Psalms 87

1 `The salm of the song of the sones of Chore. The foundementis therof ben in hooli hillis;

১কোরহ-সন্তানদের গান। একটি গান। প্রভুর শহর পবিত্র পর্বত শ্রেনীতে অবস্থিত।

2 the Lord loueth the yatis of Sion, more than alle the tabernaclis of Jacob.

২সদাপ্রভুু সিয়োনের সব দ্বার গুলো ভালোবাসেন, যাকোবের সমস্ত তাঁবুর চেয়েও ভালোবাসেন।

3 Thou citee of God, with outen ende; gloriouse thingis ben seide of thee.

৩হে ঈশ্বরের শহর, তোমার বিষয়ে নানান গৌরবের কথা বলা হয়।

4 I schal be myndeful of Raab, and Babiloyne; knowynge me. Lo! aliens, and Tyre, and the puple of Ethiopiens; thei weren there.

৪যারা আমাকে জানে, তাদের মধ্যে আমি রাহবের ও ব্যাবিলনের উল্লেখ করব; দেখ, পলেস্তীয়া, সোর ও কুশ; এই লোক সেখানে জন্মেছে,

5 Whether a man schal seie to Sion, And a man is born ther ynne; and that man altherhiyeste foundide it?

৫আর সিয়োনের বিষয়ে বলা হবে, এই ব্যক্তি এবং ঐ ব্যক্তি ওর মধ্যে জন্মেছে এবং সর্বশক্তিমান মহান ঈশ্বর তা অটল করবেন।

6 The Lord schal telle in the scripturis of puplis; and of these princis, that weren ther ynne.

৬সদাপ্রভুু যখন জাতিদের নাম লেখেন, তখন গণনা করলেন, “এই ব্যক্তি সেখানে জন্মাল,”

7 As the dwellyng `of alle that ben glad; is in thee.

৭গায়কেরা ও যারা নাচ করে তারা বলবে, “আমার সমস্ত জলের ঝর্না তোমার মধ্যেই রয়েছে।”
