Romans 6
1 Therfor what schulen we seie? Schulen we dwelle in synne, that grace be plenteuouse?
ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಾವು ಏನು ಹೇಳೋಣ? ಕೃಪೆಯು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಪಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯೋಣವೆ?
2 God forbede. For hou schulen we that ben deed to synne, lyue yit ther ynne?
ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಹಾಗಾಗದಿರಲಿ! ನಾವು ಪಾಪದ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತೆವು, ನಾವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?
3 Whether, britheren, ye knowen not, that whiche euere we ben baptisid in Crist Jhesu, we ben baptisid in his deth?
ಅಥವಾ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಾವು ಅವರ ಮರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೇವೆಂಬುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದೋ?
4 For we ben togidere biried with hym bi baptym `in to deth; that as Crist aroos fro deth bi the glorie of the fadir, so walke we in a newnesse of lijf.
ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸುವಿರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ಮರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಲಾದೆವು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲಾದಂತೆಯೇ ನಾವು ಹೊಸ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಜೀವಿಸಬೇಕು.
5 For if we plauntid togidere ben maad to the licnesse of his deth, also we schulen be of the licnesse of his risyng ayen;
ನಾವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಅವರ ಮರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುಗಾರರಾದರೆ, ಅವರ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಾಲುಗಾರರಾಗುವೆವು.
6 witynge this thing, that oure olde man is crucified togidere, that the bodi of synne be distruyed, that we serue no more to synne.
ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪದ ಶರೀರವು ನಾಶವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗದಂತೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಹಳೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಯೇಸುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು.
7 For he that is deed, is iustefied fro synne.
ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾರೇ ಆದರೂ ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
8 And if we ben deed with Crist, we bileuen that also we schulen lyue togidere with hym;
ನಾವು ಈಗ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತಿರುವುದಾದರೆ, ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬದುಕುವೆವು ಎಂದು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇವೆ.
9 witinge for Crist, rysynge ayen fro deth, now dieth not, deeth schal no more haue lordschip on hym.
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಜೀವಿತರಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಪುನಃ ಸಾಯಲಾರರೆಂದು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲ.
10 For that he was deed to synne, he was deed onys; but that he lyueth, he liueth to God.
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ಪಾಪದ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತದ್ದೂ ಒಂದೇ ಸಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅವರು ಜೀವಿಸುವ ಜೀವಿತವು ದೇವರಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ.
11 So ye deme you silf to be deed to synne, but lyuynge to God in `Jhesu Crist oure Lord.
ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ನೀವೂ ಸಹ ಪಾಪದ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತವರೆಂದೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವವರೆಂದೂ ಎಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
12 Therfor regne not synne in youre deedli bodi, that ye obeische to hise coueityngis.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ದೇಹದ ಆಶೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಶ್ವರ ದೇಹಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಪವು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
13 Nether yyue ye youre membris armuris of wickidnesse to synne, but yyue ye you silf to God, as thei that lyuen of deed men, and youre membris armuris of riytwisnesse to God.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದ ಅವಯವಗಳನ್ನು ಅನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಸಾಧನಗಳಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಆದರೆ ಅದರ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದವರಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದ ಅವಯವಗಳನ್ನು ನೀತಿಯ ಸಾಧನಗಳಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿರಿ.
14 For synne schal not haue lordschipe on you; for ye ben not vndur the lawe, but vndur grace.
ಪಾಪವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಡೆಸದು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧೀನರಲ್ಲ, ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
15 What therfor? Schulen we do synne, for we ben not vndur the lawe, but vndur grace?
ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಏನು? ನಾವು ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರದೆ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೋ? ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲ!
16 God forbede. Witen ye not, that to whom ye yyuen you seruauntis to obeie to, ye ben seruauntis of that thing, to which ye han obeschid, ether of synne to deth, ether of obedience to riytwisnesse?
ನೀವು ಯಾರಾದರೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ, ನೀವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯರಾದ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂಬುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದೋ? ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿರಬಹುದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನೀತಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ವಿಧೇಯತೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರಬಹುದು.
17 But Y thanke God, that ye weren seruauntis of synne; but ye han obeischid of herte in to that fourme of techyng, in which ye ben bitakun.
ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ವಿಧೇಯರಾದುದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ.
18 And ye delyuered fro synne, ben maad seruauntis of riytwisnesse.
ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಹೊಂದಿ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
19 Y seie that thing that is of man, for the vnstidefastnesse of youre fleisch. But as ye han youun youre membris to serue to vnclennesse, and to wickidnesse `in to wickidnesse, so now yyue ye youre membris to serue to riytwisnesse in to hoolynesse.
ನೀವು ಶರೀರಭಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಹೀನರಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಮಾನವ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದ ಅವಯವಗಳನ್ನು ಅಶುದ್ಧತೆಗೂ ಅಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೂ ದಾಸತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ನೀವು ಈಗ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧತೆಗೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿರಿ.
20 For whanne ye weren seruauntis of synne, ye weren fre of riytfulnesse.
ನೀವು ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
21 Therfor what fruyt hadden ye thanne in tho thingis, in whiche ye schamen now? For the ende of hem is deth.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈಗ ನೀವು ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಮಗಾದ ಲಾಭವೇನು? ಅವು ಮರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಪ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ!
22 But now ye delyuered fro synne, and maad seruauntis to God, han your fruyt in to holinesse, and the ende euerlastinge lijf. (aiōnios g166)
ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನೀವು ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ದೊರಕುವ ಫಲವು. ಕಡೆಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುವಂಥದು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. (aiōnios g166)
