Psalms 26

1 `To Dauid. Lord, deme thou me, for Y entride in myn innocens; and Y hopynge in the Lord schal not be made vnstidfast.

Yon sòm David Fè m jistis, O SENYÈ, paske mwen te mache nan entegrite mwen. Mwen te mete konfyans mwen nan SENYÈ a san varye.

2 Lord, preue thou me, and asaie me; brenne thou my reynes, and myn herte.

Chache anndan m, O SENYÈ, e pase mwen a leprèv. Sonde panse mwen avèk kè m.

3 For whi thi merci is bifor myn iyen; and Y pleside in thi treuthe.

Paske lanmou dous Ou a devan zye m. Mwen te mache nan verite Ou.

4 I sat not with the counsel of vanyte; and Y schal not entre with men doynge wickid thingis.

Mwen pa chita avèk mesye k ap twonpe moun yo. Ni mwen pa pale avèk (sila) k ap pran poz yo.

5 I hatide the chirche of yuele men; and Y schal not sitte with wickid men.

Mwen rayi asanble malfektè yo, e mwen pa chita avèk mechan yo.

6 I schal waische myn hondis among innocentis; and, Lord, Y schal cumpasse thin auter.

Mwen va lave men m nan inosans, e mwen va antoure lotèl Ou, O SENYÈ,

7 That Y here the vois of heriyng; and that Y telle out alle thi merueils.

pou m kapab pwoklame avèk vwa remèsiman a, e deklare tout mèvèy Ou yo.

8 Lord, Y haue loued the fairnesse of thin hows; and the place of the dwellyng of thi glorie.

O SENYÈ, Mwen renmen abitasyon lakay Ou, avèk kote ke glwa Ou rete a.

9 God, leese thou not my soule with vnfeithful men; and my lijf with men of bloodis.

Pa retire nanm mwen ansanm avèk pechè yo, ni lavi m avèk mesye ki vèse san yo,

10 In whose hondis wyckidnessis ben; the riythond of hem is fillid with yiftis.

nan men a (sila) ki gen manèv mechan yo, ki nan mechanste pote kado vèse anba tab yo.

11 But Y entride in myn innocens; ayenbie thou me, and haue merci on me.

Men pou mwen, mwen va mache nan entegrite mwen. Delivre mwen e fè m gras.

12 Mi foot stood in riytfulnesse; Lord, Y schal blesse thee in chirchis.

Pye m kanpe sou yon plas byen plat. Nan asanble a, mwen va beni SENYÈ a.
