Exodus 6
1 And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Now dost thou see that which I do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he doth send them away, yea, with a strong hand he doth cast them out of his land.'
೧ಆನಂತರ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ, “ನಾನು ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ನೀನು ಈಗ ನೋಡುವೆ. ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಬಲವಾದ ಹಸ್ತವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸುವನು. ನನ್ನ ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತನಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವನು” ಅಂದನು.
2 And God speaketh unto Moses, and saith unto him, 'I [am] Jehovah,
೨ದೇವರು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಪುನಃ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಇಂತೆಂದನು, “ನಾನೇ ಯೆಹೋವನು,
3 and I appear unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, as God Almighty; as to My name Jehovah, I have not been known to them;
೩ನಾನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೂ, ಇಸಾಕನಿಗೂ, ಯಾಕೋಬನಿಗೂ ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆನು. ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವನೆಂಬ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೋಚರವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
4 and also I have established My covenant with them, to give to them the land of Canaan, the land of their sojournings, wherein they have sojourned;
೪ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ಪರದೇಶದವರಾಗಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ನನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವೆನು.
5 and also I have heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, whom the Egyptians are causing to serve, and I remember My covenant.
೫ಐಗುಪ್ತರು ದಾಸರಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಗೋಳು ಈಗ ನನಗೆ ಕೇಳಿಸಿತು. ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ನೆನಪುಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆನು.
6 'Therefore say to the sons of Israel, I [am] Jehovah, and I have brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and have delivered you from their service, and have redeemed you by a stretched-out arm, and by great judgments,
೬ಆದುದರಿಂದ, ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ‘ನಾನೇ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಐಗುಪ್ತರು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಬಿಟ್ಟೀ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ದಾಸತ್ವದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಹಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವೆನು.
7 and have taken you to Me for a people, and I have been to you for God, and ye have known that I [am] Jehovah your God, who is bringing you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians;
೭ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿಮಗೆ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವೆನು. ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಬಿಟ್ಟೀ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಯೆಹೋವನೆಂಬ ನಾನೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು.
8 and I have brought you in unto the land which I have lifted up My hand to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, and have given it to you — a possession; I [am] Jehovah.'
೮ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ್, ಇಸಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾಕೋಬರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೈ ಎತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸ್ವತ್ತಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದವನು ಯೆಹೋವನೆಂಬ ನಾನೇ’ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು” ಅಂದನು.
9 And Moses speaketh so unto the sons of Israel, and they hearkened not unto Moses, for anguish of spirit, and for harsh service.
೯ಮೋಶೆ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಹೋದದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ, ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ದಾಸತ್ವದ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
10 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
೧೦ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,
11 'Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he doth send the sons of Israel out of his land;
೧೧“ನೀನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡು” ಅಂದನು.
12 and Moses speaketh before Jehovah, saying, 'Lo, the sons of Israel have not hearkened unto me, and how doth Pharaoh hear me, and I of uncircumcised lips?'
೧೨ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಶೆ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, “ಇಗೋ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರೇ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ; ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ತೊದಲು ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟಾನೇ?” ಅಂದನು.
13 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and chargeth them for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt.
೧೩ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋನರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬರಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
14 These [are] heads of the house of their fathers: Sons of Reuben first-born of Israel [are] Hanoch, and Phallu, Hezron, and Carmi: these [are] families of Reuben.
೧೪ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು: ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲು ಮಗನಾದ ರೂಬೇನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಹನೋಕ್, ಫಲ್ಲು, ಹೆಚ್ರೋನ್, ಕರ್ಮೀ. ಇವರೇ ರೂಬೇನಿನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಮೂಲ ಪುರುಷರು.
15 And sons of Simeon [are] Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, son of the Canaanitess: these [are] families of Simeon.
೧೫ಸಿಮೆಯೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ; ಯೆಮೂಯೇಲ್, ಯಾಮೀನ್, ಓಹದ್, ಯಾಕೀನ್, ಚೋಹರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನಾನ್ಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಸೌಲ ಇವರು ಸಿಮೆಯೋನನಿಂದುಂಟಾದ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೂಲ ಪುರುಷರು.
16 And these [are] the names of the sons of Levi, as to their births: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari: and the years of the life of Levi [are] a hundred and thirty and seven years.
೧೬ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲೇವಿಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಗೇರ್ಷೋನ್, ಕೆಹಾತ್, ಮೆರಾರೀ, ಇವರೇ. ಲೇವಿಯು ನೂರ ಮೂವತ್ತೇಳು ವರ್ಷ ಬದುಕಿದ್ದನು.
17 The sons of Gershon [are] Libni, and Shimi, as to their families.
೧೭ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಗೇರ್ಷೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಲಿಬ್ನೀ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಮ್ಮಿ.
18 And the sons of Kohath [are] Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel: and the years of the life of Kohath [are] a hundred and thirty and three years.
೧೮ಕೊಹಾತನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಅಮ್ರಾಮ್, ಇಚ್ಹಾರ್, ಹೆಬ್ರೋನ್, ಉಜ್ಜೀಯೇಲ್. ಕೆಹಾತನು ನೂರ ಮೂವತ್ತಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಬದುಕಿದನು.
19 And the sons of Merari [are] Mahli and Mushi: these [are] families of Levi, as to their births.
೧೯ಮೆರಾರೀಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಮಹ್ಲೀ, ಮೂಷೀ ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲೇವಿಯಿಂದುಂಟಾದ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳು ಇವೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದವು.
20 And Amram taketh Jochebed his aunt to himself for a wife, and she beareth to him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram [are] a hundred and thirty and seven years.
೨೦ಅಮ್ರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ತಂಗಿ ಯೋಕೆಬೆದಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆರೋನನನ್ನೂ, ಮೋಶೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ಅಮ್ರಾಮನು ನೂರಮೂವತ್ತೇಳು ವರ್ಷ ಬದುಕಿದನು.
21 And sons of Izhar [are] Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.
೨೧ಇಚ್ಹಾರನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೋರಹ, ನೆಫೆಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕ್ರಿ.
22 And sons of Uzziel [are] Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.
೨೨ಉಜ್ಜೀಯೇಲನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಮೀಷಾಯೇಲ್, ಎಲ್ಜಾಫಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿತ್ರಿ.
23 And Aaron taketh Elisheba daughter of Amminadab, sister of Naashon, to himself for a wife, and she beareth to him Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
೨೩ಆರೋನನು ಅಮ್ಮೀನಾದಾಬನ ಮಗಳೂ ನಹಶೋನನ ತಂಗಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದ, ಎಲೀಶೇಬಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾದನು. ಆಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾದಾಬ್, ಅಬೀಹೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರ್, ಈತಾಮಾರ್ ಎಂಬವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
24 And sons of Korah [are] Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph: these [are] families of the Korhite.
೨೪ಕೋರಹನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಅಸ್ಸೀರ್, ಎಲ್ಕಾನ್, ಅಬೀಯಾಸಾಫ್ ಇವರೇ ಕೋರಹೀಯರ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳು.
25 And Eleazar, Aaron's son, hath taken to him [one] of the daughters of Putiel for a wife to himself, and she beareth to him Phinehas: these [are] heads of the fathers of the Levites, as to their families.
೨೫ಆರೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನು ಪೂಟಿಯೇಲನ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬಾಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಆಕೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಫೀನೆಹಾಸನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ಅವರವರ ಗೋತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇವರೇ ಲೇವಿಯರ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರು.
26 This [is] Aaron — and Moses — to whom Jehovah said, 'Bring ye out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, by their hosts;'
೨೬ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ, ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯೆಹೋವನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನೋ ಅವರೇ ಆರೋನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಶೆ.
27 these are they who are speaking unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt, this [is] Moses — and Aaron.
೨೭ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದಂತಹ ಮೋಶೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋನರು ಇವರೇ.
28 And it cometh to pass in the day of Jehovah's speaking unto Moses in the land of Egypt,
೨೮ಯೆಹೋವನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದಾಗ
29 that Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying, 'I [am] Jehovah, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I am speaking unto thee.'
೨೯ಆತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ, “ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸು” ಎಂದನು.
30 And Moses saith before Jehovah, 'Lo, I [am] of uncircumcised lips, and how doth Pharaoh hearken unto me?'
೩೦ಆದರೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ, “ಇಗೋ, ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಣನಲ್ಲ, ಫರೋಹನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಕೇಳಾನು” ಅಂದನು.
