Psalms 15

1 Lord, who schal dwelle in thi tabernacle; ether who schal reste in thin hooli hil?

૧દાઉદનું ગીત. હે યહોવાહ, તમારા પવિત્રમંડપમાં કોણ નિવાસ કરશે? તમારા પવિત્ર પર્વતમાં કોણ રહેશે?

2 He that entrith with out wem; and worchith riytfulnesse.

૨જે નિર્દોષતાથી ચાલે છે અને ન્યાયથી વર્તે છે અને જે પોતાના હૃદયમાં સત્ય બોલે છે, તે.

3 Which spekith treuthe in his herte; which dide not gile in his tunge. Nethir dide yuel to his neiybore; and took not schenschip ayens hise neiyboris.

૩તે કદી પોતાની જીભે ચાડી કરતો નથી, બીજાનું ખરાબ કરતો નથી, પોતાના પડોશી પર તહોમત મૂકતો નથી.

4 A wickid man is brouyt to nouyt in his siyt; but he glorifieth hem that dreden the Lord. Which swerith to his neiybore, and disseyueth not;

૪તેની દ્રષ્ટિમાં પાપી માણસ ધિક્કારપાત્ર છે પણ જેઓ યહોવાહથી ડરે છે તેને તે માન આપે છે. તે પોતાના હિત વિરુદ્ધ સોગન ખાઈને ફરી જતો નથી.

5 which yaf not his money to vsure; and took not yiftis on the innocent. He, that doith these thingis, schal not be moued with outen ende.

૫તે પોતાનાં નાણાં વ્યાજે આપતો નથી. જે નિરપરાધી વિરુદ્ધ લાંચ લેતો નથી. એવાં કામ કરનાર કદી ડગશે નહિ.
