1 Chronicles 7

1 And sons of Issachar; Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four.

Isaschars barn voro: Thola, Phua, Jasub och Simrom, de fyra.

2 And sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of the house of their fathers, [even] of Tola, mighty of valour in their generations: their number in the days of David [is] twenty and two thousand and six hundred.

Thola barn voro: Ussi, Rephaja, Jeriel, Jahmai, Jibsam och Samuel, hufvud uti deras fäders hus af Thola, och väldige män i deras ätter, vid det talet i Davids tid tu och tjugu tusend och sexhundrad.

3 And sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah; and sons of Izrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Ishiah, Hamishah — all of them heads.

Ussi barn voro: Jisraja. Jisraja barn voro: Michael, Obadja, Joel och Jissija, de fem; och voro alle höfvitsmän.

4 And beside them, by their generations, of the house of their fathers, [are] troops of the host of battle, thirty and six thousand, for they multiplied wives and sons;

Och med dem i deras ätter uti deras fäders hus voro väpnade härfolk till strid, sex och tretio tusend; ty de hade många hustrur och barn.

5 and their brethren of all the families of Issachar [are] mighty of valour, eighty and seven thousand, all have their genealogy.

Och deras bröder i alla Isaschars ätter, väldige män, voro sju och åttatio tusend, och vordo alle räknade.

6 Of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.

BenJamins barn voro: Bela, Becher och Jediael, de tre.

7 And sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of a house of fathers, mighty of valour, with their genealogy, twenty and two thousand, and thirty and four.

Bela barn voro: Ezbon, Ussi, Ussiel, Jeremoth och Iri, de fem, höfvitsmän i fädernas hus, väldige män, och vordo räknade tu och tjugu tusend, och fyra och tretio.

8 And sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezar, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jerimoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alameth. All these [are] sons of Becher,

Bechers barn voro: Semira, Joas, Elieser, Eljoenai, Omri, Jeremoth, Abia, Anathot och Alameth, de voro alle Bechers barn;

9 with their genealogy, after their generations, heads of a house of their fathers, mighty of valour, twenty thousand and two hundred.

Och vordo räknade i deras ätter efter höfvitsmännerna i deras fäders hus, väldige män, tjugutusend och tuhundrad.

10 And sons of Jediael: Bilhan; and sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.

Jediaels barn voro: Bilhan. Bilhans barn voro: Jeus, BenJamin, Ehud, Chenaana, Sethan, Tharsis och Ahisahar.

11 All these [are] sons of Jediael, even heads of the fathers, mighty in valour, seventeen thousand and two hundred going out to the host for battle.

De voro alle Jediaels barn, fädernas höfvitsmän, väldige män, sjuttontusend tuhundrad, som i här utdrogo till att strida.

12 And Shuppim and Huppim [are] sons of Ir; Hushim son of Aher.

Och Suppim och Huppim voro Irs barn; men Husim voro Achers barn.

13 Sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, sons of Bilhah.

Naphthali barn voro: Jahziel, Guni, Jezer och Sallum af Bilha barn.

14 Sons of Manasseh: Ashriel, whom Jaladah his Aramaean concubine bare, with Machir father of Gilead.

Manasse barn äro desse: Esriel, hvilken hans frilla Aramia födde; men han födde Machir, Gileads fader.

15 And Machir took wives for Huppim and for Shuppim, and the name of the one [is] Maachah, and the name of the second Zelophehad, and Zelophehad hath daughters.

Och Machir gaf Huppim och Suppim hustrur, och hans syster het Maacha; hans andre son het Zelaphehad; och Zelaphehad hade döttrar.

16 And Maachah wife of Machir beareth a son and calleth his name Peresh, and the name of his brother [is] Sheresh, and his sons [are] Ulam and Rakem.

Och Maacha, Machirs hustru, födde en son, den kallade hon Peres: och hans broder het Seres; och hans söner voro: Ulam och Rakem.

17 And son of Ulam: Bedan. These [are] sons of Gilead son of Machir, son of Manasseh.

Men Ulams son var Bedan. Detta är Gileads barn, Machirs sons, Manasse sons.

18 And his sister Hammolecheth bare Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahalah.

Och hans syster Molecheth födde Ishod, Abieser och Mahela.

19 And the sons of Shemida are Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.

Och Semida hade dessa barnen: Ahjan, Sechem, Likhi och Aniam.

20 And sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eladah his son, and Tahath his son,

Ephraims barn voro desse: Suthelah. Hans son var Bered; hans son var Thahath; hans son var Elada; hans son var Thahath;

21 and Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead; and slain them have men of Gath who are born in the land, because they came down to take their cattle.

Hans son var Sabad; hans son var Suthelah, Eser och Elad. Och de män i Gath, infödde i landena, dråpo dem, derföre att de nederdragne voro till att taga bort deras boskap.

22 And Ephraim their father mourneth many days, and his brethren come in to comfort him,

Och deras fader Ephraim sörjde i långan tid, och hans bröder kommo till att hugsvala honom.

23 and he goeth in unto his wife, and she conceiveth and beareth a son, and he calleth his name Beriah, because in evil had been his house, —

Och han besof sina hustru; hon vardt hafvandes, och födde en son, och han kallade hans namn Beria, derföre att illa tillgick i hans hus.

24 and his daughter [is] Sherah, and she buildeth Beth-Horon, the lower and the upper, and Uzzen-Sherah —

Hans dotter var Seera. Hon byggde nedra och öfra BethHoron och UssenSeera.

25 and Rephah [is] his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son,

Hans son var Repha; hans son var Reseph och Thelah; hans son var Thahan;

26 Laadan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son,

Hans son var Laedan; hans son var Ammihud; hans son var Elisama;

27 Non his son, Jehoshua his son.

Hans son var Nun; hans son var Josua.

28 And their possession and their dwellings [are] Beth-El and its small towns, and to the east Naaran, and to the west Gezer and its small towns, and Shechem and its small towns, unto Gaza and its small towns;

Och deras ägor och boning var BethEl och dess döttrar, och österut af Naaran, och vesterut ifrå Geser och dess döttrar; Sechem och dess döttrar, allt intill Assa och dess döttrar;

29 and by the parts of the sons of Manasseh, Beth-Shean and its small towns, Taanach and its small towns, Megiddo and its small towns, Dor and its small towns; in these dwelt the sons of Joseph son of Israel.

Och intill Manasse barn, BethSean och dess döttrar; Thaanach och dess döttrar; Megiddo och dess döttrar; Dor och dess döttrar. Deruti bodde Josephs barn, Israels sons.

30 Son of Asher: Imnah, and Ishve, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

Assers barn voro desse: Jimna, Jisva, Jisvi, Beria, och Serah deras syster.

31 And sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel — he [is] father of Birzavith.

Beria barn voro: Heber och Malchiel, det är Birsaviths fader.

32 And Heber begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.

Heber födde Japhlet, Somer, Hotham, och Suah deras syster.

33 And sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath; these [are] sons of Japhlet.

Japhlets barn voro: Pasach, Bimhal och Asvath; desse voro Japhlets barn.

34 and sons of Shamer: Ahi, and Rohgah, Jehubbah, and Aram.

Somers barn voro: Ahi, Rohgah, Jehubba och Aram.

35 And son of Helem his brother: Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.

Och hans broders Helems barn voro: Sopha, Jimna, Seles och Amal.

36 Sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah,

Sopha barn voro: Suah, Harnepher, Sual, Beri, Jimra,

37 Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Ithran, and Beera.

Bszer, Hod, Samma, Silsa, Jithran och Beera.

38 And sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispah, and Ara.

Jethers barn voro: Jephunne, Phispah och Ara.

39 And sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rezia.

Ulla barn voro: Arah, Haniel och Rizia.

40 All these [are] sons of Asher, heads of the house of the fathers, chosen ones, mighty in valour, heads of the princes, with their genealogy, for the host, for battle, their number [is] twenty and six thousand men.

Desse voro alle Assers barn, höfvitsmän, i deras fäders hus utvalde, väldige män, och hufvud öfver Förstar, och vordo räknade i här till strids vid deras tal, sex och tjugu tusend män.
