Ezekiel 23
1 And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying, 'Son of man,
੧ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ
2 Two women were daughters of one mother,
੨ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਦੋ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
3 And they go a-whoring in Egypt, In their youth they have gone a-whoring, There they have bruised their breasts, And there they have dealt with the loves of their virginity.
੩ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਭਚਾਰਨਾਂ ਬਣੀਆਂ। ਉੱਥੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੁਆਰਪੁਣੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਖਿੱਚੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ।
4 And their names [are] Aholah the elder, And Aholibah her sister, And they are Mine, and bear sons and daughters. As to their names — Samaria [is] Aholah, And Jerusalem [is] Aholibah.
੪ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜੰਮੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਸਾਮਰਿਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਹੈ।
5 And go a-whoring doth Aholah under Me, And she doteth on her lovers, On the neighbouring Assyrians,
੫ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੀ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਯਾਰਾਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
6 Clothed with blue — governors and prefects, Desirable young men all of them, Horsemen, riding on horses,
੬ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ, ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੁਣਵੇਂ ਸੁਣੱਖੇ ਗੱਭਰੂ ਸਨ, ਜੋ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਂਗਣੀ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨਦੇ ਸਨ।
7 And she giveth her whoredoms on them, The choice of the sons of Asshur, All of them — even all on whom she doted, By all their idols she hath been defiled.
੭ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚੁਣਵੇਂ ਜੁਆਨ ਸਨ, ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਸੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਹੋਈ।
8 And her whoredoms out of Egypt she hath not forsaken, For with her they lay in her youth, And they dealt with the loves of her virginity, And they pour out their whoredoms on her.
੮ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੇਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੁਆਰਪੁਣੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
9 Therefore I have given her into the hand of her lovers, Into the hand of sons of Asshur on whom she doted.
੯ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਸੀ।
10 They have uncovered her nakedness, Her sons and her daughters they have taken, And her by sword they have slain, And she is a name for women, And judgments they have done with her.
੧੦ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਪੜਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਹ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਸੋ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆਈ।
11 And see doth her sister Aholibah, And she maketh her doting love more corrupt than she, And her whoredoms than the whoredoms of her sister.
੧੧ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਆਪਣੀ ਉਸ ਭੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਭੈੜੀ ਨਿੱਕਲੀ।
12 On sons of Asshur she hath doted, Governors and prefects, Neighbouring ones — clothed in perfection, Horsemen, riding on horses, Desirable young men all of them.
੧੨ਉਹ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਸਨ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੁਣਵੇਂ ਗੱਭਰੂ ਸਨ।
13 And I see that she hath been defiled, One way [is] to them both.
੧੩ਮੈਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਮਾਰਗ ਸੀ।
14 And she doth add unto her whoredoms, And she seeth graved men on the wall, Pictures of Chaldeans, graved with red lead,
੧੪ਉਹ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਗਈ, ਨਾਲੇ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਕੰਧ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤਾਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਕਸਦੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੀਆਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਰਫ ਨਾਲ ਖਿੱਚੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
15 Girded with a girdle on their loins, Dyed attire spread out on their heads, The appearance of rulers — all of them, The likeness of sons of Babylon, Chaldea is the land of their birth.
੧੫ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਟਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਮਰਾਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੰਗਦਾਰ ਲੜਾਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਗੜੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੇਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਬਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਭੂਮੀ ਕਸਦੀਮ ਹੈ।
16 And she doteth on them at the sight of her eyes, And sendeth messengers to them, to Chaldea.
੧੬ਤਾਂ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਕਸਦੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਤ ਭੇਜੇ।
17 And come in unto her do sons of Babylon, To the bed of loves, And they defile her with their whoredoms, And she is defiled with them, And her soul is alienated from them.
੧੭ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਭੋਗ ਦੀ ਸੇਜ਼ ਤੇ ਲੇਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਿੱਟੀ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੂਗ ਕੀਤੀ।
18 And she revealeth her whoredoms, And she revealeth her nakedness, And alienated is My soul from off her, As alienated was My soul from off her sister.
੧੮ਜਦ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਨੰਗੇਜ਼ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਸੂਗ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
19 And she multiplieth her whoredoms, To remember the days of her youth, When she went a-whoring in the land of Egypt.
੧੯ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਇਆ, ਆਪਣੀ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
20 And she doteth on their paramours, Whose flesh [is] the flesh of asses, And the issue of horses — their issue.
੨੦ਉਹ ਫੇਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਯਾਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗੀ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਗ ਗਧਿਆਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਓ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਓ ਹੈ।
21 Thou lookest after the wickedness of thy youth, In dealing out of Egypt thy loves, For the sake of the breasts of thy youth.
੨੧ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਮਿਸਰੀ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਜੁਆਨ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੱਚਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਲਦੇ ਸਨ, ਫੇਰ ਲੋਚਣ ਲੱਗੀ।
22 Therefore, O Aholibah, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am stirring up thy lovers against thee, From whom thy soul hath been alienated, And have brought them in against thee from round about.
੨੨ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੇ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵੇਖ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਤੰਗ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉਠਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚਾਰੇ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ ਲੈ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ।
23 Sons of Babylon, and of all Chaldea, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, All the sons of Asshur with them, Desirable young men, governors and prefects, All of them — rulers and proclaimed ones, Riding on horses, all of them.
੨੩ਬਾਬਲ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਸਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਕੋਦ ਦੇਸ ਸ਼ੋਆ ਦੇਸ, ਕੋਅ ਦੇਸ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ, ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੁਣਵੇਂ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗੱਭਰੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ, ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰਾਂ, ਸ਼ਰੀਫਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਪਤਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ
24 And they have come in against thee, With arms, rider, and wheel, And with an assembly of peoples; Target, and shield, and helmet, They do set against thee round about, And I have set before them judgment, They have judged thee in their Judgments.
੨੪ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਜੰਗੀ ਸ਼ਸਤਰਾਂ, ਰਥਾਂ, ਛਕੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਢਾਲ਼, ਸੀਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਹੇ ਦਾ ਟੋਪ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਚਾਰੇ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਮੈਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
25 And I have set My jealousy against thee, And they have dealt with thee in fury, Thy nose and thine ears they turn aside, And thy posterity by sword falleth, They, thy sons and thy daughters do take away, And thy posterity is devoured by fire.
੨੫ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਣਖ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤਣਗੇ। ਤੇਰਾ ਨੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਕੰਨ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਢੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਭੱਖ ਲਵੇਗੀ।
26 And they have stripped thee of thy garments, And have taken thy beauteous jewels.
੨੬ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਲਾਹ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਲੁੱਟ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
27 And I have caused thy wickedness to cease from thee, And thy whoredoms out of the land of Egypt, And thou liftest not up thine eyes unto them, And Egypt thou dost not remember again.
੨੭ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲਿਆਈ, ਮੁਕਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਅੱਖ ਨਾ ਚੁੱਕੇਂਗੀ, ਨਾ ਫੇਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰੇਂਗੀ।
28 For thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am giving thee into a hand that thou hast hated, Into a hand from which thou wast alienated.
੨੮ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵੇਖ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਘਿਰਣਾ ਹੈ, ਹਾਂ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਗ ਕੀਤੀ, ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
29 And they have dealt with thee in hatred, And they have taken all thy labour, And they have left thee naked and bare, And revealed hath been the nakedness of thy whoredoms, And the wickedness of thy whoredoms.
੨੯ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰਣਾ ਦਾ ਵਰਤਾਓ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨੰਗਾ ਧੜੰਗਾ ਛੱਡ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਨੰਗੇਜ਼ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣਾ ਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਵਿਭਚਾਰੀ ਵੀ।
30 To do these things to thee, In thy going a-whoring after nations, Because thou hast been defiled with their idols,
੩੦ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਦੂਜੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਗਰ ਪਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ।
31 In the way of thy sister thou hast walked, And I have given her cup into thy hand.
੩੧ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਚਲੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
32 Thus said the Lord Jehovah: The cup of thy sister thou dost drink, The deep and the wide one, (Thou art for laughter and for scorn, ) Abundant to contain.
੩੨ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਕਟੋਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜੋ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੌੜਾ ਹੈ ਪੀਵੇਂਗੀ, ਲੋਕ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੱਸਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਠੱਠੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਕਟੋਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
33 With drunkenness and sorrow thou art filled, A cup of astonishment and desolation, The cup of thy sister Samaria.
੩੩ਤੂੰ ਮਸਤੀ ਤੇ ਸੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਜਾਵੇਂਗੀ, ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਜਾੜ ਦਾ ਕਟੋਰਾ ਹੈ।
34 And thou hast drunk it, and hast drained [it], And its earthen ware thou dost gnaw, And thine own breasts thou pluckest off, For I have spoken, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah,
੩੪ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਵੇਂਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਚੋੜੇਂਗੀ, ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਠੀਕਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਚਬਾ ਜਾਵੇਂਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਟੇਂਗੀ। ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ।
35 Therefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Because thou hast forgotten Me, And thou dost cast Me behind thy back, Even thou also bear thy wickedness and thy whoredoms.'
੩੫ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿੱਠ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ।
36 And Jehovah saith unto me, 'Son of man, Dost thou judge Aholah and Aholibah? Declare then to them their abominations.
੩੬ਫੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਇਆ, ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ? ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਿਣਾਉਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ।
37 For they have committed adultery, And blood [is] in their hands, With their idols they committed adultery, And also their sons whom they bore to Me, They caused to pass over to them for food.
੩੭ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਲਹੂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹਨ। ਹਾਂ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਜੰਮੇ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਖਾਣਾ ਹੋਣ!
38 Again, this they have done to Me, They defiled My sanctuary in that day, And My sabbaths they have polluted.
੩੮ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਬਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੀਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
39 And in their slaughtering their sons to their idols They also come in unto My sanctuary in that day to pollute it, And lo, thus they have done in the midst of My house,
੩੯ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵੱਢ ਚੁੱਕੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਵੜੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੀਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ!
40 And also that they send to men coming from afar, Unto whom a messenger is sent, And lo, they have come in for whom thou hast washed, Painted thine eyes, and put on adornment.
੪੦ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੂਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੱਦੇ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੂਤ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖ, ਉਹ ਆਏ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਨ੍ਹਾਤੀ-ਧੋਤੀ, ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਜਲ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਗਹਿਣਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰਿਆ।
41 And thou hast sat on a couch of honour, And a table arrayed before it, And My perfume and My oil placed on it.
੪੧ਤੂੰ ਸਜਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਪਲੰਘ ਤੇ ਬੈਠੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੇਜ਼ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਧੂਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਲ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
42 And the voice of a multitude at ease [is] with her, And unto men of the common people are brought in Sabeans from the wilderness, And they put bracelets on their hands, And a beauteous crown on their heads.
੪੨ਇੱਕ ਗਾਫ਼ਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ, ਆਮ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਤਾਜ ਪਹਿਨਾਏ।
43 And I say of the worn-out one in adulteries, Now they commit her whoredoms — she also!
੪੩ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਜੋ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ-ਕਰਦੇ ਬੁੱਢੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ।
44 And they come in unto her, As the coming in unto a whorish woman, So they have come in unto Aholah, And unto Aholibah — the wicked women.
੪੪ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਏ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਭਚਾਰਨ ਔਰਤ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਓਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਲੁੱਚੜ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਗਏ।
45 As to righteous men, they judge them with the judgment of adulteresses, And the judgment of women shedding blood, For they [are] adulteresses, And blood [is] in their hands.
੪੫ਪਰ ਧਰਮੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਭਚਾਰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਹੂ ਵਹਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਵਿਭਚਾਰਨੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਲਹੂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹਨ।
46 For thus said the Lord Jehovah: Bring up against them an assembly, And give them to trembling and to spoiling.
੪੬ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦਲ ਚੜ੍ਹਾ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਲੁੱਟ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਬਣਾਵਾਂਗਾ
47 And they have cast at them the stone of the assembly, And cut them with their swords, Their sons and their daughters they do slay, And their houses with fire they burn.
੪੭ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਤਲਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢੇਗਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਫੂਕ ਸੁੱਟੇਗਾ।
48 And I have caused wickedness to cease from the land, And instructed have been all the women, And they do not according to your wickedness.
੪੮ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ
49 And they have put your wickedness on you, And the sins of your idols ye bear, And ye have known that I [am] the Lord Jehovah!
੪੯ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲੁੱਚਪੁਣੇ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਭੋਗੋਗੀਆਂ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣੋ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੈਂ ਹੀ ਹਾਂ!
