Psalms 146

1 Alleluya.

Lăudați pe DOMNUL. Laudă pe DOMNUL, suflete al meu.

2 Mi soule, herie thou the Lord; Y schal herie the Lord in my lijf, Y schal synge to my God as longe as Y schal be. Nile ye triste in princis;

Cât timp trăiesc voi lăuda pe DOMNUL, voi cânta laude Dumnezeului meu cât voi fi.

3 nether in the sones of men, in whiche is noon helthe.

Nu vă puneți încrederea în prinți, nici în fiul omului, în care nu este ajutor.

4 The spirit of hym schal go out, and he schal turne ayen in to his erthe; in that dai alle the thouytis of hem schulen perische.

Suflarea lui iese, el se întoarce în pământul lui; chiar în ziua aceea gândurile lui pier.

5 He is blessid, of whom the God of Jacob is his helpere, his hope is in his Lord God, that made heuene and erthe;

Ferice de cel ce are pe Dumnezeul lui Iacob ca ajutor al său, a cărui speranță este în DOMNUL Dumnezeul său;

6 the see, and alle thingis that ben in tho.

Care a făcut cerul și pământul, marea și tot ce este în ea, care ține adevărul pentru totdeauna.

7 Which kepith treuthe in to the world, makith dom to hem that suffren wrong; yyueth mete to hem that ben hungri. The Lord vnbyndith feterid men;

Care face judecată pentru cei oprimați, care dă mâncare celor flămânzi. DOMNUL dezleagă prizonierii;

8 the Lord liytneth blynde men. The Lord reisith men hurtlid doun; the Lord loueth iust men.

DOMNUL deschide ochii orbilor, DOMNUL ridică pe cei încovoiați; DOMNUL iubește pe cei drepți;

9 The Lord kepith comelyngis, he schal take vp a modirles child, and widewe; and he schal distrie the weies of synners.

DOMNUL păzește pe străini; el ușurează pe cel fără tată și pe văduvă, dar calea celor stricați o răstoarnă.

10 The Lord schal regne in to the worldis; Syon, thi God schal regne in generacioun and in to generacioun.

DOMNUL va domni pentru totdeauna, chiar Dumnezeul tău, Sioane, din generație în generație. Lăudați pe DOMNUL.
