Psalms 29
1 The salm, ethir song of Dauid. Ye sones of God, brynge to the Lord; brynge ye to the Lord the sones of rammes.
दावीद का एक स्तोत्र. स्वर्गदूत, याहवेह की महिमा करो, उनके तेज तथा सामर्थ्य की महिमा करो.
2 Brynge ye to the Lord glorie and onour; brynge ye to the Lord glorie to his name; herie ye the Lord in his hooli large place.
याहवेह को उनके नाम के अनुरूप महिमा प्रदान करो; उनकी पवित्रता की भव्यता में याहवेह की आराधना करो.
3 The vois of the Lord on watris, God of mageste thundride; the Lord on many watris.
महासागर की सतह पर याहवेह का स्वर प्रतिध्वनित होता है; महिमामय परमेश्वर का स्वर गर्जन समान है, याहवेह प्रबल लहरों के ऊपर गर्जन करते हैं.
4 The vois of the Lord in vertu; the vois of the Lord in greet doyng.
शक्तिशाली है याहवेह का स्वर; भव्य है याहवेह का स्वर.
5 The vois of the Lord brekynge cedris; and the Lord schal breke the cedris of the Liban.
याहवेह का स्वर देवदार वृक्ष को उखाड़ फेंकता है; याहवेह लबानोन के देवदार वृक्षों को टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर डालते हैं.
6 And he schal al to-breke hem to dust as a calf of the Liban; and the derling was as the sone of an vnycorn.
याहवेह लबानोन को बछड़े जैसे उछलने, तथा हर्मोन को वन्य सांड़ जैसे, उछलने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं.
7 The vois of the Lord departynge the flawme of fier;
याहवेह के स्वर का प्रहार, बिजलियों के समान होता है.
8 the vois of the Lord schakynge desert; and the Lord schal stire togidere the desert of Cades.
याहवेह का स्वर वन को हिला देता है; याहवेह कादेश के बंजर भूमि को हिला देते हैं.
9 The vois of the Lord makynge redi hertis, and he schal schewe thicke thingis; and in his temple alle men schulen seie glorie.
याहवेह के स्वर से हिरणियों का गर्भपात हो जाता है; उनके स्वर से बंजर भूमि में पतझड़ हो जाता है. तब उनके मंदिर में सभी पुकार उठते हैं, “याहवेह की महिमा ही महिमा!”
10 The Lord makith to enhabite the greet flood; and the Lord schal sitte kyng with outen ende.
ढेर जल राशि पर याहवेह का सिंहासन बसा है; सर्वदा महाराजा होकर वह सिंहासन पर विराजमान हैं.
11 The Lord schal yyue vertu to his puple; the Lord schal blesse his puple in pees.
याहवेह अपनी प्रजा को बल प्रदान करते हैं; याहवेह अपनी प्रजा को शांति की आशीष प्रदान करते हैं.
