1 `In Ebreu thus, To the victorie in orguns, the salm of the song. `In Jerom `thus, To the ouercomer in salmes, the song of writing of a delitable thing with metre. God haue merci on vs, and blesse vs; liytne he his cheer on vs, and haue merci on vs.
“To the chief musician on Neginoth, a psalm or song.” May God be gracious unto us, and bless us; may he cause his face to shine upon us. (Selah)
2 That we knowe thi weie on erthe; thin heelthe in alle folkis.
That upon earth men may know thy way, among all nations thy salvation.
3 God, puplis knowleche to thee; alle puplis knouleche to thee.
The people will thank thee, O God; the people, all of them together, will thank thee.
4 Hethen men be glad, and make fulli ioye, for thou demest puplis in equite; and dressist hethene men in erthe.
Nations will rejoice and sing for joy: when thou judgest the people righteously, and guidest the nations upon earth. (Selah)
5 God, puplis knouleche to thee, alle puplis knouleche to thee;
The people will thank thee, O God; the people, all of them together, will thank thee.
6 the erthe yaf his fruyt. God, oure God blesse vs,
The earth yieldeth her products: [yea, ] God, our own God, bless us.
7 God blesse vs; and alle the coostis of erthe drede hym.
God will bless us: and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
