Psalms 78
1 The lernyng of Asaph. Mi puple, perseyue ye my lawe; bowe youre eere in to the wordis of my mouth.
ಆಸಾಫನ ಮಸ್ಕೀಲ್ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಜನರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಲಾಲಿಸಿರಿ.
2 I schal opene my mouth in parablis; Y schal speke perfite resouns fro the bigynnyng.
ನಾನು ಸಾಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ತೆರೆಯುವೆನು. ಪೂರ್ವದಿಂದಿರುವ ಗುಪ್ತವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ನುಡಿಯುವೆನು.
3 Hou grete thingis han we herd, aud we han knowe tho; and oure fadris. telden to vs.
ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೇಳಿ ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
4 Tho ben not hid fro the sones of hem; in anothir generacioun. And thei telden the heriyngis of the Lord, and the vertues of hym; and hise merueilis, whyche he dide.
ನಾವು ಸಹ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸುವೆವು. ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡದಿರುವರು.
5 And he reiside witnessyng in Jacob; and he settide lawe in Israel. Hou grete thingis comaundide he to oure fadris, to make tho knowun to her sones;
ಅವರು ಯಾಕೋಬ ವಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು, ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡಿರಿ,
6 that another generacioun knowe. Sones, that schulen be born, and schulen rise vp; schulen telle out to her sones.
ಇದರಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿ, ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗುವರು.
7 That thei sette her hope in God, and foryete not the werkis of God; and that thei seke hise comaundementis.
ಆಗ ಅವರು ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಡುವರು. ಮತ್ತು ದೇವರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ಬಿಡದೆ ದೇವರ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವರು.
8 Lest thei be maad a schrewid generacioun; and terrynge to wraththe, as the fadris of hem. A generacioun that dresside not his herte; and his spirit was not bileued with God.
ಆಗ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಹಟಮಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ದಂಗೆಕೋರ ಸಂತತಿಯವರು ಆಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮವು ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
9 The sones of Effraym, bendinge a bouwe and sendynge arowis; weren turned in the dai of batel.
ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ಬಿಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಕಾಳಗದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡರು.
10 Thei kepten not the testament of God; and thei nolden go in his lawe.
ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ದೇವರ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲೊಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದ್ದರು.
11 And thei foryaten hise benefices; and hise merueils, whiche he schewide to hem.
ದೇವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
12 He dide merueils bifore the fadris of hem in the loond of Egipt; in the feeld of Taphneos.
ದೇವರು ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಚೋವನ್ ಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
13 He brak the see, and ledde hem thorou; and he ordeynede the watris as in a bouge.
ದೇವರು ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ನೀರನ್ನು ಗೋಡೆಯಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
14 And he ledde hem forth in a cloude of the dai; and al niyt in the liytnyng of fier.
ದೇವರು ಹಗಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಘದಿಂದಲೂ ರಾತ್ರಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಬೆಳಕಿನಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
15 He brak a stoon in deseert; and he yaf watir to hem as in a myche depthe.
ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ಬಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೀಳಿ, ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಹಾ ಜಲಾಗಾಧಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
16 And he ledde watir out of the stoon; and he ledde forth watris as floodis.
ಬಂಡೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದು, ನದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀರನ್ನು ಹರಿಯಮಾಡಿದರು.
17 And thei `leiden to yit to do synne ayens hym; thei excitiden hiye God in to ire, in a place with out water.
ಆದರೆ ಜನರು ಇನ್ನೂ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ, ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹೋನ್ನತರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರು.
18 And thei temptiden God in her hertis; that thei axiden meetis to her lyues.
ದೇವರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ದುರಾಶೆಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
19 And thei spaken yuel of God; thei seiden, Whether God may make redi a bord in desert?
ಹೌದು, ಅವರು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ದೇವರು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೋಜನವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲನೋ?
20 For he smoot a stoon, and watris flowiden; and streemys yeden out in aboundaunce. Whether also he may yyue breed; ether make redi a bord to his puple?
ಇಗೋ, ದೇವರು ಬಂಡೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲಾಗಿ, ನೀರು ಚಿಮ್ಮಿ ಹೊರಟಿತು. ಹಳ್ಳಗಳು ದಡಮೀರಿ ಹರಿದವು. ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕೊಡಬಲ್ಲನೋ? ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವನೋ?” ಎಂದರು.
21 Therfor the Lord herde, and delaiede; and fier was kindelid in Jacob, and the ire of God stiede on Israel.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಬೇಸರಗೊಂಡರು. ಯಾಕೋಬ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿತು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದರು.
22 For thei bileueden not in God; nether hopiden in his heelthe.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ದೇವರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
23 And he comaundide to the cloudis aboue; and he openyde the yatis of heuene.
ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಮೇಘಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ, ಆಕಾಶದ ಕದಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದರು.
24 And he reynede to hem manna for to eete; and he yaf to hem breed of heuene.
ಉಣ್ಣುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನ್ನವನ್ನು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿಸಿ, ಪರಲೋಕದ ಧಾನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
25 Man eet the breed of aungels; he sent to hem meetis in aboundance.
ದೇವದೂತರ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾನವರು ತಿಂದರು. ದೇವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.
26 He turnede ouere the south wynde fro heuene; and he brouyte in bi his vertu the weste wynde.
ಮೂಡಣ ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಿದರು.
27 And he reynede fleischis as dust on hem; and `he reinede volatils fethered, as the grauel of the see.
ಧೂಳಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿದರು. ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮರಳಿನಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿಸಿದರು.
28 And tho felden doun in the myddis of her castels; aboute the tabernaclis of hem.
ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸುರಿಸಿದರು.
29 And thei eeten, and weren fillid greetli, and he brouyte her desire to hem;
ಆಗ ಅವರು ತಿಂದು ಬಹಳ ತೃಪ್ತಿಗೊಂಡರು. ಅವರು ಆಶಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
30 thei weren not defraudid of her desier. Yit her metis weren in her mouth;
ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಶೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡದೆ, ಅವರ ಊಟವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಬಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಾಗ,
31 and the ire of God stiede on hem. And he killide the fatte men of hem; and he lettide the chosene men of Israel.
ದೇವರ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಬ್ಬಿದವರು ಸತ್ತರು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪ್ರಾಯಸ್ಥರು ಸಹ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದರು.
32 In alle these thingis thei synneden yit; and bileuede not in the merueils of God.
ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಜನರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪಾಪಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವರ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೂ ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.
33 And the daies of hem failiden in vanytee; and the yeeris of hem faileden with haste.
ಆಗ ದೇವರು ಅವರ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳವಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕಳೆಯ ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸಿದರು.
34 Whanne he killide hem, thei souyten hym; and turneden ayen, and eerli thei camen to hym.
ದೇವರು ಜನರನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸುವಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿದರು. ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
35 And thei bithouyten, that God is the helper of hem; and `the hiy God is the ayenbier of hem.
ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಂಡೆ ಎಂದೂ ಮಹೋನ್ನತರಾದ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಮೋಚಕರೆಂದೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
36 And thei loueden hym in her mouth; and with her tunge thei lieden to hym.
ಆದರೂ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಮುಖಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
37 Forsothe the herte of hem was not riytful with hym; nethir thei weren had feithful in his testament.
ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ದೇವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
38 But he is merciful, and he schal be maad merciful to the synnes of hem; and he schal not destrie hem. And he dide greetli, to turne awei his yre; and he kyndelide not al his ire.
ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ, ನಾಶಮಾಡದೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ಹೌದು, ಅನೇಕ ಸಾರಿ ದೇವರು ಕೋಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಸರವನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
39 And he bithouyte, that thei ben fleische; a spirit goynge, and not turnynge ayen.
ಜನರು ಬರೀ ಮಾಂಸ ಮಾತ್ರದವರೂ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಗಾಳಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ದೇವರು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
40 Hou oft maden thei hym wrooth in desert; thei stireden hym in to ire in a place with out watir.
ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸಾರಿ ಜನರು ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಸರಮಾಡಿದರು. ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
41 And thei weren turned, and temptiden God; and thei wraththiden the hooli of Israel.
ಅವರು ತಿರುಗಿಬಿದ್ದು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರಿಗೆ ಬೇಸರಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
42 Thei bithouyten not on his hond; in the dai in the which he ayen bouyte hem fro the hond of the trobler.
ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ವೈರಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನೂ ತಾವು ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
43 As he settide hise signes in Egipt; and hise grete wondris in the feeld of Taphneos.
ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಚೋವನ್ ಬಯಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ದಿವಸವನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
44 And he turnede the flodis of hem and the reynes of hem in to blood; that thei schulden not drynke.
ಅವರು ಕುಡಿಯಲಾರದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರ ನದಿಗಳು ರಕ್ತವಾದವು. ಅವರ ಹೊಳೆಗಳು ಸಹ ರಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
45 He sente a fleisch flie in to hem, and it eet hem; and he sente a paddok, and it loste hem.
ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಹುಳುಗಳು ಬಂದವು. ಅವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಾನಿಮಾಡಿದವು. ಕಪ್ಪೆಗಳು ಸಹ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾದವು. ಅವು ಸಹ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಾನಿಮಾಡಿದವು.
46 And he yaf the fruytis of hem to rust; and he yaf the trauels of hem to locustis.
ಅವರ ಬೆಳೆಗಳು ಕಂಬಳಿ ಹುಳುಗಳಿಗೂ ಅವರ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯ ಮಿಡತೆಗಳಿಗೂ ತುತ್ತಾದವು.
47 And he killide the vynes of hem bi hail; and the moore trees of hem bi a frost.
ಅವರ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಬಳ್ಳಿಗಳು ಕಲ್ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರ ಅತ್ತಿಮರಗಳು ಮಂಜಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಾಶವಾದವು.
48 And he bitook the beestis of hem to hail; and the possessioun of hem to fier.
ಅವರ ದನಗಳು ಕಲ್ಮಳೆಗೂ ಅವರ ಪಶುಗಳು ಸಿಡಿಲಿಗೂ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟವು.
49 He sente in to hem the ire of his indignacioun; indignacioun, and ire, and tribulacioun, sendingis in bi iuel aungels.
ದೇವರು ನಾಶದ ದೇವದೂತರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಸರದಿಂದಲೂ ದುಃಖದಿಂದಲೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿಯಮಾಡಿದರು.
50 He made weie to the path of his ire, and he sparide not fro the deth of her lyues; and he closide togidere in deth the beestis of hem.
ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಸರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಧಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟು,
51 And he smoot al the first gendrid thing in the lond of Egipt; the first fruytis of alle the trauel of hem in the tabernaclis of Cham.
ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ, ಹಾಮನ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರುಷತ್ವದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಫಲವನ್ನೂ ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
52 And he took awei his puple as scheep; and he ledde hem forth as a flok in desert.
ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಮಂದೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹೊರತಂದು, ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
53 And he ledde hem forth in hope, and thei dredden not; and the see hilide the enemyes of hem.
ಜನರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರು ಹೆದರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಸಮುದ್ರವು ಅವರ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು.
54 And he brouyte hem in to the hil of his halewyng; in to the hil which his riythond gat. And he castide out hethene men fro the face of hem; and bi lot he departide to hem the lond in a cord of delyng.
ಹೀಗೆ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನಾಡಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇರೆಗೂ, ಈ ಪರ್ವತ ನಾಡಿಗೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಿದರು.
55 And he made the lynagis of Israel to dwelle in the tabernaclis of hem.
ದೇವರು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ಅವರ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿ, ಅವರ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ವಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
56 And thei temptiden, and wraththiden heiy God; and thei kepten not hise witnessyngis.
ಆದರೆ ಜನರು ಮಹೋನ್ನತರಾದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದರು; ದೇವರ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
57 And thei turneden awei hem silf, and thei kepten not couenaunt; as her fadris weren turned in to a schrewid bouwe.
ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರ ನೆನಸದೆ, ಅಪನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾಗಿ ಮೋಸದ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಓರೆಯಾದರು.
58 Thei stiriden him in to ire in her litle hillis; and thei terriden hym to indignacioun of her grauen ymagis.
ತಮ್ಮ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಸರಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
59 God herde, and forsook; and brouyte to nouyt Israel greetli.
ದೇವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ, ಬೇಸರಗೊಂಡು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
60 And he puttide awei the tabernacle of Sylo; his tabernacle where he dwellide among men.
ದೇವರು ಸಿಲೋವಿನ ಗುಡಾರನ್ನೂ ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ಗುಡಾರವನ್ನೂ ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
61 And he bitook the vertu of hem in to caitiftee; and the fairnesse of hem in to the hondis of the enemye.
ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲದ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ವೈರಿಯ ಕೈಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
62 And he closide togidere his puple in swerd; and he dispiside his erytage.
ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ಖಡ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥತೆಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
63 Fier eet the yonge men of hem; and the virgyns of hem weren not biweilid.
ಅವರ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು. ಅವರ ಕನ್ಯೆಯರು ವಿವಾಹ ಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
64 The prestis of hem fellen doun bi swerd; and the widewis of hem weren not biwept.
ಅವರ ಯಾಜಕರು ಖಡ್ಗದಿಂದ ಸಂಹಾರವಾದರು. ಅವರ ವಿಧವೆಯರು ಗೋಳಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
65 And the Lord was reisid, as slepynge; as miyti greetli fillid of wiyn.
ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರು. ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದಿಂದ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸುವ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾದರು.
66 And he smoot hise enemyes on the hynderere partis; he yaf to hem euerlastyng schenschipe.
ತಮ್ಮ ವೈರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಿತ್ಯನಿಂದೆಯೇ ಅವರ ಪಾಲಾಯಿತು.
67 And he puttide awei the tabernacle of Joseph; and he chees not the lynage of Effraym.
ಆಗ ದೇವರು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಗುಡಾರವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮನ ಗೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ,
68 But he chees the lynage of Juda; he chees the hil of Syon, which he louede.
ಯೆಹೂದನ ಕುಲವನ್ನೂ, ತಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿದ ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತವನ್ನೂ ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡರು.
69 And he as an vnicorn bildide his hooli place; in the lond, which he foundide in to worldis.
ಉನ್ನತವಾದವುಗಳಂತೆಯೂ, ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ತಾವು ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರ ಹಾಕಿದ ಭೂಮಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದರು.
70 And he chees Dauid his seruaunt, and took hym vp fro the flockis of scheep; he took hym fro bihynde scheep with lambren.
ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕ ದಾವೀದನನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡು, ಕುರಿಹಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು.
71 To feed Jacob his seruaunt; and Israel his eritage.
ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬ್ಯರನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನೂ ಮೇಯಿಸುವ ಕುರುಬನನ್ನಾಗಿ ದಾವೀದನನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿದರು.
72 And he fedde hem in the innocens of his herte; and he ledde hem forth in the vndurstondyngis of his hondis.
ದಾವೀದನು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದ ಯಥಾರ್ಥತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಜನರನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಸ್ತ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದನು.
