Romans 1
1 Poul, the seruaunt of Jhesu Crist, clepid an apostle, departid in to the gospel of God;
১পৌল, একজন যীশু খ্রীষ্টের দাস, প্রেরিত হবার জন্য ডাকা হয়েছে এবং ঈশ্বরের সুসমাচার প্রচারের জন্য আলাদা ভাবে মনোনীত করেছেন,
2 which he hadde bihote tofore bi his profetis in holi scripturis of his sone,
২যে সুসমাচার ঈশ্বর পবিত্র শাস্ত্রে নিজের ভবিষ্যৎ বক্তাদের মাধ্যমে আগে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলেন;
3 which is maad to hym of the seed of Dauid bi the flesch,
৩এই সুসমাচার গুলি তার পুত্রের সম্পর্কে ছিল, দেহের দিক থেকে যিনি দায়ূদের বংশে জন্ম নিয়েছেন।
4 and he was bifor ordeyned the sone of God in vertu, bi the spirit of halewyng of the ayenrisyng of deed men, of Jhesu Crist oure Lord,
৪পবিত্র আত্মার শক্তিতে এবং পুনরুত্থানের মাধ্যমে তাঁকে ঈশ্বরের পুত্র বলে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। তিনি হলেন যীশু খ্রীষ্ট আমাদের প্রভু।
5 bi whom we han resseyued grace and the office of apostle, to obeie to the feith in alle folkis for his name,
৫তাঁর মাধ্যমেই যাঁর নামের জন্য ও সব জাতির মধ্যে বিশ্বাসের ঈশ্বরের আজ্ঞা মেনে চলার জন্য আমরা অনুগ্রহ এবং প্রেরিতত্ত্ব পেয়েছি।
6 among whiche ye ben also clepid of Jhesu Crist,
৬সেই মানুষের মধ্যে তোমরাও আছ এবং যীশু খ্রীষ্টের লোক হবার জন্য তোমাদের ডেকেছেন।
7 to alle that ben at Rome, derlyngis of God, and clepid hooli, grace to you, and pees of God oure fadir, and of the Lord Jhesu Crist.
৭রোমে ঈশ্বরের প্রিয় মনোনীত পবিত্র যত লোক আছেন সেই সব পবিত্র মানুষের কাছে এই চিঠি লিখছি। আমাদের পিতা ঈশ্বরও প্রভু যীশু খ্রীষ্ট থেকে অনুগ্রহ ও শান্তি তোমাদের উপর আসুক।
8 First Y do thankyngis to my God, bi Jhesu Crist, for alle you, for youre feith is schewid in al the world.
৮প্রথমতঃ আমি তোমাদের সবার জন্য যীশু খ্রীষ্টর মাধ্যমে আমার ঈশ্বরের কাছে ধন্যবাদ করছি যে, তোমাদের বিশ্বাস সমগ্র পৃথিবীতে প্রচারিত হয়েছে।
9 For God is a witnesse to me, to whom Y serue in my spirit, in the gospel of his sone,
৯কারণ আমি যাঁর আরাধনা নিজের আত্মায় তাঁর পুত্রের সুসমাচার করে থাকি সেই ঈশ্বর আমার সাক্ষী যে, আমি সবদিন তোমাদের নাম উল্লেখ করে থাকি,
10 that with outen ceessyng Y make mynde of you euere in my preieris, and biseche, if in ony maner sum tyme Y haue a spedi weie in the wille of God to come to you.
১০আমার প্রার্থনার দিন আমি সবদিন অনুরোধ করি যেন, যে কোনো ভাবে ঈশ্বরের ইচ্ছায় তোমাদের কাছে যাবার জন্য সফল হতে পারি।
11 For Y desire to se you, to parten sumwhat of spiritual grace,
১১কারণ আমি তোমাদের দেখার জন্য ইচ্ছা করছি, যেন আমি তোমাদের এমন কোন আত্মিক অনুগ্রহ দিতে পারি যাতে তোমরা মজবুত হতে পার;
12 that ye be confermyd, that is, to be coumfortid togidere in you, bi feith that is bothe youre and myn togidere.
১২সেটা হলো আমরা যেন একে অন্যের অর্থাৎ তোমাদের ও আমার উভয় পক্ষের আন্তরিক বিশ্বাসের মাধ্যমে সবাই যেন নিজে নিজেই উত্সাহ পাই।
13 And, britheren, Y nyle, that ye vnknowun, that ofte Y purposide to come to you, and Y am lett to this tyme, that Y haue sum fruyt in you, as in othere folkis.
১৩এখন হে ভাইয়েরা, আমি চাইনা যে তোমরা যেন এবিষয়ে অজানা থাক, আমি বারবার তোমাদের কাছে আসবার জন্য ইচ্ছা করেছি এবং আজ পর্যন্ত বাধা পেয়ে এসেছি যেন আমি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে কোনো ফল পাই তেমন ভাবে অযিহুদি অন্য সব মানুষের মধ্য থেকেও ফল পাই।
14 To Grekis and to barberyns, to wise men and to vnwise men,
১৪আমি গ্রীক ও বর্ব্বর, উভয় জ্ঞানী ও বোকা সবার কাছে ঋণী।
15 Y am dettour, so that that is in me is redi to preche the gospel also to you that ben at Rome.
১৫সুতরাং আমার যতটা ক্ষমতা আছে তোমরা যারা রোমে বাস করো সবার কাছে সুসমাচার প্রচার করতে তৈরী আছি।
16 For Y schame not the gospel, for it is the vertu of God in to heelthe to ech man that bileueth, to the Jew first, and to the Greke.
১৬কারণ আমি সুসমাচারের জন্য কোনো লজ্জা পাই না; কারণ এটা হলো প্রত্যেক বিশ্বাসীর পরিত্রানের জন্য ঈশ্বরের শক্তি; প্রথমে ইহূদির জন্য এবং পরে গ্রীকদের জন্য।
17 For the riytwisnesse of God is schewid in it, of feith in to feith,
১৭কারণ এর মধ্যে ঈশ্বরের এক ধার্ম্মিকতা বিশ্বাসের মধ্য দিয়েই সুসমাচারে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে, যেমন শাস্ত্রে লেখা আছে, “ধার্মিক ব্যক্তি বিশ্বাস দ্বারাই বেঁচে থাকবে”।
18 as it is writun, For a iust man lyueth of feith. For the wraththe of God is schewid fro heuene on al vnpite and wickidnesse of tho men, that withholden the treuthe of God in vnriytwisnes.
১৮কারণ ঈশ্বরের ক্রোধ যে সব মানুষের ভক্তি নেই তাদের উপর এবং অধার্মিকদের উপরে স্বর্গ থেকে প্রকাশ পায় এবং তাদের উপর যারা অধার্মিকতায় ঈশ্বরের সত্যকে চেপে রাখে।
19 For that thing of God that is knowun, is schewid to hem, for God hath schewid to hem.
১৯কারণ ঈশ্বরের সম্পর্কে যা জানার তা তাদের কাছে প্রকাশ হয়েছে, কারণ ঈশ্বর নিজেই তা তাদের কাছে প্রকাশ করেছেন।
20 For the vnuysible thingis of hym, that ben vndurstondun, ben biholdun of the creature of the world, bi tho thingis that ben maad, yhe, and the euerlastynge vertu of hym and the godhed, so that thei mowe not be excusid. (aïdios g126)
২০সাধারণত তাঁর অদৃশ্য গুন অর্থাৎ তাঁর চিরকালের শক্তি ও ঈশ্বরীয় স্বভাব পৃথিবীর সৃষ্টির দিন থেকে তাঁর নানা কার্য্য তাঁর সৃষ্টি থেকেই মানুষ বুঝতে পেরেছে। সেইজন্য তাদের কাছে উত্তর দেবার জন্য কোনো অজুহাত নেই। (aïdios g126)
21 For whanne thei hadden knowe God, thei glorifieden hym not as God, nether diden thankyngis; but thei vanyschiden in her thouyts, and the vnwise herte of hem was derkid.
২১কারণ ঈশ্বরকে জেনেও তারা তাঁকে ঈশ্বর বলে তাঁর গৌরব করে নি, ধন্যবাদও দেয় নি; কিন্তু নিজেদের চিন্তাধারায় তারা নির্বোধ হয়ে পড়েছে এবং তাদের বুদ্ধিহীন হৃদয় অন্ধকার হয়ে গেছে।
22 For thei `seiynge that hem silf weren wise, thei weren maad foolis.
২২নিজেদেরকে জ্ঞানী বলে দাবী করে তারা মূর্খই হয়েছে।
23 And thei chaungiden the glorie of `God vncorruptible in to the licnesse of an ymage of a deedli man, and of briddis, and of foure footid beestis, and of serpentis.
২৩তারা অক্ষয় ও চিরস্থায়ী ঈশ্বরের মহিমা পরিবর্তন করে স্থায়ী নয় এমন মানুষের, পাখীর, চার পা বিশিষ্ট পশুর ও সরীসৃপের মূর্তির উপাসনা করছে।
24 For which thing God bitook hem in to the desiris of her herte, in to vnclennesse, that thei punysche with wrongis her bodies in hem silf.
২৪সেই কারণে ঈশ্বর তাদেরকে নিজের নিজের হৃদয়ের নানা কামনা বাসনায় তাদের হৃদয় অশুচিতে সম্পূর্ণ করতে ছেড়ে দিলেন, সে কারণে তাদের দেহ নিজেরাই অসম্মান করেছে;
25 The whiche chaungiden the treuthe of God in to leesyng, and herieden and serueden a creature rathere than to the creatoure, that is blessid in to worldis of worldis. (aiōn g165)
২৫তারা মিথ্যার জন্য ঈশ্বরের সত্য পরিবর্তন করেছে এবং সৃষ্টিকর্ত্তার উপাসনার পরিবর্তে সৃষ্টি করা বস্তুর পূজা ও আরাধনা করছে, সেই ঈশ্বরের নয় যিনি যুগে যুগে ধন্য। আমেন। (aiōn g165)
26 Amen. Therfor God bitook hem in to passiouns of schenschipe. For the wymmen of hem chaungiden the kyndli vss in to that vss that is ayens kynde.
২৬এই কারণে ঈশ্বর তাদেরকে জঘন্য ও অসম্মান কাজের জন্য ছেড়ে দিয়েছে; আর তাদের স্ত্রীলোকেরা স্বাভাবিক কাজের পরিবর্ত্তে অস্বাভাবিক কাজ করে চলেছে।
27 Also the men forsoken the kyndli vss of womman, and brenneden in her desiris togidere, and men in to men wrouyten filthehed, and resseyueden in to hem silf the meede that bihofte of her errour.
২৭আর পুরুষেরাও সেই রকম স্বাভাবিক স্ত্রীসঙ্গ ছেড়ে পরস্পর কামনায় জ্বলে উঠেছে, পুরুষ পুরুষে খারাপ কাজ সম্পন্ন করছে যেটা একদম ঠিক নয় এবং নিজেদের মধ্যেই নিজে নিজের খারাপ কাজের জন্য শাস্তি পাচ্ছে।
28 And as thei preueden that thei hadden not God in knowyng, God bitook hem in to a repreuable wit, that thei do tho thingis that ben not couenable; that thei ben fulfillid with al wickidnesse,
২৮আর যেমন তারা ঈশ্বরকে নিজেদের সতর্কতা বলে মানতে চাই নি বলে, ঈশ্বর তাদেরকে অনুচিত কাজ করতে দুষিত মনে ছেড়ে দিলেন।
29 malice, fornycacioun, coueitise, weiwardnesse, ful of enuye, mansleyngis, strijf, gile, yuel wille, preuy bacbiteris, detractouris,
২৯তারা সব রকম অধার্মিকতা, নিচুতা, বিদ্বেষ, দুষ্টতায় পরিপূর্ণ। তারা লোভ ও হিংসাতে, মাৎসহ্য, বধ, বিবাদ, ছল ও খারাপ উদ্দেশ্যে পূর্ণ;
30 hateful to God, debateris, proude, and hiy ouer mesure, fynderis of yuele thingis, not obeschynge to fadir and modir,
৩০তারা সমালোচনায়, মিথ্যাবাদী ও ঈশ্বরকে ঘৃণা করে, রাগী, উদ্ধত, আত্মশ্লাঘী, মন্দ বিষয়ের উৎপাদক, পিতামাতার অবাধ্য, নির্বোধ,
31 vnwise, vnmanerli, withouten loue, withouten boond of pees, with outen merci.
৩১তাদের কোনো বিচার বুদ্ধি নেই, তারা বিশ্বাস যোগ্য নয়, স্বাভাবিক ভালবাসা তাদের নেই এবং দয়াহীন।
32 The whiche whanne thei hadden knowe the riytwisnesse of God, vndirstoden not, that thei that don siche thingis ben worthi the deth, not oneli thei that don tho thingis, but also thei that consenten to the doeris.
৩২তাদের ঈশ্বরের এই বিচারের কথা জানা ছিল যে, যারা এইগুলি করবে তারা মৃত্যুর যোগ্য, কিন্তু তারা যে শুধু করে তা নয় কিন্তু সেইরূপ যারা করে তাদেরকেও সায় দেয়।
