Psalms 6

1 To the ouercomere in salmes, the salm of Dauid, `on the eiythe. Lord, repreue thou not me in thi stronge veniaunce; nether chastice thou me in thin ire.

संगीत निर्देशक के लिये. तार वाद्यों के संगत के साथ. शेमिनिथ. पर आधारित. दावीद का एक स्तोत्र. याहवेह, अपने क्रोध में मुझे न डांटें, झुंझलाहट में मेरी ताड़ना न करें.

2 Lord, haue thou merci on me, for Y am sijk; Lord, make thou me hool, for alle my boonys ben troblid.

कृपा करें, याहवेह, मैं शिथिल हो चुका हूं; मुझमें शक्ति का संचार करें, मेरी हड्डियों को भी पीड़ा ने जकड़ लिया है.

3 And my soule is troblid greetli; but thou, Lord, hou long?

मेरे प्राण घोर पीड़ा में हैं. याहवेह, आप कब तक ठहरे रहेंगे?

4 Lord, be thou conuertid, and delyuere my soule; make thou me saaf, for thi merci.

याहवेह, आकर मुझे बचा लीजिए; अपने करुणा-प्रेम के निमित्त मुझे बचा लीजिए.

5 For noon is in deeth, which is myndful of thee; but in helle who schal knouleche to thee? (Sheol h7585)

क्योंकि मृत अवस्था में आपका स्मरण करना संभव नहीं. अधोलोक में कौन आपका स्तवन कर सकता है? (Sheol h7585)

6 I traueilide in my weilyng, Y schal waische my bed bi ech nyyt; Y schal moiste, `ether make weet, my bedstre with my teeris.

कराहते-कराहते मैं थक चुका हूं, प्रति रात्रि मेरे आंसुओं से मेरा बिछौना भीग जाता है, मेरे आंसू मेरा तकिया भिगोते रहते हैं.

7 Myn iye is disturblid of woodnesse; Y waxe eld among alle myn enemyes.

शोक से मेरी आंखें निस्तेज हो गई हैं; मेरे शत्रुओं के कारण मेरी आंखें क्षीण हो चुकी हैं.

8 Alle ye that worchen wickidnesse, departe fro me; for the Lord hath herd the vois of my wepyng.

दुष्टो, दूर रहो मुझसे, याहवेह ने मेरे रोने का शब्द सुन लिया है.

9 The Lord hath herd my bisechyng; the Lord hath resseyued my preier.

याहवेह ने मेरा गिड़गिड़ाना सुना है; याहवेह मेरी प्रार्थना स्वीकार कर लेंगे.

10 Alle my enemyes be aschamed, and be disturblid greetli; be thei turned togidere, and be thei aschamed ful swiftli.

मेरे समस्त शत्रु लज्जित किए जाएंगे, वे पूर्णतः निराश हो जाएंगे; वे पीठ दिखाएंगे और तत्काल ही लज्जित किए जाएंगे!
