Psalms 83
1 The song of the salm of Asaph. God, who schal be lijk thee? God, be thou not stille, nether be thou peesid.
एक गीत. आसफ का एक स्तोत्र. परमेश्वर, शांत न रहिए; न हमारी उपेक्षा कीजिए, और न निष्क्रिय बैठिए, परमेश्वर,
2 For lo! thin enemyes sowneden; and thei that haten thee reisiden the heed.
देखिए, आपके शत्रुओं में कैसी हलचल हो रही है, कैसे वे सिर उठा रहे हैं.
3 Thei maden a wickid counsel on thi puple; and thei thouyten ayens thi seyntis.
वे आपकी प्रजा के विरुद्ध चतुराई से बुरी युक्ति रच रहे हैं; वे आपके प्रियों के विरुद्ध परस्पर सम्मति कर रहे हैं.
4 Thei seiden, Come ye, and leese we hem fro the folk; and the name of Israel be no more hadde in mynde.
वे कहते हैं, “आओ, हम इस संपूर्ण राष्ट्र को ही नष्ट कर दें, यहां तक कि इस्राएल राष्ट्र का नाम ही शेष न रहे.”
5 For thei thouyten with oon acord;
वे एकजुट होकर, एकचित्त युक्ति रच रहे हैं; वे सब आपके विरुद्ध संगठित हो गए हैं—
6 the tabernaclis of Ydumeys, and men of Ismael disposiden a testament togidere ayens thee. Moab, and Agarenus, Jebal, and Amon, and Amalech;
एदोम तथा इशमाएलियों के मंडप, मोआब और हग्रियों के वंशज,
7 alienys with hem that dwellen in Tyre.
गेबल, अम्मोन तथा अमालेक, फिलिस्ती तथा सोर के निवासी.
8 For Assur cometh with hem; thei ben maad in to help to the sones of Loth.
यहां तक कि अश्शूरी भी उनके साथ सम्मिलित हो गए हैं कि लोत के वंशजों की सेना को सशक्त बनाएं.
9 Make thou to hem as to Madian, and Sisara; as to Jabyn in the stronde of Sison.
उनके साथ आप वही कीजिए, जो आपने मिदियान के साथ किया था, जो आपने सीसरा के साथ किया था, जो आपने कीशोन नदी पर याबीन के साथ किया था,
10 Thei perischiden in Endor; thei weren maad as a toord of erthe.
जिनका विनाश एन-दोर में हुआ, जो भूमि पर पड़े गोबर जैसे हो गए थे.
11 Putte thou the prynces of hem as Oreb and Zeb; and Zebee and Salmana. Alle the princis of hem, that seiden;
उनके रईसों को ओरेब तथा ज़ेब समान, तथा उनके न्यायियों को ज़ेबह तथा ज़लमुन्ना समान बना दीजिए,
12 Holde we bi eritage the seyntuarie of God.
जिन्होंने कहा था, “चलो, हम परमेश्वर की चराइयों के अधिकारी बन जाए.”
13 My God, putte thou hem as a whele; and as stobil bifor the face of the wynde.
मेरे परमेश्वर उन्हें बवंडर में उड़ती धूल समान, पवन में उड़ते भूसे समान बना दीजिए.
14 As fier that brenneth a wode; and as flawme brynnynge hillis.
जैसे अग्नि वन को निगल जाती है अथवा जैसे चिंगारी पर्वत को ज्वालामय कर देती है,
15 So thou schalt pursue hem in thi tempeste; and thou schalt disturble hem in thin ire.
उसी प्रकार अपनी आंधी से उनका पीछा कीजिए तथा अपने तूफान से उन्हें घबरा दीजिए.
16 Lord, fille thou the faces of hem with schenschipe; and thei schulen seke thi name.
वे लज्जा में डूब जाएं, कि याहवेह, लोग आपकी महिमा की खोज करने लगें.
17 Be thei aschamed, and be thei disturblid in to world of world; and be thei schent and perische thei.
वे सदा के लिए लज्जित तथा भयभीत हो जाएं; अपमान में ही उनकी मृत्यु हो.
18 And knowe thei, that the Lord is name to thee; thou aloone art the hiyeste in ech lond.
वे यह जान लें कि आप, जिनका नाम याहवेह है, मात्र आप ही समस्त पृथ्वी पर सर्वोच्च हैं.
