Psalms 97

1 The Lord hath regned, the erthe make ful out ioye; many ilis be glad.

Hospodin kraluje, plésej země, a vesel se ostrovů všecko množství.

2 Cloude and derknesse in his cumpas; riytfulnesse and doom is amending of his seete.

Oblak a mrákota jest vůkol něho, spravedlnost a soud základ trůnu jeho.

3 Fier schal go bifore him; and schal enflawme hise enemyes in cumpas.

Oheň předchází jej, a zapaluje vůkol nepřátely jeho.

4 Hise leitis schyneden to the world; the erthe siy, and was moued.

Zasvěcujíť se po okršlku světa blýskání jeho; to viduc země, děsí se.

5 Hillis as wax fletiden doun fro the face of the Lord; al erthe fro the face of the Lord.

Hory jako vosk rozplývají se před oblíčejem Hospodina, před oblíčejem Panovníka vší země.

6 Heuenes telden his riytfulnesse; and alle puplis sien his glorie.

Nebesa vypravují o jeho spravedlnosti, a slávu jeho spatřují všickni národové.

7 Alle that worschipen sculptilis be schent, and thei that han glorie in her symelacris; alle ye aungels of the Lord, worschipe him.

Zastyďte se všickni, kteříž sloužíte rytinám, kteříž se chlubíte modlami; sklánějte se před ním všickni bohové.

8 Sion herde, and was glad, and the douytris of Juda maden ful out ioye; for `thi domes, Lord.

To uslyše Sion, rozveselí se, a zpléší dcery Judské z příčiny soudů tvých, Hospodine.

9 For thou, Lord, art the hiyeste on al erthe; thou art greetli enhaunsid ouere alle goddis.

Nebo ty, Hospodine, jsi nejvyšší na vší zemi, a velice jsi vyvýšený nade všecky bohy.

10 Ye that louen the Lord, hate yuel; the Lord kepith the soulis of hise seyntis; he schal delyuer hem fro the hond of the synner.

Vy, kteříž milujete Hospodina, mějte v nenávisti to, což zlého jest; onť ostříhá duší svatých svých, a z ruky bezbožníků je vytrhuje.

11 Liyt is risun to the riytful man; and gladnesse to riytful men of herte.

Světlo vsáto jest spravedlivým, a radost těm, kteříž jsou upřímého srdce.

12 Juste men, be ye glad in the Lord; and knouleche ye to the mynde of his halewyng.

Veselte se, spravedliví v Hospodinu, a oslavujte památku svatosti jeho.
