Romans 3

1 What thanne is more to a Jew, or what profit of circumcisioun?

၁ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ယုဒ လူသည်အဘယ်သို့ သာ သနည်း။ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းအားဖြင့်အဘယ် အကျိုး ရှိသနည်း။

2 Myche bi al wise; first, for the spekyngis of God `weren bitakun to hem.

၂အထွေထွေ သော အကျိုး များစွာ ရှိ၏။ ထူးမြတ်သော အကျိုးဟူမူကား ၊ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို ခံသော ယုဒတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်များကို ခံရကြ၏။

3 And what if summe of hem bileueden not? Whethir the vnbileue of hem hath auoidid the feith of God?

၃သူတို့တွင် အချို့ မ ယုံသော်လည်း ၊ အဘယ် ဆိုဘွယ်ရှိသနည်း။ သူ တို့မ ယုံဘဲနေခြင်းအရာသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သစ္စာ တော်ကို ဖျက် နိုင်သလော။

4 God forbede. For God is sothefast, but ech man a liere; as it is writun, That thou be iustified in thi wordis, and ouercome, whanne thou art demed.

၄မ ဖျက် နိုင်ရာ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ မိန့် တော်မူချက်သည် ဖြောင့် ပါ၏။ တရား စီရင်သောအခါ အောင်မြင် တော်မူ၏ ဟု ကျမ်းစာ၌လာ သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ လူ ခပ်သိမ်း တို့သည် သစ္စာပျက် သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သစ္စာ တော်သည် တည် စေသတည်း။

5 But if oure wickidnesse comende the riytwisnesse of God, what shulen we seie? Whether God is wickid, that bryngith in wraththe?

၅ငါ တို့၏ မတရား သောအမှုသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေလျှင် ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ဆို ရသနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ဒဏ် ပေးတော်မူလျှင်၊ မတရား သောအမှုကို ပြုတော်မူသလော။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်လူ သဘောအတိုင်း ငါဆို သတည်း။

6 Aftir man Y seie. God forbede. Ellis hou schal God deme this world?

၆ထိုသို့မ ဟုတ် ရာ။ ဟုတ် လျှင်လောက သားတို့ကို အဘယ်သို့ စစ်ကြော စီရင်တော်မူမည်နည်း။

7 For if the treuthe of God hath aboundid in my lessyng, in to the glorie of hym, what yit am Y demed as a synner?

၇ထိုမှတစ်ပါးငါ သည် သစ္စာပျက် သောအားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သစ္စာ တော်သည် ဂုဏ် အသရေတော်ကို တိုးပွား စေလျှင် ၊ ငါ့ ကို အပြစ် ရှိသောသူကဲ့သို့ အဘယ်ကြောင့် စီရင် သေး သနည်းဟူ၍မေးပြန်လျှင်၊

8 And not as we ben blasfemed, and as summen seien that we seien, Do we yuele thingis, that gode thingis come. Whos dampnacioun is iust.

၈ကောင်း သောအကျိုးရှိစေခြင်းငှာ မ ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့် ကြကုန်အံ့ဟု လူအချို့ တို့သည် ငါတို့ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ လျက် ၊ ငါ တို့စကား ကိုပြန်ပြော သည်အတိုင်း ဆို ဦးမည်လော။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသောသူ တို့သည် ကိုယ် အပြစ် ဒဏ်ကို ခံထိုက် ကြ၏။

9 What thanne? Passen we hem? Nay; for we han schewid bi skile, that alle bothe Jewis and Grekis ben vndur synne,

၉ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။ ငါတို့သည် မြတ် သလောဟု မေးပြန်သော်။ အလျှင်း မ မြတ်။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ယုဒ လူ၊ ဟေလသ လူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အပြစ် ရှိ ကြောင်း ကို အထက်က ပြခဲ့ပြီ။

10 as it is writun, For ther is no man iust;

၁၀ကျမ်းစာလာ သည်ကား ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူမ ရှိ ၊ တစ်ယောက် မျှ မရှိ။

11 ther is no man vndurstondynge, nethir sekynge God.

၁၁နားလည် သောသူ မ ရှိ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကို ရှာ သောသူ မ ရှိ

12 Alle bowiden a wey, togidere thei ben maad vnprofitable; ther is noon that doith good thing, there is noon `til to oon.

၁၂လူအပေါင်း တို့သည် လမ်းလွဲ ကြပြီ။ တစ်ညီတစ်ညွတ် တည်းအသုံး မရသောသူဖြစ်ကြပြီ။ ကောင်း သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့် သောသူ မ ရှိ ၊ တစ် ယောက်မျှ မ ရှိ

13 The throte of hem is an opyn sepulcre; with her tungis thei diden gilefuli; the venym of snakis is vndur her lippis.

၁၃သူ တို့၏လည်ချောင်း သည် ဖွင့် ထားသော သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းဖြစ်၏။ သူ တို့သည်လျှာ နှင့် လှည့်စား တတ် ကြ၏။ သူ တို့နှုတ်ခမ်း အထဲ မှာ မြွေဆိုး အဆိပ် အတောက်ရှိ၏။

14 The mouth of whiche is ful of cursyng and bitternesse;

၁၄သူ တို့နှုတ် သည် ကျိန်ဆဲ သောစကား၊ ကြမ်းတမ်း သောစကားနှင့် ပြည့်ဝ ၏။

15 the feet of hem ben swifte to schede blood.

၁၅သူ တို့ခြေ သည်လူ အသက်ကို သတ် ခြင်းငှာလျင်မြန် ၏။

16 Sorewe and cursidnesse ben in the weies of hem,

၁၆သူ တို့သွားရာလမ်း ၌ ပျက်စီး ခြင်း၊ ဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲခြင်းရှိ၏။

17 and thei knewen not the weie of pees;

၁၇ချမ်းသာ လမ်း ကိုသူတို့ မသိ ကြ။

18 the drede of God is not bifor her iyen.

၁၈ဘုရားသခင် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ရသော အကြောင်း သည် သူ တို့မျက်စိ ၌ မ ထင် ဟုကျမ်းစာလာသတည်း။

19 And we witen, that what euere thingis the lawe spekith, it spekith to hem that ben in the lawe, that ech mouth be stoppid, and ech world be maad suget to God.

၁၉ပညတ် တရား၌ ပါ သမျှ သောစကား တို့သည် ပညတ် တရားကို ခံသောသူ တို့နှင့် စပ်ဆိုင် သည်ကို ငါတို့ သိ ကြ၏။ ထိုသို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ လောကီသား အပေါင်း တို့သည် စကား တစ်ခွန်းကိုမျှ မ ပြောနိုင်ဘဲ ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့တော်၌ အပြစ်သင့် သောသူဖြစ် ကြ၏။

20 For of the werkis of the lawe ech fleisch schal not be iustified bifor hym; for bi the lawe ther is knowyng of synne.

၂၀ထိုသို့ပညတ် တရားသည် ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို ထင်ရှား စေသည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ၊ ပညတ် တရား၏ အကျင့် အားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့ တော်၌ အဘယ်သူမျှ ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ မ ရောက်ရာ။

21 But now with outen the lawe the riytwisnesse of God is schewid, that is witnessid of the lawe and the profetis.

၂၁ယခု မူကား ၊ ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်းနှင့် အနာဂတ္တိ ကျမ်း တို့သည် သက်သေခံ သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ပညတ် တရားနှင့် မ စပ်ဆိုင်သော ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားတည်းဟူသော၊

22 And the riytwisnesse of God is bi the feith of Jhesu Crist in to alle men and on alle men that bileuen in hym; for ther is no departyng.

၂၂ယေရှု ခရစ် ကို ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ၊ ယုံကြည် သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့အဘို့ ဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့အပေါ်သို့ရောက်သော ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားသည် ထင်ရှားခဲ့ပြီ။ ခြားနား ခြင်းအလျှင်းမ ရှိ

23 For alle men synneden, and han nede to the glorie of God;

၂၃အဘယ်ကြောင့် နည်းဟူမူကား၊ လူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြု ၍ ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့တော်၌ အသရေ ပျက် ကြပြီ။

24 and ben iustified freli bi his grace, bi the ayenbiyng that is in `Crist Jhesu.

၂၄ယေရှု ခရစ် ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူသောအားဖြင့် အဘိုး ကို မပေးဘဲ ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြောင့် ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်ရကြ၏။

25 Whom God ordeynede foryyuer, bi feith in his blood, to the schewyng of his riytwisnesse, for remyssioun of biforgoynge synnes,

၂၅ဘုရားသခင် သည် သည်းခံ တော်မူ၍၊

26 in the beryng up of God, to the schewyng of his riytwisnesse in this tyme, that he be iust, and iustifyynge hym that is of the feith of Jhesu Crist.

၂၆လွန် ခဲ့ပြီးသောဒုစရိုက်အပြစ် များကို မှတ်တော် မမူရာတွင် ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ယခု ကာလ ၌ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေ၍၊ ယေရှု ကိုယုံကြည် သော သူ တို့၏အပြစ် ကို လွှတ်တော်မူသော်လည်း ၊ တရား သဖြင့် ပြု တော်မူခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း၊ ယေရှု ခရစ်၏အသွေး တော်ကို ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ၊ ထိုခရစ်တော်ကို အပြစ်ဖြေစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှာခန့်ထားတော်မူပြီ။

27 Where thanne is thi gloriyng? It is excludid. Bi what lawe? Of dedis doyng? Nay, but by the lawe of feith.

၂၇သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ဝါကြွား စရာ အကြောင်းကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်းဟု မေးသော်၊ ဝါကြွားစရာအကြောင်းကို ပယ် ပြီးအဘယ် တရား အားဖြင့် ပယ်သနည်း။ အကျင့် တရားအားဖြင့်ပယ်သလော။ အကျင့်တရားအားဖြင့်ပယ်သည်မ ဟုတ်၊ယုံကြည် ခြင်းတရား အားဖြင့် ပယ်ပြီ။

28 For we demen a man to be iustified bi the feith, with outen werkis of the lawe.

၂၈ထိုကြောင့်လူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ပညတ် တရား၏ အကျင့် မ ရှိဘဲ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်တတ်သည်ဟုယူဆ ရ၏။

29 Whethir of Jewis is God oneli? Whether he is not also of hethene men? Yhis, and of hethene men.

၂၉ဘုရားသခင် သည် ယုဒ လူတို့၏ ဘုရားသာ ဖြစ်တော်မူသလော။ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့၏ ဘုရားဖြစ် တော်မူသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ ဟုတ် ပေ၏။ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့၏ ဘုရားလည်း ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

30 For `oon God is, that iustefieth circumcisioun bi feith, and prepucie bi feith.

၃၀အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကို ခံသောသူနှင့် မ ခံသောသူနှစ်ဦးကိုယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာ၌တည်စေတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် တဆူတည်း ရှိတော်မူ၏။

31 Distruye we therfor the lawe bi the feith? God forbede; but we stablischen the lawe.

၃၁သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ငါတို့သည် ပညတ် တရားကို ပယ် ကြသလော။ အလျှင်း မ ပယ်၊ သာ၍တည် စေကြ၏။
