Psalms 20

1 To victorie, the salm of Dauid. The Lord here thee in the dai of tribulacioun; the name of God of Jacob defende thee.

Da te usliši Gospod u dan žalosti, da te zaštiti ime Boga Jakovljeva.

2 Sende he helpe to thee fro the hooli place; and fro Syon defende he thee.

Da ti pošlje pomoæ iz svetinje, i sa Siona da te potkrijepi.

3 Be he myndeful of al thi sacrifice; and thi brent sacrifice be maad fat.

Da se opomene svijeh prinosa tvojijeh, i žrtva tvoja paljenica da se naðe pretila.

4 Yyue he to thee aftir thin herte; and conferme he al thi counsel.

Da ti da Gospod po srcu tvojemu; što god poèneš, da ti izvrši.

5 We schulen be glad in thin helthe; and we schulen be magnyfied in the name of oure God.

Radovaæemo se za spasenje tvoje, i u ime Boga svojega dignuæemo zastavu. Da ispuni Gospod sve molbe tvoje.

6 The Lord fille alle thin axyngis; nowe Y haue knowe, that the Lord hath maad saaf his crist. He schal here hym fro his hooly heuene; the helthe of his riyt hond is in poweris.

Sad vidim da Gospod èuva pomazanika svojega; sluša ga sa svetoga neba svojega; jaka je desnica njegova, koja spasava.

7 Thes in charis, and these in horsis; but we schulen inwardli clepe in the name of oure Lord God.

Jedni se hvale kolima, drugi konjma, a mi imenom Gospoda Boga svojega.

8 Thei ben boundun, and felden doun; but we han rise, and ben reisid.

Oni posræu i padaju, a mi stojimo i ne kolebamo se.

9 Lord, make thou saaf the kyng; and here thou vs in the dai in which we inwardli clepen thee.

Gospode! pomozi caru, i usliši nas kad te zovemo.
