Exodus 6
1 And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Now dost thou see that which I do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he doth send them away, yea, with a strong hand he doth cast them out of his land.'
ସେତେବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ଫାରୋ ପ୍ରତି ଯାହା କରିବା, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏବେ ଦେଖିବ; କାରଣ ବାହୁ ବଳ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେଲେ, ସେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯିବାକୁ ଦେବ ଓ ବାହୁ ବଳ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେଲେ, ଆପଣା ଦେଶରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତଡ଼ି ଦେବ।”
2 And God speaketh unto Moses, and saith unto him, 'I [am] Jehovah,
ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆଳାପ କରି ଆହୁରି କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୋବାଃ (ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ);
3 and I appear unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, as God Almighty; as to My name Jehovah, I have not been known to them;
ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅବ୍ରହାମ, ଇସ୍ହାକ ଓ ଯାକୁବଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ବୋଲି ଦର୍ଶନ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଯିହୋବାଃ ନାମରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିଚୟ ଦେଇ ନ ଥିଲୁ।
4 and also I have established My covenant with them, to give to them the land of Canaan, the land of their sojournings, wherein they have sojourned;
ପୁଣି, କିଣାନ ଦେଶ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଯହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରବାସ କଲେ, ସେହି ପ୍ରବାସ-ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେବା ବୋଲି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିଥିଲୁ।
5 and also I have heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, whom the Egyptians are causing to serve, and I remember My covenant.
ଏବେ ମିସରୀୟମାନେ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦାସତ୍ୱରେ ରଖିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ ଶୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସେହି ନିୟମ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଅଛୁ।
6 'Therefore say to the sons of Israel, I [am] Jehovah, and I have brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and have delivered you from their service, and have redeemed you by a stretched-out arm, and by great judgments,
ଏନିମନ୍ତେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ କୁହ, ‘ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିସରୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଭାରବହନରୁ ନିସ୍ତାର କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦାସତ୍ୱରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବା, ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ବିସ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବାହୁ ଓ ମହା ମହା ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା।
7 and have taken you to Me for a people, and I have been to you for God, and ye have known that I [am] Jehovah your God, who is bringing you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians;
ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଲୋକ ରୂପେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବା; ତହିଁରେ ମିସରୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଭାରବହନରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ନିସ୍ତାରକାରୀ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣିବ।
8 and I have brought you in unto the land which I have lifted up My hand to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, and have given it to you — a possession; I [am] Jehovah.'
ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅବ୍ରହାମ, ଇସ୍ହାକ ଓ ଯାକୁବଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ଉଠାଇଅଛୁ, ସେହି ଦେଶକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘେନିଯିବା; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅଧିକାରାର୍ଥେ ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ।’”
9 And Moses speaketh so unto the sons of Israel, and they hearkened not unto Moses, for anguish of spirit, and for harsh service.
ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ମୋଶା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ତଦନୁସାରେ କହିଲେ, ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ମନୋଦୁଃଖ ଓ କଠିନ ଦାସତ୍ୱ ସକାଶୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କଲେ ନାହିଁ।
10 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,
11 'Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he doth send the sons of Israel out of his land;
“ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାଇ ମିସରର ରାଜା ଫାରୋକୁ କୁହ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦେଶରୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ଯିବାକୁ ଦିଅ।”
12 and Moses speaketh before Jehovah, saying, 'Lo, the sons of Israel have not hearkened unto me, and how doth Pharaoh hear me, and I of uncircumcised lips?'
ତହିଁରେ ମୋଶା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ କହିଲେ, “ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମୋʼ କଥାରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି; ତେବେ ଉତ୍ତମ ବକ୍ତା ଯେ ମୁଁ ନୁହେଁ, ମୋʼ କଥା ଫାରୋ କିପରି ଶୁଣିବେ?”
13 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and chargeth them for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt.
ଏହିରୂପେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶା ଓ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆଳାପ କଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମିସର ରାଜା ଫାରୋଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ନିକଟରେ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ କଥା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲେ।
14 These [are] heads of the house of their fathers: Sons of Reuben first-born of Israel [are] Hanoch, and Phallu, Hezron, and Carmi: these [are] families of Reuben.
ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପିତୃବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଥିଲେ। ଇସ୍ରାଏଲଙ୍କର ଜ୍ୟେଷ୍ଠ ପୁତ୍ର ରୁବେନ୍ର ସନ୍ତାନ ହନୋକ, ପଲ୍ଲୁ, ହିଷ୍ରୋଣ ଓ କର୍ମି; ଏମାନେ ରୁବେନ୍ର ବଂଶ।
15 And sons of Simeon [are] Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, son of the Canaanitess: these [are] families of Simeon.
ପୁଣି, ଶିମୀୟୋନର ପୁତ୍ର ଯିମୂୟେଲ, ଯାମୀନ୍, ଓହଦ୍, ଯାଖୀନ୍, ସୋହର ଓ କିଣାନୀୟା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ପୁତ୍ର ଶୌଲ; ଏମାନେ ଶିମୀୟୋନର ବଂଶ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
16 And these [are] the names of the sons of Levi, as to their births: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari: and the years of the life of Levi [are] a hundred and thirty and seven years.
ବଂଶାବଳୀ ଅନୁସାରେ ଲେବୀର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଗେର୍ଶୋନ, କହାତ ଓ ମରାରି; ଲେବୀର ବୟସ ଶହେ ସଇଁତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା।
17 The sons of Gershon [are] Libni, and Shimi, as to their families.
ପୁଣି, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବଂଶାନୁସାରେ ଗେର୍ଶୋନର ସନ୍ତାନ ଲିବ୍ନି ଓ ଶିମୀୟି।
18 And the sons of Kohath [are] Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel: and the years of the life of Kohath [are] a hundred and thirty and three years.
ପୁଣି, କହାତର ସନ୍ତାନ ଅମ୍ରାମ୍, ଯିଷ୍ହର, ହିବ୍ରୋଣ ଓ ଉଷୀୟେଲ; ସେହି କହାତର ଶହେ ତେତିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
19 And the sons of Merari [are] Mahli and Mushi: these [are] families of Levi, as to their births.
ମରାରିର ସନ୍ତାନ ମହଲି ଓ ମୂଶି; ଏମାନେ ବଂଶାବଳୀ ଅନୁସାରେ ଲେବୀର ବଂଶ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
20 And Amram taketh Jochebed his aunt to himself for a wife, and she beareth to him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram [are] a hundred and thirty and seven years.
ପୁଣି, ଅମ୍ରାମ୍ ଆପଣା ପିଉସୀ ଯୋକେବଦକୁ ବିବାହ କରନ୍ତେ, ସେ ତାହାର ଔରସରେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ ଓ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରସବ କଲା; ସେହି ଅମ୍ରାମ୍ର ଆୟୁ ଶହେ ସଇଁତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା।
21 And sons of Izhar [are] Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.
ଯିଷ୍ହରର ସନ୍ତାନ କୋରହ, ନେଫଗ୍ ଓ ସିଖ୍ରି।
22 And sons of Uzziel [are] Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.
ପୁଣି, ଉଷୀୟେଲର ସନ୍ତାନ ମୀଶାୟେଲ ଓ ଇଲୀଷାଫନ୍ ଓ ସିଥ୍ରି।
23 And Aaron taketh Elisheba daughter of Amminadab, sister of Naashon, to himself for a wife, and she beareth to him Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
ପୁଣି, ହାରୋଣ ଅମ୍ମୀନାଦବର କନ୍ୟା ନହଶୋନର ଭଗିନୀ ଇଲୀଶେବାକୁ ବିବାହ କଲେ; ତହିଁରେ ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ଔରସରେ ନାଦବ୍, ଅବୀହୂ, ଇଲୀୟାସର ଓ ଈଥାମରକୁ ପ୍ରସବ କଲା।
24 And sons of Korah [are] Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph: these [are] families of the Korhite.
ପୁଣି, କୋରହର ସନ୍ତାନ ଅସୀର ଓ ଇଲ୍କାନା ଓ ଅବୀୟାସଫ; ଏମାନେ କୋରହର ବଂଶ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
25 And Eleazar, Aaron's son, hath taken to him [one] of the daughters of Putiel for a wife to himself, and she beareth to him Phinehas: these [are] heads of the fathers of the Levites, as to their families.
ପୁଣି, ହାରୋଣଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲୀୟାସର ଫୂଟୀୟେଲର ଏକ କନ୍ୟାକୁ ବିବାହ କରନ୍ତେ, ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ଔରସରେ ପୀନହସ୍କୁ ପ୍ରସବ କଲା, ଏମାନେ ଲେବୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶଭେଦାନୁସାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପିତୃବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଥିଲେ।
26 This [is] Aaron — and Moses — to whom Jehovah said, 'Bring ye out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, by their hosts;'
ଏହି ଯେ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ମୋଶା, ଏମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସୈନ୍ୟଶ୍ରେଣୀବଦ୍ଧ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣ।”
27 these are they who are speaking unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt, this [is] Moses — and Aaron.
ଏମାନେ ମିସରରୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ମିସରର ରାଜା ଫାରୋଙ୍କ ସହିତ କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କରିଥିଲେ। ଏମାନେ ସେହି ମୋଶା ଓ ହାରୋଣ।
28 And it cometh to pass in the day of Jehovah's speaking unto Moses in the land of Egypt,
ଯେଉଁ ଦିନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରେ ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆଳାପ କଲେ,
29 that Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying, 'I [am] Jehovah, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I am speaking unto thee.'
ସେହି ଦିନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କଥା କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା ଯାହା କହୁ; ତାହାସବୁ ମିସରୀୟ ରାଜା ଫାରୋକୁ କୁହ।”
30 And Moses saith before Jehovah, 'Lo, I [am] of uncircumcised lips, and how doth Pharaoh hearken unto me?'
ତହିଁରେ ମୋଶା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ କହିଥିଲେ, “ମନ୍ଦ ବକ୍ତା ଯେ ମୁଁ, ମୋʼ କଥା ଫାରୋ କିପ୍ରକାରେ ଶୁଣିବେ?”
