Isaiah 22
1 The burden of the Valley of Vision. What — to thee, now, that thou hast gone up, All of thee — to the roofs?
௧தரிசனப் பள்ளத்தாக்கைக் குறித்த செய்தி. உன்னில் உள்ளவர்கள் எல்லோரும் வீடுகளின்மேல் ஏறுவதற்கு உனக்கு இப்பொழுது வந்தது என்ன?
2 Full of stirs — a noisy city — an exulting city, Thy pierced are not pierced of the sword, Nor dead in battle.
௨ஆட்கள் நடமாட்டம் நிறைந்து ஆரவாரம்செய்து, களிகூர்ந்திருந்த நகரமே, உன்னிடத்தில் கொலை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் பட்டயத்தால் கொலை செய்யப்படவில்லை, போரில் இறந்ததும் இல்லை.
3 All thy rulers fled together from the bow, Bound have been all found of thee, They have been kept bound together, Afar off they have fled.
௩உன் அதிபதிகள் எல்லோரும் ஏகமாக ஓடி அலைந்தும், வில்வீரர்களால் கட்டப்படுகிறார்கள்; உன்னில் அகப்பட்ட அனைவரும் தூரத்திற்கு ஓடியும் ஏகமாகக் கட்டப்படுகிறார்கள்.
4 Therefore I said, 'Look ye from me, I am bitter in my weeping, Haste not to comfort me, For the destruction of the daughter of my people.'
௪ஆகையால், என்னை நோக்கிப் பார்க்காதீர்கள்; மகளாகிய என் மக்கள் பாழாய்ப்போனதின் காரணமாக மனங்கசந்து அழுவேன்; எனக்கு ஆறுதல் சொல்ல வராதீர்கள் என்கிறேன்.
5 For a day of noise, and of treading down, And of perplexity, [is] to the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts, In the valley of vision, digging down a wall, And crying unto the mountain.
௫சேனைகளின் யெகோவாவாகிய ஆண்டவராலே இது தரிசனப் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே அமளியும், மிதிக்கப்படுதலும், கலக்கமுமுள்ள நாளாயிருக்கிறது; இது அலங்கத்தைத் தகர்த்து, மலைக்கு நேரே ஆர்ப்பரிக்கும் நாளாயிருக்கிறது.
6 And Elam hath borne a quiver, In a chariot of men — horsemen, And Kir hath exposed a shield.
௬ஏலாமியன் அம்புகளை வைக்கும் பையை எடுத்து, இரதங்களுடனும் காலாட்களுடனும் குதிரைவீரர்களுடனும் வருகிறான்; கீர் கேடகத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும்.
7 And it cometh to pass, The choice of thy valleys have been full of chariots, And the horsemen place themselves diligently at the gate.
௭மிகச் சிறப்பான உன் பள்ளத்தாக்குகள் இரதங்களால் நிரப்பப்படும்; குதிரைவீரர்கள் வாசல்கள் வரை வந்து அணிவகுத்து நிற்பார்கள்.
8 And one removeth the covering of Judah, And thou lookest in that day Unto the armour of the house of the forest,
௮அவன் யூதாவின் மறைவை நீக்கிப்போடுவான்; அந்நாளிலே வனமாளிகையாகிய ஆயுதசாலையை நோக்குவாய்.
9 And the breaches of the city of David ye have seen, For they have become many, And ye gather the waters of the lower pool,
௯நீங்கள் தாவீது நகரத்தின் விரிசல்கள் அநேகமாயிருப்பதைக் கண்டு, கீழ்க்குளத்துத் தண்ணீர்களைக் கட்டிவைத்து,
10 And the houses of Jerusalem ye did number, And ye break down the houses to fence the wall.
௧0எருசலேமின் வீடுகளை எண்ணி, மதிலை பலப்படுத்தும்படி வீடுகளை இடித்து,
11 And a ditch ye made between the two walls, For the waters of the old pool, And ye have not looked unto its Maker, And its Framer of old ye have not seen.
௧௧இரண்டு மதில்களுக்கு நடுவே பழைய குளத்துத் தண்ணீர்களுக்கு ஒரு குளத்தை உண்டாக்குவீர்கள்; ஆனாலும் அதைச் செய்தவரை நீங்கள் நோக்காமலும், அதை ஏற்படுத்தித் தூரத்திலிருந்து வரச்செய்தவரைக் கவனிக்காமலும் போகிறீர்கள்.
12 And call doth the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts, In that day, to weeping and to lamentation, And to baldness and to girding on of sackcloth,
௧௨சேனைகளின் யெகோவாவாகிய ஆண்டவர் அக்காலத்திலே அழவும், புலம்பவும், மொட்டையிடவும், சணல்உடையை அணியவும் கட்டளையிட்டார்.
13 And lo, joy and gladness, slaying of oxen, And slaughtering of sheep, Eating of flesh, and drinking of wine, Eat and drink, for to-morrow we die.
௧௩நீங்களோ, சந்தோஷித்து மகிழ்ந்து, ஆடுமாடுகளை அடித்து, இறைச்சியைச் சாப்பிட்டு, திராட்சைரசத்தைக் குடித்து: சாப்பிடுவோம் குடிப்போம், நாளைக்குச் சாவோம் என்று சொல்வீர்கள்.
14 And revealed it hath been in mine ears, [By] Jehovah of Hosts: Not pardoned is this iniquity to you, Till ye die, said the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts.
௧௪மெய்யாகவே நீங்கள் சாகும்வரை இந்த அக்கிரமம் உங்களுக்கு நிவிர்த்தியாவதில்லை என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்கிறாரென்பது என் காது கேட்கும்படி சேனைகளின் யெகோவாவால் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
15 Thus said the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts: 'Go, enter in unto this steward, Unto Shebna, who [is] over the house:
௧௫சேனைகளின் யெகோவாவாகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைத்ததாவது: நீ அரண்மனை விசாரிப்புக்காரனும் பொக்கிஷக்காரனுமாகிய செப்னா என்பவனிடத்திற்குப்போய்ச் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்,
16 What — to thee here? And who — to thee here? That thou hast hewn out to thee here — a sepulchre? Hewing on high his sepulchre, Graving in a rock a dwelling for himself.
௧௬உயர்ந்த இடத்திலே தன் கல்லறையை வெட்டி, கன்மலையிலே தனக்கு வாசஸ்தலத்தைத் தோண்டுகிறவனைப்போல, நீ உனக்கு இங்கே கல்லறையை வெட்டும்படிக்கு உனக்கு இங்கே என்ன இருக்கிறது? உனக்கு இங்கே யார் இருக்கிறார்கள்?
17 Lo, Jehovah is casting thee up and down, A casting up and down, O mighty one,
௧௭இதோ, பெலவான் ஒருவனைத் துரத்துவதுபோலக் யெகோவா உன்னைத் துரத்திவிட்டு, நிச்சயமாக உன்னை மூடிப்போடுவார்.
18 And thy coverer covering, wrapping round, Wrappeth thee round, O babbler, On a land broad of sides — there thou diest, And there the chariots of thine honour [Are] the shame of the house of thy lord.
௧௮அவர் உன்னை உருண்டையைப்போல அகலமும் விசாலமுமான தேசத்திலே சுழற்றி எறிந்துவிடுவார்; அங்கே நீ சாவாய்; அங்கே உன் மகிமையின் இரதங்கள் உன் ஆண்டவனுடைய வீட்டிற்கு இகழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கும்.
19 And I have thrust thee from thy station, And from thine office he throweth thee down.
௧௯உன்னை உன் நிலையைவிட்டுத் துரத்திவிடுவேன்; உன் இடத்திலிருந்து நீ பிடுங்கிப்போடப்படுவாய்.
20 And it hath come to pass, in that day, That I have called to my servant, To Eliakim son of Hilkiah.
௨0அந்நாளிலே இல்க்கியாவின் மகனாகிய எலியாக்கீம் என்னும் என் ஊழியக்காரனை நான் அழைத்து:
21 And I have clothed him with thy coat, And with thy girdle I strengthen him, And thy garment I give into his hand, And he hath been for a father to the inhabitant of Jerusalem, And to the house of Judah.
௨௧உன் உடையை அவனுக்கு அணிவித்து, உன் கச்சையால் அவனை இடைக்கட்டி, உன் அதிகாரத்தை அவன் கையிலே கொடுப்பேன்; அவன் எருசலேமின் குடிமக்களுக்கும், யூதாவின் வம்சத்திற்கும் தகப்பனாயிருப்பான்.
22 And I have placed the key Of the house of David on his shoulder, And he hath opened, and none is shutting, And hath shut, and none is opening.
௨௨தாவீதுடைய வீட்டின் திறவுகோலை அவன் தோளின்மேல் வைப்பேன்; ஒருவரும் பூட்டக்கூடாதபடிக்கு அவன் திறப்பான், ஒருவரும் திறக்கக்கூடாதபடிக்கு அவன் பூட்டுவான்.
23 And I have fixed him a nail in a stedfast place, And he hath been for a throne of honour To the house of his father.
௨௩அவனை உறுதியான இடத்திலே ஆணியாக அடிப்பேன்; அவன் தன் தகப்பன் வீட்டிற்கு மகிமையான சிங்காசனமாக இருப்பான்.
24 And they have hanged on him All the honour of the house of his father, The offspring and the issue, All vessels of small quality, From vessels of basins to all vessels of flagons.
௨௪அதின்மேல் அவன் தகப்பன் வம்சத்தாராகிய பிள்ளைகள், பேரப்பிள்ளைகளுடைய மகிமை அனைத்தையும், சிறிதும் பெரிதுமான சகல பானபாத்திரங்களையும் தூக்கி வைப்பார்கள்.
25 In that day — an affirmation of Jehovah of Hosts, Moved is the nail that is fixed In a stedfast place, Yea, it hath been cut down, and hath fallen, And cut off hath been the burden that [is] on it, For Jehovah hath spoken!'
௨௫உறுதியான இடத்தில் அடிக்கப்பட்டிருந்த ஆணி அந்நாளிலே பிடுங்கப்பட்டு, முறிந்துவிழும்; அப்பொழுது அதின்மேல் தொங்கின பாரம் அறுந்து விழும் என்று சேனைகளின் யெகோவா உரைக்கிறார்; யெகோவாவே இதை உரைக்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார்.
