Psalms 37
1 To Dauith. Nile thou sue wickid men; nether loue thou men doynge wickidnesse.
खराबी गर्नेहरूको कारण झर्को नमान । अधार्मिक किसिमले काम गर्नेहरूका इर्ष्या नगर ।
2 For thei schulen wexe drie swiftli as hey; and thei schulen falle doun soone as the wortis of eerbis.
किनकि घाँसझैं तिनीहरू चाँडै नै सुकेर जानेछन् र हरिया बिरुवाहरूझैं ओइलाएर जानेछन् ।
3 Hope thou in the Lord, and do thou goodnesse; and enhabite thou the lond, and thou schalt be fed with hise richessis.
परमप्रभुमा भरोसा राख र जे असल छ सो गर । देशमा बसोवास गर र विश्वस्ततामा उपभोग गर ।
4 Delite thou in the Lord; and he schal yyue to thee the axyngis of thin herte.
परमप्रभुमा आफूलाई खुसी बनाऊ र उहाँले तिम्रो हृदयका इच्छाहरू पुरा गर्नुहुनेछ ।
5 Schewe thi weie to the Lord; and hope thou in hym, and he schal do.
आफ्ना मार्गहरू परमप्रभुलाई देऊ । उहाँमा भरोसा गर र उहाँले तिम्रो निम्ति काम गर्नुहुनेछ ।
6 And he schal lede out thi riytfulnesse as liyt, and thi doom as myddai;
उहाँले तिम्रो न्याय दिनको उज्यालोझैं र तिम्रो निर्दोषता मध्यदिनझैं प्रकट गर्नुहुनेछ ।
7 be thou suget to the Lord, and preye thou hym. Nile thou sue hym, that hath prosperite in his weie; a man doynge vnriytfulnessis.
परमप्रभुको सामु मौन बस र धैर्यपूर्वक उहाँको आसा गर । आफूले गरेका कुरामा कोही सफल हुँदा वा त्यसले दुष्ट षड्यन्त्रहरू बनाउँदा क्रोधित नहोऊ ।
8 Ceese thou of ire, and forsake woodnesse; nyle thou sue, that thou do wickidli.
क्रोधित नहोऊ र निराश नहोऊ । चिन्ता नगर । यसले समस्यामा मात्र पार्छ ।
9 For thei, that doen wickidli, schulen be distried; but thei that suffren the Lord, schulen enerite the lond.
दुष्ट काम गर्नेहरूलाई बहिकृत हुनेछन्, तर परमप्रभुको आसा गर्नेहरूले देशको उत्तराधिकार गर्नेछन् ।
10 And yit a litil, and a synnere schal not be; and thou schalt seke his place, and schalt not fynde.
केही क्षणमा नै दुष्ट मानिस लोप हुनेछन् । तिमीले त्यसको ठाउँमा हेर्नेछौ तर त्यो गइसकेको हुनेछ ।
11 But mylde men schulen enerite the lond; and schulen delite in the multitude of pees.
तर नम्रहरूले देशको उत्तराधिकार गर्नेछन् र ठुलो समृद्धिमा खुसी हुनेछन् ।
12 A synnere schal aspie a riytful man; and he schal gnaste with hise teeth on hym.
दुष्ट मानिसले धर्मीको विरुद्धमा षड्यन्त्र गर्छ र त्यसले उनको विरुद्ध दाह्रा किट्छ ।
13 But the Lord schal scorne the synnere; for he biholdith that his day cometh.
परमप्रभु त्योमाथि हाँस्नुहुनेछ, किनकि त्यसको दिन आइरहेको उहाँले देख्नुहुन्छ ।
14 Synners drowen out swerd; thei benten her bouwe. To disseyue a pore man and nedi; to strangle riytful men of herte.
थिचोमिचोमा परेका र दरिद्रहरूलाई ढाल्न, सोझाहरूलाई मार्न दुष्टहरूले आफ्ना तरवारहरू थुतेका छन् र आफ्ना धनुमा ताँदो चढाएका छन् ।
15 Her swerd entre in to the herte of hem silf; and her bouwe be brokun.
तिनीहरूका तरवारहरूले तिनीहरूका आफ्नै हृदयहरू छेड्नेछन् र तिनीहरूका धनुहरू भाँचिनेछन् ।
16 Betere is a litil thing to a iust man; than many richessis of synneris.
धेरै जना दुष्ट मानिसहरूका प्रशस्तताभन्दा धर्मीसँग भएको थोरै नै असल हो ।
17 For the armes of synneris schal be al to-brokun; but the Lord confermeth iust men.
किनकि दुष्ट मानिसहरूका पाखुराहरू भाँचिनेछन्, तर परमप्रभुले धर्मी मानिसहरूलाई सहायता गर्नुहुन्छ ।
18 The Lord knowith the daies of vnwemmed; and her heritage schal be withouten ende.
परमप्रभुले नोष्खोटमाथि दिनदिनै हे्र्नुहुन्छ र तिनीहरू उत्तराधिकार सदाको निम्ति हुनेछ ।
19 Thei schulen not be schent in the yuel tyme, and thei schulen be fillid in the dayes of hungur;
समय खराब हुँदा तिनीहरू लज्जित हुनेछैनन् । जब अनिकाल आउँछ, तब तिनीहरूसित प्रशस्त खानेकुरा हुनेछ ।
20 for synneris schulen perische. Forsothe anoon as the enemyes of the Lord ben onourid, and enhaunsid; thei failynge schulen faile as smoke.
तर दुष्ट मानिसहरू नष्ट हुनेछन् । परमप्रभुका शत्रुहरू खर्कहरूका गौरवजस्ता हुनेछन् । तिनीहरू भष्म हुनेछन् र धूवाँमा हराउनेछन् ।
21 A synnere schal borewe, and schal not paie; but a iust man hath merci, and schal yyue.
दुष्ट मानिसहरूले ऋण लिन्छन् तर तिर्दैनन्, तर धर्मी व्यक्ति उदार हुन्छ र दिन्छ ।
22 For thei that blessen the Lord schulen enerite the lond; but thei that cursen hym schulen perische.
परमेश्वरले आशिष् दिनुभएकाहरूले देशको उत्तराधिकार पाउनेछन् । उहाँद्वारा सराप पाएकाहरू बहिष्कृत हुनेछन् ।
23 The goyng of a man schal be dressid anentis the Lord; and he schal wilne his weie.
परमप्रभुद्वारा नै मानिसकको कदमहरू स्थापित हुन्छ, त्यो मानिस जसको चाल परमेश्वरको दृष्टिमा प्रशंसनिय हुन्छ ।
24 Whanne he fallith, he schal not be hurtlid doun; for the Lord vndursettith his hond.
त्यसले ठेस खान्छ, तापनि त्यो ढल्नेछैन, किनकि परमप्रभुले त्यसलाई आफ्नो बाहुलिले समात्नुहुन्छ ।
25 I was yongere, and sotheli Y wexide eld, and Y siy not a iust man forsakun; nethir his seed sekynge breed.
म जवान थिएँ र अहिले वृद्ध भएको छु । धर्मी व्यक्ति त्यागिएको वा त्यसको छोराछोरीले रोटीको निम्ति मागेको मैले कहिल्यै देखेको छैन ।
26 Al dai he hath merci, and leeneth; and his seed schal be in blessyng.
दिनभरि नै अनुग्रही हुन्छ र पैंचो दिन्छ अनि त्यसका छोराछोरीले आशिष् पाउँछन् ।
27 Bouwe thou awei fro yuel, and do good; and dwelle thou in to the world of world.
खराबीबाट फर्क र जे असल छ सो गर । तब तिमी सदासर्वदा सुरक्षित हुनेछौ ।
28 For the Lord loueth doom, and schal not forsake hise seyntis; thei schulen be kept with outen ende. Vniust men schulen be punyschid; and the seed of wickid men schal perische.
किनकि परमप्रभुले न्यायलाई प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ र उहाँका विश्वासयोग्य अनुयायीहरूलाई त्याग्नुहुन्न । तिनीहरू सधैं सुरक्षित राखिन्छन्, तर दुष्टका सन्तानहरू बहिष्कृत हुनेछन् ।
29 But iust men schulen enerite the lond; and schulen enabite theronne in to the world of world.
धर्मीले देशको उत्तराधिकार गर्नेछन् र त्यहाँ सदासर्वदा बास गर्नेछन् ।
30 The mouth of a iust man schal bithenke wisdom; and his tunge schal speke doom.
धर्मी व्यक्तिको मुखले बुद्धिको कुरा बोल्छ र न्याय वृद्धि गर्छ ।
31 The lawe of his God is in his herte; and hise steppis schulen not be disseyued.
आफ्नो परमेश्वरको व्यवस्था त्यसको हृदयमा हुन्छ । त्यसका खुट्टाहरू चिप्लँदैनन् ।
32 A synnere biholdith a iust man; and sekith to sle hym.
दुष्ट व्यक्तिले धर्मी व्यक्तिलाई हे्र्छ र तिनलाई मार्न खोज्छ ।
33 But the Lord schal not forsake hym in hise hondis; nethir schal dampne hym, whanne it schal be demed ayens hym.
परमप्रभुले त्यसलाई दुष्ट व्यक्तिको हातमा छोड्नुहुन्न वा त्यसको न्याय हुँदा त्यसलाई दोषी ठहराउनुहुन्न ।
34 Abide thou the Lord, and kepe thou his weie, and he schal enhaunse thee, that bi eritage thou take the lond; whanne synneris schulen perische, thou schalt se.
परमप्रभुको आसा गर र उहाँको मार्ग कायम राख, अनि उहाँले देश अधिकार गर्न तिमीलाई उठाउनुहुनेछ । दुष्टहरू बहिष्कृत भएको तिमीले देख्नेछौ ।
35 I siy a wickid man enhaunsid aboue; and reisid vp as the cedris of Liban.
दुष्ट र डरलाग्दा व्यक्ति आफ्नो माटोमा हरियो रूखझैं फैलिएको मैले देखेको छु ।
36 And Y passide, and lo! he was not; Y souyte hym, and his place is not foundun.
तर जब म फेरि त्यो बाटो जाँदा, त्यो त्यहाँ थिएन । मैले त्यसलाई खोजें तर त्यसलाई भेट्टाउन सकिएन ।
37 Kepe thou innocence, and se equite; for tho ben relikis to a pesible man.
इमान्दार मानिसलाई हेर र सझोलाई ध्यान देऊ । मिलापको मानिसको निम्ति असल भविष्य छ ।
38 Forsothe vniust men schulen perische; the relifs of wickid men schulen perische togidere.
पापीहरू पूर्ण रूपमा नष्ट हुनेछन् । दुष्ट मानिसको भविष्य नष्ट हुनेछ ।
39 But the helthe of iust men is of the Lord; and he is her defendere in the tyme of tribulacioun.
धर्मीको उद्धार परमप्रभुबाट आउँछ । कष्टको समयहरूमा उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई रक्षा गर्नुहुन्छ ।
40 And the Lord schal helpe hem, and schal make hem fre, and he schal delyuere hem fro synneris; and he schal saue hem, for thei hopiden in hym.
परमप्रभुले तिनीहरूलाई सहायता गर्नुहुन्छ र बचाउनुहुन्छ । उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई खराब मानिसहरूबाट छटाउनुहुन्छ र तिनीहरूलाई बचाउनुहुन्छ किनभने तिनीहरूले उहाँमा शरण लिएका छन् ।
