Psalms 33
1 Ye iust men, haue fulli ioye in the Lord; presyng togidere bicometh riytful men.
E HAUOLI ia Iehova, e ka poe pono; O ka hoolea, he nani ia no ka poe maikai
2 Knouleche ye to the Lord in an harpe; synge ye to hym in a sautre of ten strengis.
E hoolea aku ia Iehova me ka lira; E hookani ia ia me ka violaumi, ka mea kani kaula umi.
3 Synge ye to hym a newe song; seie ye wel salm to hym in criyng.
E oli aku ia ia i ke mele hou; E hula akamai me ke kani nui.
4 For the word of the Lord is riytful; and alle hise werkis ben in feithfulnesse.
No ka mea, he pono ka olelo a Iehova; A ma ka oiaio kana mau hana a pau.
5 He loueth merci and doom; the erthe is ful of the merci of the Lord.

6 Heuenes ben maad stidfast bi the word of the Lord; and `al the vertu of tho bi the spirit of his mouth.

7 And he gaderith togidere the watris of the see as in a bowge; and settith depe watris in tresours.
Ke houluulu nei oia i na wai o ka moana me he puu la: Ke hoahu nei no hoi oia i ka hohonu iloko o na halepapaa.
8 Al erthe drede the Lord; sotheli alle men enhabitynge the world ben mouyd of hym.
E makau aku ka honua a pau ia Iehova; E weliweli aku ia ia ka poe a pau e noho ana i ke ao nei:
9 For he seide, and thingis weren maad; he comaundide, and thingis weren maad of nouyt.
No ka mea, i iho la ia, a o ka hanaia no ia; Kauoha iho la ia, a o ke ku paa mai la no ia.
10 The Lord distrieth the counsels of folkis, forsothe he repreueth the thouytis of puplis; and he repreueth the counsels of prynces.
Ke hoolilo nei o Iehova i ka manao o na kanaka i mea ole; Ke hoolilo nei oia i ka noonoo o na lahuikanaka i mea lapuwale.
11 But the counsel of the Lord dwellith with outen ende; the thouytis of his herte dwellen in generacioun and into generacioun.
O ka manao o Iehova e kupaa mau loa ia; A o ka noonoo o kona naau i na hanauna a pau.
12 Blessid is the folk, whose Lord is his God; the puple which he chees into eritage to hym silf.
Pomaikai ka lahuikanaka o Iehova kona Akua; Ka poe kanaka hoi ana i koho ai i hooilina nona.
13 The Lord bihelde fro heuene; he siy alle the sones of men.
Ke nana mai nei o Iehova mai luna mai o ka lani; Ke ike mai nei no ia i na keiki a pau a kanaka.
14 Fro his dwellyng place maad redi bifor; he bihelde on alle men, that enhabiten the erthe.
Mai kona wahi i noho ai, Ke nana mai nei oia i ka poe a pau e noho ana ma ka honua.
15 Which made syngulerli the soules of hem; which vndurstondith all the werkis of hem.
Ko hana nei oia i ko lakou mau naau a like; Ke hoomanao mai nei no ia i ka lakou mau hana a pau.
16 A kyng is not sauyd bi myche vertu; and a giaunt schal not be sauyd in the mychilnesse of his vertu.
Aole alii i ola i ka lehulehu o ka poe kaua; Aole ke kanaka ikaika i hoolaia e ka ikaika nui.
17 An hors is false to helthe; forsothe he schal not be sauyd in the habundaunce, `ether plentee, of his vertu.
O ka lio he mea lapuwale ia e malu ai: Aohe mea e hoolaia e ia ma kona ikaika nui.
18 Lo! the iyen of the Lord ben on men dredynge hym; and in hem that hopen on his merci.
Aia hoi ka maka o Iehova maluna o ka poe weliweli ia ia. Maluna o ka poe i manaolana i kona aloha;
19 That he delyuere her soules fro deth; and feede hem in hungur.
E hoopakele i ko lakou uhane i ka make, A e hoomau i ko lakou ola nei i ka pololi aua.
20 Oure soule suffreth the Lord; for he is oure helpere and defendere.
Ke kali nei ko kakou uhane ia Iehova; Oia ko kakou kokua a me ko kakou palekaua.
21 For oure herte schal be glad in him; and we schulen haue hope in his hooli name.
No ka mea, e hauoli auanei ko kakou naau ia ia, No ko kakou hilinai ana i kona inoa hoano.
22 Lord, thi merci be maad on vs; as we hopiden in thee.
E aloha mai ia makou, e Iehova, E like me ko makou manaolana ana ia oe.
