Psalms 52
1 To victorie, the salm of Dauid, `whanne Doech Idumei cam, and telde to Saul, and seide to him, Dauid cam in to the hows of Abymelech. What hast thou glorie in malice; which art miyti in wickidnesse?
Bakit mo ipinagyayabang ang iyong panggugulo, ikaw malakas na lalaki? Ang katapatan ng Diyos sa tipan ay dumarating araw-araw.
2 Al dai thi tunge thouyte vnriytfulnesse; as a scharp rasour thou hast do gile.
Nagbabalak ang iyong dila tulad ng matalim na labaha na mapandayang gumagawa.
3 Thou louedist malice more than benygnite; `thou louedist wickidnesse more than to speke equite.
Minamahal mo ang kasamaan kaysa sa kabutihan at kasinungalingan kaysa sa pagsasabi ng katuwiran. (Selah)
4 Thou louedist alle wordis of casting doun; with a gileful tunge.
Mahal mo ang lahat ng mga salitang sumisira sa iba, ikaw na mandarayang dila.
5 Therfor God schal distrie thee in to the ende, he schal drawe thee out bi the roote, and he schal make thee to passe awei fro thi tabernacle; and thi roote fro the lond of lyuynge men.
Kaya wawasakin ka rin ng Diyos magpakailanman; siya ang mag-aalis sa iyo at hahatakin kang palabas sa iyong tolda at bubunutin ka mula sa lupain ng mga nabubuhay. (Selah)
6 Iust men schulen se, and schulen drede; and thei schulen leiye on hym, and thei schulen seie, Lo!
Ang matuwid ay makikita rin ito at matatakot; tatawanan siya nila at sasabihing,
7 the man that settide not God his helpere. But he hopide in the multitude of his richessis; and hadde maistrie in his vanite.
“Tingnan mo, ito ang taong hindi ang Diyos ang ginawang kalakasan pero nagtiwala sa kasaganahan ng kaniyang kayamanan at pinatunayan ang kaniyang sarili sa kasamaang kaniyang ginagawa.”
8 Forsothe Y, as a fruytful olyue tre in the hous of God; hopide in the merci of God with outen ende, and in to the world of world.
Pero para sa akin, katulad ko ang isang berdeng punong olibo sa tahanan ng Diyos; ako ay magtitiwala sa katapatan ng Diyos sa tipan magpakailanpaman.
9 Y schal knowleche to thee in to the world, for thou hast do mercy to me; and Y schal abide thi name, for it is good in the siyt of thi seyntis.
Ako ay magbibigay pasasalamat, O Diyos, magpakailanman dahil sa mga bagay na iyong ginawa. Umaasa ako sa iyong pangalan, dahil ito ay mabuti sa harapan ng mga matatapat.
