaqupning nésiwisi Bolghuchi bulardek emestur; Chünki hemmini yasighuchi Shudur; Israil bolsa Uning Öz mirasi bolghan qebilisidur; Samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar Uning namidur.
20 An axe [art] thou to me — weapons of war, And I have broken in pieces by thee nations, And I have destroyed by thee kingdoms,
Sen [Israil] Méning görzem, Méning jeng qoralimdursen; Séning bilen Men ellerni bitchit qilimen, Séning bilen padishahliqlarni tarmar qilimen;
21 And I have broken in pieces by thee horse and its rider, And I have broken in pieces by thee chariot and its charioteer,
Séning bilen hem at hem at min’güchini bitchit qilimen; Séning bilen hem jeng harwisi hem heydigüchisini bitchit qilimen;
22 And I have broken in pieces by thee man and woman, And I have broken in pieces by thee old and young, And I have broken in pieces by thee young man and virgin,
Séning bilen hem er hem ayalni bitchit qilimen; Séning bilen hem qéri hem yashlarni bitchit qilimen; Séning bilen hem yigit hem qizni bitchit qilimen;
23 And I have broken in pieces by thee shepherd and his drove, And I have broken in pieces by thee husbandman and his team, And I have broken in pieces by thee governors and prefects.
Séning bilen hem padichi hem qoy padisini bitchit qilimen; Séning bilen hem déhqan hem boyunturuqqa qétilghan kalilirini bitchit qilimen; Séning bilen hem waliylar hem hökümranlarni bitchit qilimen.
24 And I have recompensed to Babylon, And to all inhabitants of Chaldea, All the evil that they have done in Zion, Before your eyes — an affirmation of Jehovah.
— Men köz aldinglarda Babilning hem barliq kaldiylerning Zionda qilghan barliq rezillikini öz béshigha chüshürüp yandurimen, — deydu Perwerdigar.
25 Lo, I [am] against thee, O destroying mount, An affirmation of Jehovah, That is destroying all the earth, And I have stretched out My hand against thee, And I have rolled thee from the rocks, And given thee for a burnt mountain.
— Mana, Men sen [Babilgha] qarshimen, i pütkül yer yüzini halak qilghuchi tagh; Men qolumni üstüngge sozup, Séni tik yarlardin ghulitip, Domilitip chüshürüp, séni köyüp tügigen bir yanar tagh qilimen, — deydu Perwerdigar.
26 And they take not out of thee a stone for a corner, And a stone for foundations, For desolations age-during art thou, An affirmation of Jehovah.
Shuning bilen ular sendin bürjek chiqirish üchünmu tash tapalmaydu, Yaki ul üchünmu héchyerdin tash tapalmaydu; Chünki sen menggüge bir weyrane bolisen, — deydu Perwerdigar.
27 Lift ye up an ensign in the land, Blow a trumpet among nations, Sanctify against it nations, Summon against it the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashkenaz, Appoint against it an infant head, Cause the horse to ascend as the rough cankerworm.
— Zéminda jeng tughini kötürünglar, Eller arisida kanay chélinglar; Babilgha jeng qilishqa ellerni teyyarlanglar; Ararat, minni we Ashkinaz padishahliqlirini chaqirip yighinglar; Uninggha hujum qilghuchi qoshunlargha bir serdar békitinglar; Atlarni top-top chéketke léchinkiliridek zémin’gha türkümlep chiqiringlar;
28 Sanctify against it the nations with the kings of Media, Its governors and all its prefects, And all the land of its dominion.
Uninggha jeng qilishqa ellerni teyyarlanglar, — Médialiqlarning padishahliri, waliyliri we barliq hökümdarlirini, shundaqla u höküm sürgen zéminlarning barliq ademlirini teyyarlanglar!
29 And shake doth the land, and it is pained, For stood against Babylon have the purposes of Jehovah, To make the land of Babylon a desolation without inhabitant.
Shuning bilen yer yüzi tewrinip azablinidu; chünki Perwerdigarning Babilgha qarshi baghlighan niyetliri, yeni Babilning zéminini héch adem turmaydighan chöl-bayawan qiliwétish niyiti emelge ashmay qalmaydu.
30 Ceased have the mighty of Babylon to fight, They have remained in strongholds, Failed hath their might, they have become woman, They have burnt her tabernacles, Broken have been her bars.
Babildiki palwanlar urushtin qol üzidu; Ular qorghanlirida amalsiz olturidu; Ularning dermani qalmaydu, Ular ayallardek bolup qalidu; Uning turalghulirigha ot qoyulidu; Derwaza salasunliri sundurulidu.
31 Runner to meet runner doth run, And announcer to meet announcer, To announce to the king of Babylon, For, captured hath been his city — at the extremity.
Yügürüp kéliwatqan bir chaparmen yene bir chaparmen’ge, bir xewerchi yene bir xewerchige Babil padishahining aldidila uchriship qélip uninggha: — «Silining pütkül sheherliri u chettin bu chetkiche ishghal qilindi;
32 And the passages have been captured, And the reeds they have burnt with fire, And the men of war have been troubled.
Derya kéchikliri igiliwélindi, Qomushluqlar otta köydürüldi, Palwanliri dekke-dükkige chüshüshti!» — dep jakarlishidu.
33 For thus said Jehovah of Hosts, God of Israel, The daughter of Babylon [is] as a threshing-floor, The time of her threshing — yet a little, And come hath the time of her harvest.
Chünki samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar — Israilning Xudasi mundaq deydu: — Babilning qizi tekshilinip chingdilidighan waqti bolghan xamandek bésilidu; Birdemdila, uning hosuli orulidighan waqti yétip bolidu!
34 Devoured us, crushed us, hath Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, He hath set us [as] an empty vessel, He hath swallowed us as a dragon, He hath filled his belly with my dainties, He hath driven us away.
Zionda turghuchi qiz: — «Babil padishahi Néboqadnesar méni yutup, Méni ghajilap ezgen; U ichimni boshitilghan qachidek qilip qoyghan; U ejdihadek méni yutup, Özini nazu-németlirim bilen toyghuzghan, Méni quruqdap pak-pakiz qiliwetken. Manga, méning ténimge qilghan zorawanliqi Babilning béshigha chüshürülsun» — deydu, We Yérusalém: «Méning qanlirim Kaldiyede turghuchilarning béshigha tökülsun» — deydu.
35 My wrong, and [that of] my flesh [is] on Babylon, Say doth the inhabitant of Zion, And my blood [is] on the inhabitants of Chaldea, Say doth Jerusalem.
36 Therefore, thus said Jehovah: Lo, I am pleading thy cause, And I have avenged thy vengeance, And dried up its sea, and made its fountains dry.
Shunga Perwerdigar mundaq deydu: — Mana, Men séning dewayingni soraymen, Sen üchün qisas alimen; Men uning déngizini qurutimen, buliqini qaghjiritimen.
37 And Babylon hath been for heaps, A habitation of dragons, An astonishment, and a hissing, without inhabitant.
Babil bolsa döwe-döwe xarabiler, Chilbörilerning turalghusi bolidu; Zémini ademni dehshet basidighan hem daim ush-ush qilinidighan obyékt bolidu, Héch adem shu yerde turmaydu.
38 Together as young lions they roar, They have shaken themselves as lions' whelps.
Ularning hemmisi yash shirlardek huwlishidu, Arslanlardek bir-birige xiris qilishidu;
39 In their heat I make their banquets, And I have caused them to drink, so that they exult, And have slept a sleep age-during, And awake not — an affirmation of Jehovah.
Ularning keypiyati qizip ketkende, Men ulargha bir ziyapet teyyarlap qoyimenki, ularni mest qiliwétimen; shuning bilen ular yayrap-yashnap kétidu, — andin menggüge uyqugha gherq bolup, qaytidin héch oyghanmaydu, — deydu Perwerdigar.
40 I cause them to go down as lambs to slaughter, As rams with he-goats.
Boghuzlashqa yétiligen qozilardek we bille yétilen’gen qochqarlar hem tékilerdek Men ularni boghuzlashqa chüshürimen.
41 How hath Sheshach been captured, Yea, caught is the praise of the whole earth, How hath Babylon been for an astonishment among nations.
Shéshaqning ishghal qilin’ghanliqigha qara! Pütkül yer yüzining pexrining tutulghanliqigha qara! Babilning eller arisida ademni dehshet basidighan obyékti bolghanliqigha qara!
42 Come up against Babylon hath the sea, With a multitude of its billows it hath been covered.
Déngiz Babil üstidin örlep ketti; U nurghunlighan dolqunlar bilen gherq boldi.
43 Its cities have been for a desolation, A dry land, and a wilderness, A land — none doth dwell in them, Nor pass over into them doth a son of man.
Uning sheherliri ademni dehshet basidighan obyékt, Qaghjiraq yer, bir chöl, héchkim turmaydighan zémin boldi; Héchqandaq insan balisi qaytidin shu yerlerdin ötmeydu.
44 And I have seen after Bel in Babylon, And I have brought forth that which he swallowed — from his mouth, And flow no more unto him do nations, Also the wall of Babylon hath fallen.
Men Babilda Belni jazalaymen; Men uning aghzidin yutuwalghinini yanduriwalimen; Eller qaytidin uninggha qarap éqip kélishmeydu; Berheq, Babilning sépili ghulap kétidu.
45 Go forth from its midst, O My people, And deliver ye, each his soul, Because of the fierceness of the anger of Jehovah,
Uning otturisidin chiqinglar, i xelqim! Herbiringlar Perwerdigarning qattiq ghezipidin öz jéninglarni élip beder qéchinglar!
46 And lest your heart be tender, And ye be afraid of the report that is heard in the land, And come in a year hath the report, And after it in a year the report, And violence [is] in the land, ruler against ruler;
Siler zéminda angliniwatqan pitne-ighwadin yürikinglarni su qilmanglar we qorqmanglar; Bu yil bir pitne-ighwa, kéler yili yene bir pitne-ighwa chiqidu; Zéminda zulum-zorawanliq partlaydu, hökümdarlar hökümdarlargha qarshi chiqidu.
47 Therefore, lo, days are coming, And I have seen after the graven images of Babylon. And all its land is ashamed, And all its pierced ones do fall in its midst.
Shunga mana, shu künler kéliduki, Men Babildiki oyma mebudlarni jazalaymen; Shuning bilen uning pütkül zémini xijaletke qaldurulidu, Uningda öltürülgenler uning ichide yiqilidu;
48 And cried aloud against Babylon Have heavens and earth, and all that [is] in them, For, from the north come to it do the spoilers, An affirmation of Jehovah.
Shuning bilen asman we zémin we ularda bar bolghanlar Babil üstidin shadliqtin yangraydu; Chünki shimaldin halak qilghuchilar uninggha jeng qilishqa kélidu — deydu Perwerdigar.
49 Even Babylon [is] to fall, ye pierced of Israel, Even they of Babylon have fallen, Ye pierced of all the earth.
Babil tüpeylidin pütkül yer yüzidiki öltürülgenler yiqilghandek, Babil Israilda öltürülgenler tüpeylidin Babil yiqilmay qalmaydu.
50 Ye escaped of the sword, go on, stand not, Remember ye from afar Jehovah, And let Jerusalem come up on your heart.
Qilichtin qachqanlar, yiraq kétinglar, hayal bolmanglar; Chet yerlerdin Perwerdigarni séghininglar, Yérusalémni ésinglargha keltürünglar.
51 We have been ashamed, for we heard reproach, Covered hath shame our faces, For come in have strangers, against the sanctuaries of the house of Jehovah.
«Biz xijaletke qalduq, chünki haqaretke uchriduq; Shermendichiliktin yüzimiz töküldi; Chünki yat ademler Perwerdigarning öyidiki muqeddes jaylargha bésip kirdi!».
52 Therefore, lo, days are coming, An affirmation of Jehovah, And I have seen after its graven images, And in all its land groan doth the wounded.
Shunga shu künler kéliduki, — deydu Perwerdigar, — Men uningdiki oyma mebudlarni jazalaymen; Uning pütkül zémini boyida yarilinip jan helqumida ingrishidu.
53 Because Babylon goeth up to the heavens, And because it fenceth the high place of its strength, From Me come into it do spoilers, An affirmation of Jehovah.
Babil asmanlargha kötürülgen bolsimu, Uning yuqiri istihkam-qorghini mustehkemlen’gen bolsimu, Lékin Méningdin uninggha halak qilghuchilar yétip baridighan boldi, — deydu Perwerdigar.
54 A voice of a cry [is] from Babylon, And of great destruction from the land of the Chaldean.
Babildin nale-peryadning awazi, Kaldiylerning zéminidin zor halaketning sadasi kötürülidu.
55 For Jehovah is spoiling Babylon, And hath destroyed out of it a great voice, And sounded have its billows as many waters, Given forth a noise hath their voice.
Chünki Perwerdigar Babilni halak qilmaqchi bolidu; U uningdin warang-churunglirini yoqitidu; Sularning dolqunliri örkeshlewatqan sulardek sharqiraydu, Ularning awazi shawqunlap kélidu.
56 For come in against it — against Babylon — hath a spoiler, And captured have been its mighty ones, Broken have been their bows, For the God of recompences — Jehovah — doth certainly repay.
Chünki halak qilghuchi uninggha, yeni Babilgha jeng qilishqa kélidu, Shuning bilen uning palwanliri esirge chüshidu; Ularning oqyaliri sundurulidu; Chünki Perwerdigar — qisaslar alghuchi Tengridur; U yamanliqni yandurmay qalmaydu.
57 And I have caused its princes to drink, And its wise men, its governors, And its prefects, and its mighty ones, And they have slept a sleep age-during, And they awake not — an affirmation of the king, Jehovah of Hosts [is] His name.
— Men uning emirliri, danishmenliri, waliyliri, hökümdarliri we palwanlirini mest qilimen; Ular menggüge uxlaydu we qaytidin héch oyghanmaydu — deydu Padishah, — Nami samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar.
58 Thus said Jehovah of Hosts, the wall of Babylon — The broad one — is utterly made bare, And her high gates with fire are burnt, And peoples labour in vain, And nations in fire, and have been weary!
Samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar mundaq deydu: — Babilning keng sépilliri yer bilen yeksan qilinidu, Uning égiz derwaziliri pütünley köydürülidu; Shuning bilen ellerning jan tikip tapqan méhniti bihude bolidu, El-yurtlarning özlirining japaliq ejiri peqet otqa yéqilghu bolidu.
59 The word that Jeremiah the prophet hath commanded Seraiah son of Neriah, son of Maaseiah, in his going with Zedekiah king of Judah to Babylon, in the fourth year of his reign — and Seraiah [is] a quiet prince;
Yehuda padishahi Zedekiya textke olturghan tötinchi yili, Babilgha barghinida Mahséyahning newrisi, Nériyaning oghli Séraya Zedekiyagha hemrah bolup barghan (Séraya bash ghojidar idi). Yeremiya peyghember uninggha söz tapilighan.
60 and Jeremiah writeth all the evil that cometh unto Babylon on one book — all these words that are written concerning Babylon.
Yeremiya oram qeghezge Babilning béshigha chüshidighan barliq külpetlerni, — yeni Babil toghruluq pütüklük bu barliq sözlerni yazghanidi;
61 And Jeremiah saith unto Seraiah, 'When thou dost enter Babylon, then thou hast seen, and hast read all these words,
we Yeremiya Sérayagha mundaq dédi: — Sen Babilgha yétip barghanda, bu sözlerning hemmisini oqup chiqip we: —
62 and hast said: Jehovah, Thou, Thou hast spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, that there is none dwelling in it, from man even unto cattle, for it is a desolation age-during.
«Perwerdigar, Sen bu jay toghruluq: — Men uni yeksan qilimenki, uningda héchkim, ne insan ne haywan turmaydighan, menggüge bir weyrane bolidu — dégensen» — deysen;
63 And it hath come to pass, when thou dost finish reading this book, thou dost bind to it a stone, and hast cast it into the midst of Phrat,
shundaq qilip bu yazmini oqup chiqqandin kéyin, uninggha tash téngip, Efrat deryasining otturisigha chörüwet,
64 and said, Thus sink doth Babylon, and it doth not arise, because of the evil that I am bringing in against it, and they have been weary.' Hitherto [are] words of Jeremiah.
we: «Men uning üstige chüshürmekchi bolghan külpetler tüpeylidin, Babil [shu tashqa] oxshashla gherq bolup qaytidin örlimeydu; ular halidin kétidu» — deysen. Yeremiyaning sözliri mushu yerde tügidi.
