Jeremiah 25
1 The word that hath been unto Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah, — it [is] the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, —

2 Which Jeremiah the prophet hath spoken concerning all the people of Judah, even unto all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying:
Eraygaas Nebi Yeremyaah ayaa kula hadlay dadkii Yahuudah oo dhan iyo kuwii Yeruusaalem degganaa oo dhan, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,
3 'From the thirteenth year of Josiah son of Amon king of Judah, and unto this day — this three and twentieth year — hath the word of Jehovah been unto me, and I speak unto you, rising early and speaking, and ye have not hearkened;
Tan iyo sannaddii saddex iyo tobnaad oo Yoosiyaah ina Aamoon uu boqor ka ahaa dalka Yahuudah iyo ilaa maantadan la joogo, taasoo ah saddex iyo labaatan sannadood, waxaa ii imanayay Eraygii Rabbiga, oo aniguna waan idinla hadlay, anoo goor wanaagsan idinla hadlaya, laakiinse idinku innaba ma aydaan dhegaysan.
4 And Jehovah hath sent unto you all His servants, the prophets, rising early and sending, and ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear, saying:
Oo Rabbiguna wuxuu idiin soo diray addoommadiisii nebiyada ahaa oo dhan, isagoo goor wanaagsan diraya, laakiinse idinku innaba ma aydaan dhegaysan, oo marnaba dheg uma aydaan dhigin inaad maqashaan.
5 'Turn back, I pray you, each from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell on the ground that Jehovah hath given to you and to your fathers from age unto age,
Oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Midkiin kastaaba haatan jidkiisa ha ka soo noqdo, oo sharka falimihiinnana ka noqda, oo waxaad iska dhex degganaataan dalkii Rabbigu idinka iyo awowayaashiinba weligiin iyo weligiinba idin siiyey.
6 And ye do not go after other gods to serve them, and to bow yourselves to them, nor do ye provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands, and I do no evil to you;
Oo ilaahyo kale ha u daba gelina inaad u adeegtaan oo caabuddaan, oo shuqullada gacmihiinna ha igaga cadhaysiinina, oo aniguna innaba wax idin yeeli maayo.
7 And ye have not hearkened unto Me — an affirmation of Jehovah — so as to provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands for evil to you.
Laakiinse ima aydaan dhegaysan, ayaa Rabbigu leeyahay, si aad shuqullada gacmihiinna igaga cadhaysiisaan, oo ay waxyeello idiin soo gaadho.
8 'Therefore thus said Jehovah of Hosts, Because that ye have not obeyed My words,
Sidaas daraaddeed Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu leeyahay, Erayadaydii waad dhegaysan weydeen, oo sidaas daraaddeed, Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay,
9 Lo, I am sending, and have taken all the families of the north — an affirmation of Jehovah — even unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and have brought them in against this land, and against its inhabitants, and against all these nations round about, and have devoted them, and appointed them for an astonishment, and for a hissing, and for wastes age-during.
Bal ogaada, waxaan soo diri doonaa qolooyinka reer woqooyi oo dhan, iyo addoonkayga ah Nebukadresar oo ah boqorka Baabuloon, oo iyagaan ku soo kicin doonaa dalkan, iyo dadka deggan, iyo quruumaha ku wareegsan oo dhan, oo kulligoodna waan wada baabbi'in doonaa, oo waxaan ka dhigi doonaa wax laga yaabo oo loogu foodhyo, iyo cidla weligeed ah.
10 And I have destroyed from them the voice of rejoicing, and the voice of joy, voice of bridegroom and voice of bride, noise of millstones, and the light of lamps.
Oo weliba waxaan iyaga ka baabbi'in doonaa codka rayraynta, iyo codka farxadda, iyo codka arooska, iyo codka aroosadda, iyo sanqadha dhagaxshiidka, iyo iftiinka laambadda.
11 And all this land hath been for a waste, for an astonishment, and these nations have served the king of Babylon seventy years.
Oo dalkan oo dhammuna wuxuu noqon doonaa cidla iyo wax laga yaabo, oo quruumahanuna toddobaatan sannadood ayay boqorka Baabuloon u adeegi doonaan.
12 'And it hath come to pass, at the fulness of seventy years, I charge against the king of Babylon, and against that nation — an affirmation of Jehovah — their iniquity, and against the land of the Chaldeans, and have appointed it for desolations age-during.
Oo markay toddobaatanka sannadood dhammaadaan ayaan xumaantooda aawadeed u ciqaabi doonaa boqorka Baabuloon iyo quruuntaas, iyo dalka reer Kaldayiinba, oo waxaan ka dhigi doonaa meelo weligoodba cidla ah.
13 And I have brought in on that land all My words that I have spoken against it, all that is written in this book, that Jeremiah hath prophesied concerning all the nations.
Oo waxaan dalkaas ku soo dayn doonaa erayadaydii aan kaga hadlay oo dhan, kuwaasoo ah waxa kitaabkan ku qoran oo dhan, oo ah wixii Yeremyaah quruumaha oo dhan ka sii sheegay.
14 For laid service on them — also them — have many nations and great kings, and I have given recompence to them according to their doing, and according to the work of their hands.
Waayo, iyagaba waxaa addoonsan doona quruumo badan iyo boqorro waaweyn, oo waxaan iyaga u abaalmarin doonaa siday falimahoodu ahaayeen, iyo siday shuqullada gacmahoodu ahaayeen.
15 'For thus said Jehovah God of Israel unto me, Take the wine cup of this fury out of My hand, and thou hast caused all the nations to drink it unto whom I am sending thee;
Waayo, Rabbiga ah Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil wuxuu igu leeyahay, Cadhadan koobkeeda khamriga gacantayda ka qaad, oo waxaad wada cabsiisaa quruumaha aan kuu dirayo oo dhan.
16 And they have drunk, and shaken themselves and shewn themselves foolish, because of the sword that I am sending among them.
Oo iyana way cabbi doonaan, oo way iska dhacdhici doonaan, wayna la waalan doonaan seefta aan dhexdooda u soo dirayo daraaddeed.
17 'And I take the cup out of the hand of Jehovah, and cause all the nations to drink unto whom Jehovah sent me:
Markaasaan koobkii gacantii Rabbiga ka qaaday, oo waxaan cabsiiyey quruumihii Rabbigu ii diray oo dhan, kuwaas oo ahaa
18 Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, And its kings, its heads, To give them to waste, to astonishment, To hissing, and to reviling, as [at] this day.
Yeruusaalem, iyo magaalooyinka dalka Yahuudah, iyo boqorradooda, iyo amiirradooda, si aan iyaga uga dhigo cidla, iyo wax laga yaabo oo lagu foodhyo, iyo inkaar, siday maantaba tahay,
19 Pharaoh king of Egypt, and his servants, And his heads, and all his people,
iyo Fircoon oo ah boqorka Masar, iyo addoommadiisa, iyo amiirradiisa, iyo dadkiisa oo dhan,
20 And all the mixed people, And all the kings of the land of Uz, And all the kings of the land of the Philistines, And Ashkelon, and Gazzah, and Ekron, And the remnant of Ashdod,
iyo dadka isku qasan oo dhan, iyo boqorrada dalka Cuus oo dhan, iyo boqorrada dalka reer Falastiin oo dhan, iyo Ashqeloon, iyo Gaasa, iyo Ceqroon, iyo kuwa Ashdood ka hadhay,
21 Edom, and Moab, and the sons of Ammon,
iyo Edom, iyo Moo'aab, iyo reer Cammoon,
22 And all the kings of Tyre, And all the kings of Zidon, And the kings of the isle that [is] beyond the sea,
iyo boqorrada Turos oo dhan, iyo boqorrada Siidoon oo dhan, iyo boqorrada gasiiradaha badda ka shisheeya,
23 Dedan, and Tema, and Buz, And all cutting the corners [of the beard],
iyo Dedaan, iyo Teemaa, iyo Buus, iyo inta timaha dhinacyada ka jarata oo dhan,
24 And all the kings of Arabia, And all the kings of the mixed people, Who are dwelling in the wilderness,
iyo boqorrada Carabiya oo dhan, iyo boqorrada dadka isku qasan oo lamadegaanka dhex deggan oo dhan,
25 And all the kings of Zimri, And all the kings of Elam, And all the kings of Media,
iyo boqorrada Simrii oo dhan, iyo boqorrada Ceelaam oo dhan, iyo boqorrada reer Maaday oo dhan,
26 And all the kings of the north, The near and the far off, one unto another, And all the kingdoms of the earth, That [are] on the face of the ground, And king Sheshach drinketh after them.
iyo boqorrada woqooyi oo dhan, ku fog iyo ku dhowba, kan iyo kaasba, iyo boqortooyooyinka dunida ee dhulka joogo oo dhan, oo iyaga dabadoodna waxaa cabbi doona boqorka Sheeshag.
27 And thou hast said unto them: Thus said Jehovah of Hosts God of Israel, Drink ye, yea drink abundantly, And vomit, and fall, and rise not, Because of the sword that I am sending among you.
Oo waxaad iyaga ku tidhaahdaa, Rabbiga ciidammada oo ah Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil wuxuu idinku leeyahay, Cabba oo sakhraama, oo mantaga, oo dhaca, oo innaba mar dambe ha soo sara kicina, seefta aan dhexdiinna u soo diri doono daraaddeed.
28 And it hath come to pass, When they refuse to receive the cup out of thy hand to drink, That thou hast said unto them: Thus said Jehovah of Hosts, Ye do certainly drink.
Oo hadday diidaan inay koobka gacantaada ka qaataan oo ay cabbaan, markaas waxaad iyaga ku tidhaahdaa, Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu idinku leeyahay, Hubaal waad cabbi doontaan!
29 For lo, in the city over which My name is called, I am beginning to do evil, And ye — ye are entirely acquitted! Ye are not acquitted, for a sword I am proclaiming, For all inhabitants of the land, An affirmation of Jehovah of Hosts.
Waayo, Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu leeyahay, Bal eega, waxaan bilaabayaa inaan masiibo ku soo dejiyo magaaladii laygu magacaabay, haddaba miyaan idinkana laydin wada ciqaabayn? Idinku ciqaabla'aan ku sii joogi maysaan, waayo, waxaan u yeedhayaa seef inay ku dhacdo dadka dhulka deggan oo dhan.
30 And thou, thou dost prophesy unto them all these words, and hast said unto them: Jehovah from the high place doth roar, And from His holy habitation giveth forth His voice, He surely roareth for His habitation, A shout as of treaders down, God answereth all the inhabitants of the land,
Sidaas daraaddeed erayadan oo dhan iyaga kaga sii hadal, oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Rabbigu xagga saruu ka qaylin doonaa, oo codkiisuu kaga soo hadli doonaa hoygiisa quduuska ah, oo wuxuu si weyn ugu qaylin doonaa xeradiisa, oo dadka dhulka deggan oo dhanna wuxuu ugu qaylin doonaa sida kuwa canabka ku tunta.
31 Wasting hath come unto the end of the earth, For a controversy hath Jehovah with nations, He hath executed judgment for all flesh, The wicked! He hath given them to the sword, An affirmation of Jehovah.
Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Dhawaaq baa gaadhi doona tan iyo dhulka darafkiisa, maxaa yeelay, Rabbigu dacwad buu la leeyahay quruumaha, oo wuxuu la muddacayaa binu-aadmiga oo dhan, oo kuwa sharka ahna seef buu u gacangelin doonaa.
32 Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Lo, evil is going out from nation to nation, And a great whirlwind is stirred up from the sides of the earth.
Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu leeyahay, Bal ogaada, masiibaa soo bixi doonta oo quruun bay quruun kale uga sii gudbi doontaa, oo duufaan weyn ayaa laga soo kicin doonaa dhulka darafyadiisa.
33 And the pierced of Jehovah have been in that day, From the end of the earth even unto the end of the earth, They are not lamented, nor gathered, nor buried, For dung on the face of the ground they are.
Oo kuwa Rabbigu laaya waxay maalintaas oolli doonaan dhulka darafkiisan iyo darafkiisa kale inta ka dhex leh. Oo iyaga looma barooran doono, lamana soo ururin doono, lamana xabaali doono, oo waxay noqon doonaan sida digo dhulka ku kor daadsan.
34 Howl, ye shepherds, and cry, And roll yourselves, ye honourable of the flock, For full have been your days, For slaughtering, and [for] your scatterings, And ye have fallen as a desirable vessel.
Adhijirradow, ooya oo qayliya; kuwa adhiga madaxda u ahow, dambas ku galgasha, waayo, wakhtigii laydin gowraci lahaa waa yimid. Waan idin burburin doonaa, oo waxaad u dhici doontaan sida weel wanaagsan oo kale.
35 And perished hath refuge from the shepherds, And escape from the honourable of the flock.
Oo adhijirradu meel ay ku cararaan ma ay heli doonaan, oo adhiga madaxdiisuna meel ay ku baxsadaan ma ay heli doonaan.
36 A voice [is] of the cry of the shepherds, And a howling of the honourable of the flock, For Jehovah is spoiling their pasture.
Oo waxaa la maqli doonaa codkii qaylada adhijirrada, iyo cidii adhiga madaxdiisa, waayo, Rabbigu wuxuu kala baabbi'iyey daaqsintoodii.
37 And the peaceable habitations have been cut down, Because of the fierceness of the anger of Jehovah.
Oo xeryihii nabaadiinada waa la wada baabbi'iyey Rabbiga xanaaqiisa kulul aawadiis.
38 He hath forsaken, as a young lion, His covert, Surely their land hath become a desolation, Because of the oppressing fierceness, And because of the fierceness of His anger!
Wuxuu meeshiisii qarsoonayd uga soo baxay sidii libaax oo kale, waayo, dalkoodii cidla buu noqday, waana baabbi'iyaha cadhadiisa aawadeed iyo xanaaqiisa kulul aawadiis.
