Psalms 2
1 Whi gnastiden with teeth hethene men; and puplis thouyten veyn thingis?
Lwaki amawanga geegugunga n’abantu ne bateganira obwereere okusala enkwe?
2 The kyngis of erthe stoden togidere; and princes camen togidere ayens the Lord, and ayens his Crist?
Bakabaka ab’ensi bakuŋŋaanye, n’abafuzi ne bateeseza wamu ku Mukama ne ku Kristo we, nga bagamba nti,
3 Breke we the bondis of hem; and cast we awei the yok of hem fro vs.
“Ka tukutule enjegere zaabwe, era tweyambulemu ekikoligo kyabwe.”
4 He that dwellith in heuenes schal scorne hem; and the Lord schal bimowe hem.
Naye Katonda oyo atuula mu ggulu, abasekerera busekerezi, n’enkwe zaabwe ezitaliimu zimusesa.
5 Thanne he schal speke to hem in his ire; and he schal disturble hem in his stronge veniaunce.
N’alyoka abanenya ng’ajjudde obusungu, n’abatiisa nnyo ng’aswakidde.
6 Forsothe Y am maad of hym a kyng on Syon, his hooli hil; prechynge his comaundement.
N’abagamba nti, “Ddala ddala nateekawo kabaka owange ku lusozi lwange Sayuuni olutukuvu.”
7 The Lord seide to me, Thou art my sone; Y haue gendrid thee to dai.
Nzija kulangirira ekiragiro kya Mukama: kubanga yaŋŋamba nti, “Ggwe oli Mwana wange, olwa leero nfuuse kitaawo.
8 Axe thou of me, and Y schal yyue to thee hethene men thin eritage; and thi possessioun the termes of erthe.
Nsaba, nange ndikuwa amawanga gonna okuba obusika bwo, era n’ensi yonna gy’ekoma okuba amatwale go.
9 Thou schalt gouerne hem in an yrun yerde; and thou schalt breke hem as the vessel of a pottere.
Olibafugisa omuggo ogw’ekyuma, era olibabetenta ng’entamu y’omubumbi.”
10 And now, ye kyngis, vndurstonde; ye that demen the erthe, be lerud.
Kale nno mubeere n’amagezi mmwe bakabaka; muyige okulabulwa mmwe abafuzi b’ensi.
11 Serue ye the Lord with drede; and make ye ful ioye to hym with tremblyng.
Muweereze Mukama nga mumutya, era musanyuke n’okukankana.
12 Take ye lore; lest the Lord be wrooth sumtyme, and lest ye perischen fro iust waie. Whanne his `ire brenneth out in schort tyme; blessed ben alle thei, that tristen in hym.
Mwanirize Omwana, mumusembeze Mukama aleme okubasunguwalira n’okubazikiriza nga muli mu kkubo lyammwe; kubanga obusungu bwe bubuubuuka mangu. Kyokka bonna abaddukira gy’ali balina omukisa.
