Psalms 89
1 The lernyng of Ethan, Ezraite. I schal synge with outen ende; the mercies of the Lord. In generacioun and in to generacioun; Y schal telle thi treuthe with my mouth.
एज़्रावंश के एथन का एक मसकील मैं याहवेह के करुणा-प्रेम का सदा गुणगान करूंगा; मैं पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी अपने मुख से आपकी सच्चाई को बताता रहूंगा.
2 For thou seidist, With outen ende merci schal be bildid in heuenes; thi treuthe schal be maad redi in tho.
मेरी उद्घोषणा होगी कि आपका करुणा-प्रेम सदा-सर्वदा अटल होगी, स्वर्ग में आप अपनी सच्चाई को स्थिर करेंगे.
3 I disposide a testament to my chosun men; Y swoor to Dauid, my seruaunt,
आपने कहा, “मैंने अपने चुने हुए के साथ एक वाचा स्थापित की है, मैंने अपने सेवक दावीद से यह शपथ खाई है,
4 Til in to with outen ende I schal make redi thi seed. And Y schal bilde thi seete; in generacioun, and in to generacioun.
‘मैं तुम्हारे वंश को युगानुयुग अटल रखूंगा. मैं तुम्हारे सिंहासन को पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी स्थिर बनाए रखूंगा.’”
5 Lord, heuenes schulen knouleche thi merueilis; and thi treuthe in the chirche of seyntis.
याहवेह, स्वर्ग मंडल आपके अद्भुत कार्यों का गुणगान करता है. भक्तों की सभा में आपकी सच्चाई की स्तुति की जाती है.
6 For who in the cloudis schal be maad euene to the Lord; schal be lijk God among the sones of God?
स्वर्ग में कौन याहवेह के तुल्य हो सकता है? स्वर्गदूतों में कौन याहवेह के समान है?
7 God, which is glorified in the counsel of seyntis; is greet, and dreedful ouere alle that ben in his cumpas.
जब सात्विक एकत्र होते हैं, वहां परमेश्वर के प्रति गहन श्रद्धा व्याप्त होता है; सभी के मध्य वही सबसे अधिक श्रद्धा योग्य हैं.
8 Lord God of vertues, who is lijk thee? Lord, thou art miyti, and thi treuthe is in thi cumpas.
याहवेह, सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वर, कौन है आपके समान सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह? आप सच्चाई को धारण किए हुए हैं.
9 Thou art Lord of the power of the see; forsothe thou aswagist the stiryng of the wawis therof.
उमड़ता सागर आपके नियंत्रण में है; जब इसकी लहरें उग्र होने लगती हैं, आप उन्हें शांत कर देते हैं.
10 Thou madist lowe the proude, as woundid; in the arm of thi vertu thou hast scaterid thin enemyes.
आपने ही विकराल जल जंतु रहब को ऐसे कुचल डाला मानो वह एक खोखला शव हो; यह आपका ही भुजबल था, कि आपने अपने शत्रुओं को पछाड़ दिया.
11 Heuenes ben thin, and erthe is thin; thou hast foundid the world, and the fulnesse therof;
स्वर्ग के स्वामी आप हैं तथा पृथ्वी भी आपकी ही है; आपने ही संसार संस्थापित किया और वह सब भी बनाया जो, संसार में है.
12 thou madist of nouyt the north and the see. Thabor and Hermon schulen make ful out ioye in thi name;
उत्तर दिशा आपकी रचना है और दक्षिण दिशा भी; आपकी महिमा में ताबोर और हरमोन पर्वत उल्लास में गाने लगते हैं.
13 thin arm with power. Thin hond be maad stidefast, and thi riythond be enhaunsid;
सामर्थ्य आपकी भुजा में व्याप्त है; बलवंत है आपका हाथ तथा प्रबल है आपका दायां हाथ.
14 riytfulnesse and doom is the makyng redy of thi seete. Merci and treuthe schulen go bifore thi face;
धार्मिकता तथा खराई आपके सिंहासन के आधार हैं; करुणा-प्रेम तथा सच्चाई आपके आगे-आगे चलते हैं.
15 blessid is the puple that kan hertli song. Lord, thei schulen go in the liyt of thi cheer;
याहवेह, धन्य होते हैं वे, जिन्होंने आपका जयघोष करना सीख लिया है, जो आपकी उपस्थिति की ज्योति में आचरण करते हैं.
16 and in thi name thei schulen make ful out ioye al dai; and thei schulen be enhaunsid in thi riytfulnesse.
आपके नाम पर वे दिन भर खुशी मनाते हैं वे आपकी धार्मिकता का उत्सव मनाते हैं.
17 For thou art the glorie of the vertu of hem; and in thi good plesaunce oure horn schal be enhaunsid.
क्योंकि आप ही उनके गौरव तथा बल हैं, आपकी ही कृपादृष्टि के द्वारा हमारा बल आधारित रहता है.
18 For oure takyng vp is of the Lord; and of the hooli of Israel oure kyng.
वस्तुतः याहवेह ही हमारी सुरक्षा ढाल हैं, हमारे राजा इस्राएल के पवित्र परमेश्वर के ही हैं.
19 Thanne thou spakist in reuelacioun to thi seyntis, and seidist, Y haue set help in the myyti; and Y haue enhaunsid the chosun man of my puple.
वर्षों पूर्व आपने दर्शन में अपने सच्चे लोगों से वार्तालाप किया था: “एक योद्धा को मैंने शक्ति-सम्पन्न किया है; अपनी प्रजा में से मैंने एक युवक को खड़ा किया है.
20 I foond Dauid, my seruaunt; Y anoyntide hym with myn hooli oile.
मुझे मेरा सेवक, दावीद, मिल गया है; अपने पवित्र तेल से मैंने उसका अभिषेक किया है.
21 For myn hond schal helpe him; and myn arm schal conferme hym.
मेरा ही हाथ उसे स्थिर रखेगा; निश्चयतः मेरी भुजा उसे सशक्त करती जाएगी.
22 The enemye schal no thing profite in him; and the sone of wickidnesse schal not `ley to, for to anoye him.
कोई भी शत्रु उसे पराजित न करेगा; कोई भी दुष्ट उसे दुःखित न करेगा.
23 And Y schal sle hise enemyes fro his face; and Y schal turne in to fliyt hem that haten hym.
उसके देखते-देखते मैं उसके शत्रुओं को नष्ट कर दूंगा और उसके विरोधियों को नष्ट कर डालूंगा.
24 And my treuthe and mercy schal be with him; and his horn schal be enhaunsid in my name.
मेरी सच्चाई तथा मेरा करुणा-प्रेम उस पर बना रहेगा, मेरी महिमा उसकी कीर्ति को ऊंचा रखेगी.
25 And Y schal sette his hond in the see; and his riyt hoond in flodis.
मैं उसे समुद्र पर अधिकार दूंगा, उसका दायां हाथ नदियों पर शासन करेगा.
26 He schal inwardli clepe me, Thou art my fadir; my God, and the vptaker of myn heelthe.
वह मुझे संबोधित करेगा, ‘आप मेरे पिता हैं, मेरे परमेश्वर, मेरे उद्धार की चट्टान.’
27 And Y schal sette him the firste gendrid sone; hiyer than the kyngis of erthe.
मैं उसे अपने प्रथमजात का पद भी प्रदान करूंगा, उसका पद पृथ्वी के समस्त राजाओं से उच्च होगा—सर्वोच्च.
28 With outen ende Y schal kepe my merci to hym; and my testament feithful to him.
उसके प्रति मैं अपना करुणा-प्रेम सदा-सर्वदा बनाए रखूंगा, उसके साथ स्थापित की गई मेरी वाचा कभी भंग न होगी.
29 And Y schal sette his seed in to the world of world; and his trone as the daies of heuene.
मैं उसके वंश को सदैव सुस्थापित रखूंगा, जब तक आकाश का अस्तित्व रहेगा, उसका सिंहासन भी स्थिर बना रहेगा.
30 Forsothe if hise sones forsaken my lawe; and goen not in my domes.
“यदि उसकी संतान मेरी व्यवस्था का परित्याग कर देती है तथा मेरे अधिनियमों के अनुसार नहीं चलती,
31 If thei maken vnhooli my riytfulnessis; and kepen not my comaundementis.
यदि वे मेरी विधियों को भंग करते हैं तथा मेरे आदेशों का पालन करने से चूक जाते हैं,
32 I schal visite in a yerde the wickidnessis of hem; and in betyngis the synnes of hem.
तो मैं उनके अपराध का दंड उन्हें लाठी के प्रहार से तथा उनके अपराधों का दंड कोड़ों के प्रहार से दूंगा;
33 But Y schal not scatere my mercy fro hym; and in my treuthe Y schal not anoye hym.
किंतु मैं अपना करुणा-प्रेम उसके प्रति कभी कम न होने दूंगा और न मैं अपनी सच्चाई का घात करूंगा.
34 Nethir Y schal make vnhooli my testament; and Y schal not make voide tho thingis that comen forth of my lippis.
मैं अपनी वाचा भंग नहीं करूंगा और न अपने शब्द परिवर्तित करूंगा.
35 Onys Y swoor in myn hooli;
एक ही बार मैंने सदा-सर्वदा के लिए अपनी पवित्रता की शपथ खाई है, मैं दावीद से झूठ नहीं बोलूंगा;
36 Y schal not lie to Dauid, his seed schal dwelle with outen ende.
उसका वंश सदा-सर्वदा अटल बना रहेगा और उसका सिंहासन मेरे सामने सूर्य के समान सदा-सर्वदा ठहरे रहेगा;
37 And his trone as sunne in my siyt, and as a perfit mone with outen ende; and a feithful witnesse in heuene.
यह आकाश में विश्वासयोग्य साक्ष्य होकर, चंद्रमा के समान सदा-सर्वदा ठहरे रहेगा.”
38 But thou hast put awei, and hast dispisid; and hast dilaied thi crist.
किंतु आप अपने अभिषिक्त से अत्यंत उदास हो गए, आपने उसकी उपेक्षा की, आपने उसका परित्याग कर दिया.
39 Thou hast turned awei the testament of thi seruaunt; thou madist vnhooli his seyntuarie in erthe.
आपने अपने सेवक से की गई वाचा की उपेक्षा की है; आपने उसके मुकुट को धूल में फेंक दूषित कर दिया.
40 Thou distriedist alle the heggis therof; thou hast set the stidefastnesse therof drede.
आपने उसकी समस्त दीवारें तोड़ उन्हें ध्वस्त कर दिया और उसके समस्त रचों को खंडहर बना दिया.
41 Alle men passynge bi the weie rauyschiden him; he is maad schenschipe to hise neiyboris.
आते जाते समस्त लोग उसे लूटते चले गए; वह पड़ोसियों के लिए घृणा का पात्र होकर रह गया है.
42 Thou hast enhaunsid the riythond of men oppressinge him; thou hast gladid alle hise enemyes.
आपने उसके शत्रुओं का दायां हाथ सशक्त कर दिया; आपने उसके समस्त शत्रुओं को आनंद विभोर कर दिया.
43 Thou hast turned awei the help of his swerd; and thou helpidist not hym in batel.
उसकी तलवार की धार आपने समाप्त कर दी और युद्ध में आपने उसकी कोई सहायता नहीं की.
44 Thou destriedist him fro clensing; and thou hast hurtlid doun his seete in erthe.
आपने उसके वैभव को समाप्त कर दिया और उसके सिंहासन को धूल में मिला दिया.
45 Thou hast maad lesse the daies of his time; thou hast bisched him with schenschip.
आपने उसकी युवावस्था के दिन घटा दिए हैं; आपने उसे लज्जा के वस्त्रों से ढांक दिया है.
46 Lord, hou longe turnest thou awei in to the ende; schal thin ire brenne out as fier?
और कब तक, याहवेह? क्या आपने स्वयं को सदा के लिए छिपा लिया है? कब तक आपका कोप अग्नि-सा दहकता रहेगा?
47 Bithenke thou what is my substaunce; for whether thou hast ordeyned veynli alle the sones of men?
मेरे जीवन की क्षणभंगुरता का स्मरण कीजिए, किस व्यर्थता के लिए आपने समस्त मनुष्यों की रचना की!
48 Who is a man, that schal lyue, and schal not se deth; schal delyuere his soule fro the hond of helle? (Sheol h7585)
ऐसा कौन सा मनुष्य है जो सदा जीवित रहे, और मृत्यु को न देखे? ऐसा कौन है, अपने प्राणों को अधोलोक के अधिकार से मुक्त कर सकता है? (Sheol h7585)
49 Lord, where ben thin elde mercies; as thou hast swore to Dauid in thi treuthe?
प्रभु, अब आपका वह करुणा-प्रेम कहां गया, जिसकी शपथ आपने अपनी सच्चाई में दावीद से ली थी?
50 Lord, be thou myndeful of the schenschipe of thi seruauntis, of many hethene men; whiche Y helde togidere in my bosum.
प्रभु, स्मरण कीजिए, कितना अपमान हुआ है आपके सेवक का, कैसे मैं समस्त राष्ट्रों द्वारा किए गए अपमान अपने हृदय में लिए हुए जी रहा हूं.
51 Whiche thin enemyes, Lord, diden schenschipfuli; for thei dispisiden the chaungyng of thi crist.
याहवेह, ये सभी अपमान, जो मेरे शत्रु मुझ पर करते रहे, इनका प्रहार आपके अभिषिक्त के हर एक कदम पर किया गया.
52 Blessid be the Lord with outen ende; be it don, be it don.
याहवेह का स्तवन सदा-सर्वदा होता रहे!
