Psalms 86
1 The preier of Dauid. Lord, bowe doun thin eere, and here me; for Y am nedi and pore.
Sikia, Ee Yahwe, na unijibu, kwa kuwa ni maskini na mnyonge.
2 Kepe thou my lijf, for Y am holi; my God, make thou saaf thi seruaunt hopynge in thee.
Unilinde, maana mimi ni mwaminifu; Mungu wangu, umuokoe mtumishi wako anayekuamini.
3 Lord, haue thou merci on me, for Y criede al day to thee;
Unihurumie, Bwana, maana ninakulilia wewe mchana kutwa.
4 make thou glad the soule of thi seruaunt, for whi, Lord, Y haue reisid my soule to thee.
Umfurahishe mtumishi wako, maana ni kwako, Bwana, ninaomba.
5 For thou, Lord, art swete and mylde; and of myche merci to alle men inwardli clepynge thee.
Wewe, Bwana, ni mwema, na uko tayari kusamehe, na huonesha huruma kubwa kwa wale wanao kulilia wewe.
6 Lord, perseyue thou my preier with eeris; and yyue thou tente to the vois of my bisechyng.
Yahwe, sikiliza maombi yangu; sikia sauti ya ombi langu.
7 In the dai of my tribulacioun Y criede to thee; for thou herdist me.
Katika siku ya shida ninakuita wewe, kwa maana utanijibu.
8 Lord, noon among goddis is lijk thee; and noon is euene to thi werkis.
Katikati ya miungu hakuna wa kufananishwa na wewe, Bwana. Hakuna matendo kama matendo yako.
9 Lord, alle folkis, whiche euere thou madist, schulen come, and worschipe bifore thee; and thei schulen glorifie thi name.
Mataifa yote ambayo umeyafanya yatakuja kwako na kusujudu mbele zako, Bwana. nao wataliheshimu jina lako.
10 For thou art ful greet, and makinge merueils; thou art God aloone.
Kwa kuwa wewe ni mkuu na utendaye mambo ya ajabu; wewe pekee ndiwe Mungu.
11 Lord, lede thou me forth in thi weie, and Y schal entre in thi treuthe; myn herte be glad, that it drede thi name.
Unifundishe njia zako, Yahwe. Kisha nitatembea katika kweli yako. Unifanye kukuheshimu wewe.
12 Mi Lord God, Y schal knouleche to thee in al myn herte; and Y schal glorifie thi name withouten ende.
Bwana Mungu wangu, nitakusifu kwa moyo wangu wote; nitalitukuza jina lako milele.
Kwa maana uaminifu wa agano lako ni mkuu kwangu; wewe umeokoa uhai wangu kutoka chini kuzimuni. (Sheol h7585)
14 God, wickid men han rise vp on me; and the synagoge of myyti men han souyt my lijf; and thei han not set forth thee in her siyt.
Ee Mungu, wenye kiburi wameinuka dhidi yangu. Kundi la watu wenye vurugu wanautafuta uhai wangu. Nao hawakuheshimu wewe.
15 And thou, Lord God, doynge merci, and merciful; pacient, and of myche merci, and sothefast.
Lakini wewe, Bwana, ni mwenye huruma na neema, hukasiliki haraka, na mwingi katika uaminifu wa agano lako na kweli.
16 Biholde on me, and haue mercy on me, yyue thou the empire to thi child; and make thou saaf the sone of thin handmayden.
Unigeukie na unihurumie; mpe nguvu zako mtumishi wako; umuokoe mwana wa mjakazi wako.
17 Make thou with me a signe in good, that thei se, that haten me, and be aschamed; for thou, Lord, hast helpid me, and hast coumfortid me.
Unioneshe ishara ya fadhila zako. Kisha wale wanichukiao wataziona na kuaibishwa kwa sababu yako; Yahwe, umenisaidia na kunifariji.
