Psalms 5
1 To the ouercomere on the eritagis, the song of Dauid. Lord, perseyue thou my wordis with eeris; vndurstonde thou my cry.
૧મુખ્ય ગવૈયાને માટે; નહીલોથ સાથે ગાવાને. દાઉદનું ગીત. હે યહોવાહ, મારા બોલવા પર કાન ધરો; મારા ચિંતન પર લક્ષ આપો.
2 Mi kyng, and my God; yyue thou tent to the vois of my preier.
૨હે મારા રાજા અને મારા ઈશ્વર, મારી અરજ સાંભળો, કારણ કે હું તમારી પ્રાર્થના કરું છું.
3 For, Lord, Y schal preie to thee; here thou eerly my vois.
૩હે યહોવાહ, સવારમાં તમે મારી પ્રાર્થના સાંભળશો; સવારમાં હું તારી પાસે મારી અરજીઓ લાવું છું કરીને ઉત્તરને માટે હું રાહ જોઈ રહીશ.
4 Eerli Y schal stonde nyy thee, and Y schal se; for thou art God not willynge wickidnesse.
૪દુષ્ટતાથી ખુશ થાય એવા ઈશ્વર તમે નથી; દુષ્ટ લોકો તમારી પાસે રહી શકતા નથી.
5 Nethir an yuel willid man schal dwelle bisidis thee; nethir vniust men schulen dwelle bifor thin iyen.
૫તમારી હજૂરમાં અભિમાની ઊભા રહી શકતા નથી; જેઓ દુષ્ટતા સાથે વ્યવહાર કરે તે સર્વને તમે ધિક્કારો છો.
6 Thou hatist alle that worchen wickidnesse; thou schalt leese alle that speken leesyng. The Lord schal holde abhomynable a manquellere, and gileful man.
૬જૂઠું બોલનારાઓનો તમે નાશ કરશો; યહોવાહ હિંસક તથા કપટી લોકોને ધિક્કારે છે.
7 But, Lord, in the multitude of thi merci Y schal entre in to thin hows; Y schal worschipe to thin hooli temple in thi drede.
૭પણ હું તો તમારી પુષ્કળ કૃપાથી તમારા ઘરમાં આવીશ; હું તમારી બીક રાખીને તમારા પવિત્રસ્થાન તરફ ફરીને ભજન કરીશ.
8 Lord, lede thou forth me in thi riytfulnesse for myn enemyes; dresse thou my weie in thi siyt.
૮હે પ્રભુ, મારા શત્રુઓના કારણથી તમે તમારા ન્યાયીપણામાં મને ચલાવો; મારી આગળ તમારો માર્ગ સીધા કરો.
9 For whi treuthe is not in her mouth; her herte is veyn.
૯કેમ કે તેઓના મુખમાં કંઈ સત્ય નથી; તેઓનાં અંતઃકરણોમાં નરી દુષ્ટતા છે; તેઓનું ગળું ઉઘાડી કબર છે; તેઓ પોતાની જીભે ખુશામત કરે છે.
10 Her throte is an opyn sepulcre, thei diden gilefuli with her tungis; God, deme thou hem. Falle thei doun fro her thouytis, vp the multitude of her wickidnessis caste thou hem doun; for, Lord, thei han terrid thee to ire.
૧૦હે ઈશ્વર, તેઓને દોષિત જાહેર કરો; તેઓ પોતાની જ યુક્તિઓમાં ફસાઈ પડો! તેઓના પુષ્કળ અપરાધોને લીધે તેઓને દૂર કરો, કેમ કે તેઓએ તમારી વિરુદ્ધ બંડ કર્યું છે.
11 And alle that hopen in thee, be glad; thei schulen make fulli ioye with outen ende, and thou schalt dwelle in hem. And alle that louen thi name schulen haue glorie in thee;
૧૧પણ જેઓએ તમારા પર ભરોસો રાખ્યો છે તેઓ સર્વ આનંદ કરશે; તમે તેઓને બચાવ્યા છે માટે તેઓ સદા હર્ષનાદ કરશે; તમારા નામ પર પ્રેમ રાખનારા તમારામાં હર્ષ પામશે.
12 for thou schalt blesse a iust man. Lord, thou hast corouned vs, as with the scheeld of thi good wille.
૧૨કેમ કે, હે યહોવાહ, તમે ન્યાયીને આશીર્વાદ આપશો; તમે ઢાલથી તેમ મહેરબાનીથી તેને ઘેરી લેશો.
