Psalms 119
1 Alleluia. Blessid ben men with out wem in the weie; that gon in the lawe of the Lord.
कैसे धन्य हैं वे, जिनका आचार-व्यवहार निर्दोष है, जिनका आचरण याहवेह की शिक्षाओं के अनुरूप है.
2 Blessid ben thei, that seken hise witnessingis; seken him in al the herte.
कैसे धन्य हैं वे, जो उनके अधिनियमों का पालन करते हैं तथा जो पूर्ण मन से उनके खोजी हैं.
3 For thei that worchen wickidnesse; yeden not in hise weies.
वे याहवेह के मार्गों में चलते हैं, और उनसे कोई अन्याय नहीं होता.
4 Thou hast comaundid; that thin heestis be kept greetly.
आपने ये आदेश इसलिये दिए हैं, कि हम इनका पूरी तरह पालन करें.
5 I wolde that my weies be dressid; to kepe thi iustifiyngis.
मेरी कामना है कि आपके आदेशों का पालन करने में मेरा आचरण दृढ़ रहे!
6 Thanne Y schal not be schent; whanne Y schal biholde perfitli in alle thin heestis.
मैं आपके आदेशों पर विचार करता रहूंगा, तब मुझे कभी लज्जित होना न पड़ेगा.
7 I schal knouleche to thee in the dressing of herte; in that that Y lernyde the domes of thi riytfulnesse.
जब मैं आपकी धर्ममय व्यवस्था का मनन करूंगा, तब मैं निष्कपट हृदय से आपका स्तवन करूंगा.
8 I schal kepe thi iustifiyngis; forsake thou not me on ech side.
मैं आपकी विधियों का पालन करूंगा; आप मेरा परित्याग कभी न कीजिए.
9 In what thing amendith a yong waxinge man his weie? in keping thi wordis.
युवा अपना आचरण कैसे स्वच्छ रखे? आपके वचन पालन के द्वारा.
10 In al myn herte Y souyte thee; putte thou me not awei fro thin heestis.
मैं आपको संपूर्ण हृदय से खोजता हूं; आप मुझे अपने आदेशों से भटकने न दीजिए.
11 In myn herte Y hidde thi spechis; that Y do not synne ayens thee.
आपके वचन को मैंने अपने हृदय में इसलिये रख छोड़ा है, कि मैं आपके विरुद्ध पाप न कर बैठूं.
12 Lord, thou art blessid; teche thou me thi iustifiyngis.
याहवेह, आपका स्तवन हो; मुझे अपनी विधियों की शिक्षा दीजिए.
13 In my lippis Y haue pronounsid; alle the domes of thi mouth.
जो व्यवस्था आपके मुख द्वारा निकली हैं, मैं उन्हें अपने मुख से दोहराता रहता हूं.
14 I delitide in the weie of thi witnessingis; as in alle richessis.
आपके अधिनियमों का पालन करना मेरा आनंद है, ठीक उसी प्रकार जिस प्रकार कोई विशाल धनराशि पर आनंदित होता है.
15 I schal be ocupied in thin heestis; and Y schal biholde thi weies.
आपके नीति-सिद्धांत मेरे चिंतन का विषय हैं, मैं आपकी सम्विधियों की विवेचना करता रहता हूं.
16 I schal bithenke in thi iustifiyngis; Y schal not foryete thi wordis.
आपकी विधियां मुझे मगन कर देती हैं, आपके वचनों को मैं कभी न भूलूंगा.
17 Yelde to thi seruaunt; quiken thou me, and Y schal kepe thi wordis.
अपने सेवक पर उपकार कीजिए कि मैं जीवित रह सकूं, मैं आपके वचन का पालन करूंगा.
18 Liytne thou myn iyen; and Y schal biholde the merueils of thi lawe.
मुझे आपकी व्यवस्था की गहन और अद्भुत बातों को ग्रहण करने की दृष्टि प्रदान कीजिए.
19 I am a comeling in erthe; hide thou not thin heestis fro me.
पृथ्वी पर मैं प्रवासी मात्र हूं; मुझसे अपने निर्देश न छिपाइए.
20 Mi soule coueitide to desire thi iustifiyngis; in al tyme.
सारा समय आपकी व्यवस्था की अभिलाषा करते-करते मेरे प्राण डूब चले हैं.
21 Thou blamedist the proude; thei ben cursid, that bowen awei fro thin heestis.
आपकी प्रताड़ना उन पर पड़ती है, जो अभिमानी हैं, शापित हैं, और जो आपके आदेशों का परित्याग कर भटकते रहते हैं.
22 Do thou awei `fro me schenschipe and dispising; for Y souyte thi witnessingis.
मुझ पर लगे घृणा और तिरस्कार के कलंक को मिटा दीजिए, क्योंकि मैं आपके अधिनियमों का पालन करता हूं.
23 For whi princis saten, and spaken ayens me; but thi seruaunt was exercisid in thi iustifiyngis.
यद्यपि प्रशासक साथ बैठकर मेरी निंदा करते हैं, आपका यह सेवक आपकी विधियों पर मनन करेगा.
24 For whi and thi witnessyngis is my thenkyng; and my counsel is thi iustifiyngis.
आपके अधिनियमों में मगन है मेरा आनंद; वे ही मेरे सलाहकार हैं.
25 Mi soule cleuede to the pawment; quykine thou me bi thi word.
मेरा प्राण नीचे धूलि में जा पड़ा है; अपनी प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप मुझमें नवजीवन का संचार कीजिए.
26 I telde out my weies, and thou herdist me; teche thou me thi iustifiyngis.
जब मैंने आपके सामने अपने आचरण का वर्णन किया, आपने मुझे उत्तर दिया; याहवेह, अब मुझे अपनी विधियां सिखा दीजिए.
27 Lerne thou me the weie of thi iustifiyngis; and Y schal be exercisid in thi merueils.
मुझे अपने उपदेशों की प्रणाली की समझ प्रदान कीजिए, कि मैं आपके अद्भुत कार्यों पर मनन कर सकूं.
28 Mi soule nappide for anoye; conferme thou me in thi wordis.
शोक अतिरेक में मेरा प्राण डूबा जा रहा है; अपने वचन से मुझमें बल दीजिए.
29 Remoue thou fro me the weie of wickidnesse; and in thi lawe haue thou merci on me.
झूठे मार्ग से मुझे दूर रखिए; और अपनी कृपा में मुझे अपनी व्यवस्था की शिक्षा दीजिए.
30 I chees the weie of treuthe; Y foryat not thi domes.
मैंने सच्चाई के मार्ग को अपनाया है; मैंने आपके नियमों को अपना आदर्श बनाया है.
31 Lord, Y cleuede to thi witnessyngis; nyle thou schende me.
याहवेह, मैंने आपके नियमों को दृढतापूर्वक थाम रखा है; मुझे लज्जित न होने दीजिए.
32 I ran the weie of thi comaundementis; whanne thou alargidist myn herte.
आपने मेरे हृदय में साहस का संचार किया है, तब मैं अब आपके आदेशों के पथ पर दौड़ रहा हूं.
33 Lord, sette thou to me a lawe, the weie of thi iustifiyngis; and Y schal seke it euere.
याहवेह, मुझे आपकी विधियों का आचरण करने की शिक्षा दीजिए, कि मैं आजीवन उनका पालन करता रहूं.
34 Yyue thou vndurstonding to me, and Y schal seke thi lawe; and Y schal kepe it in al myn herte.
मुझे वह समझ प्रदान कीजिए, कि मैं आपकी व्यवस्था का पालन कर सकूं और संपूर्ण हृदय से इसमें मगन आज्ञाओं का पालन कर सकूं.
35 Lede me forth in the path of thin heestis; for Y wolde it.
अपने आदेशों के मार्ग में मेरा संचालन कीजिए, क्योंकि इन्हीं में मेरा आनंद है.
36 `Bowe thou myn herte in to thi witnessingus; and not in to aueryce.
मेरे हृदय को स्वार्थी लाभ की ओर नहीं, परंतु अपने नियमों की ओर फेर दीजिए.
37 Turne thou awei myn iyen, that `tho seen not vanyte; quykene thou me in thi weie.
अपने वचन के द्वारा मुझमें नवजीवन का संचार कीजिए; मेरी रुचि निरर्थक वस्तुओं से हटा दीजिए.
38 Ordeyne thi speche to thi seruaunt; in thi drede.
अपने सेवक से की गई प्रतिज्ञा पूर्ण कीजिए, कि आपके प्रति मेरी श्रद्धा स्थायी रहे.
39 Kitte awey my schenschip, which Y supposide; for thi domes ben myrie.
उस लज्जा को मुझसे दूर रखिए, जिसकी मुझे आशंका है, क्योंकि आपके नियम उत्तम हैं.
40 Lo! Y coueitide thi comaundementis; quikene thou me in thin equite.
कैसी तीव्र है आपके उपदेशों के प्रति मेरी अभिलाषा! अपनी धार्मिकता के द्वारा मुझमें नवजीवन का संचार कीजिए.
41 And, Lord, thi merci come on me; thin heelthe come bi thi speche.
याहवेह, आपका करुणा-प्रेम मुझ पर प्रगट हो जाए, और आपकी प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप मुझे आपका उद्धार प्राप्त हो;
42 And Y schal answere a word to men seiynge schenschipe to me; for Y hopide in thi wordis.
कि मैं उसे उत्तर दे सकूं, जो मेरा अपमान करता है, आपके वचन पर मेरा भरोसा है.
43 And take thou not awei fro my mouth the word of treuthe outerli; for Y hopide aboue in thi domes.
सत्य के वचन मेरे मुख से न छीनिए, मैं आपकी व्यवस्था पर आशा रखता हूं.
44 And Y schal kepe thi lawe euere; in to the world, and in to the world of world.
मैं सदा-सर्वदा निरंतर, आपकी व्यवस्था का पालन करता रहूंगा.
45 And Y yede in largenesse; for Y souyte thi comaundementis.
मेरा जीवन स्वतंत्र हो जाएगा, क्योंकि मैं आपके उपदेशों का खोजी हूं.
46 And Y spak of thi witnessyngis in the siyt of kingis; and Y was not schent.
राजाओं के सामने मैं आपके अधिनियमों पर व्याख्यान दूंगा और मुझे लज्जित नहीं होना पड़ेगा.
47 And Y bithouyte in thin heestis; whiche Y louede.
क्योंकि आपका आदेश मेरे आनंद का उगम हैं, और वे मुझे प्रिय हैं.
48 And Y reiside myn hondis to thi comaundementis, whiche Y louede; and Y schal be excercisid in thi iustifiyngis.
मैं आपके आदेशों की ओर हाथ बढ़ाऊंगा, जो मुझे प्रिय हैं, और आपकी विधियां मेरे मनन का विषय हैं.
49 Lord, haue thou mynde on thi word to thi seruaunt; in which word thou hast youe hope to me.
याहवेह, अपने सेवक से की गई प्रतिज्ञा को स्मरण कीजिए, क्योंकि आपने मुझमें आशा का संचार किया है.
50 This coumfortide me in my lownesse; for thi word quikenede me.
मेरी पीड़ा में मुझे इस बातों से सांत्वना प्राप्त होती है: आपकी प्रतिज्ञाएं मेरे नवजीवन का स्रोत हैं.
51 Proude men diden wickidli bi alle thingis; but Y bowide not awei fro thi lawe.
अहंकारी बेधड़क मेरा उपहास करते हैं, किंतु मैं आपकी व्यवस्था से दूर नहीं होता.
52 Lord, Y was myndeful on thi domes fro the world; and Y was coumfortid.
याहवेह, जब प्राचीन काल से प्रगट आपकी व्यवस्था पर मैं विचार करता हूं, तब मुझे उनमें सांत्वना प्राप्त होती है.
53 Failing helde me; for synneris forsakinge thi lawe.
दुष्ट मुझमें कोप उकसाते हैं, ये वे हैं, जिन्होंने आपकी व्यवस्था त्याग दी है.
54 Thi iustifiyngis weren delitable to me to be sungun; in the place of my pilgrimage.
आपकी विधियां मेरे गीत की विषय-वस्तु हैं चाहे मैं किसी भी स्थिति में रहूं.
55 Lord, Y hadde mynde of thi name bi niyt; and Y kepte thi lawe.
याहवेह, मैं आपकी व्यवस्था का पालन करता हूं, रात्रि में मैं आपका स्मरण करता हूं.
56 This thing was maad to me; for Y souyte thi iustifiyngis.
आपके उपदेशों का पालन करते जाना ही मेरी चर्या है.
57 Lord, my part; Y seide to kepe thi lawe.
याहवेह, आप मेरे जीवन का अंश बन गए हैं; आपके आदेशों के पालन के लिए मैंने शपथ की है.
58 I bisouyte thi face in al myn herte; haue thou merci on me bi thi speche.
सारे मन से मैंने आपसे आग्रह किया है; अपनी ही प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप मुझ पर कृपा कीजिए.
59 I bithouyte my weies; and Y turnede my feet in to thi witnessyngis.
मैंने अपनी जीवनशैली का विचार किया है और मैंने आपके अधिनियमों के पालन की दिशा में अपने कदम बढ़ा दिए हैं.
60 I am redi, and Y am not disturblid; to kepe thi comaundementis.
अब मैं विलंब न करूंगा और शीघ्रता से आपके आदेशों को मानना प्रारंभ कर दूंगा.
61 The coordis of synneris han biclippid me; and Y haue not foryete thi lawe.
मैं आपकी व्यवस्था से दूर न होऊंगा, यद्यपि दुर्जनों ने मुझे रस्सियों से बांध भी रखा हो.
62 At mydnyyt Y roos to knouleche to thee; on the domes of thi iustifiyngis.
आपकी युक्ति संगत व्यवस्था के प्रति आभार अभिव्यक्त करने के लिए, मैं मध्य रात्रि को ही जाग जाता हूं.
63 I am parcener of alle that dreden thee; and kepen thin heestis.
मेरी मैत्री उन सभी से है, जिनमें आपके प्रति श्रद्धा है, उन सभी से, जो आपके उपदेशों पर चलते हैं.
64 Lord, the erthe is ful of thi merci; teche thou me thi iustifiyngis.
याहवेह, पृथ्वी आपके करुणा-प्रेम से तृप्त है; मुझे अपनी विधियों की शिक्षा दीजिए.
65 Lord, thou hast do goodnesse with thi seruaunt; bi thi word.
याहवेह, अपनी ही प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप अपने सेवक का कल्याण कीजिए.
66 Teche thou me goodnesse, and loore, and kunnyng; for Y bileuede to thin heestis.
मुझे ज्ञान और धर्ममय परख सीखाइए, क्योंकि मैं आपकी आज्ञाओं पर भरोसा करता हूं.
67 Bifor that Y was maad meke, Y trespasside; therfor Y kepte thi speche.
अपनी पीड़ाओं में रहने के पूर्व मैं भटक गया था, किंतु अब मैं आपके वचन के प्रति आज्ञाकारी हूं.
68 Thou art good; and in thi goodnesse teche thou me thi iustifiyngis.
आप धन्य हैं, और जो कुछ आप करते हैं भला ही होता है; मुझे अपनी विधियों की शिक्षा दीजिए.
69 The wickidnesse of hem that ben proude, is multiplied on me; but in al myn herte Y schal seke thin heestis.
यद्यपि अहंकारियों ने मुझे झूठी बातों से कलंकित कर दिया है, मैं पूर्ण सच्चाई में आपके आदेशों को थामे हुए हूं.
70 The herte of hem is cruddid as mylk; but Y bithouyte thi lawe.
उनके हृदय कठोर तथा संवेदनहीन हो चुके हैं, किंतु आपकी व्यवस्था ही मेरा आनंद है.
71 It is good to me, that thou hast maad me meke; that Y lerne thi iustifiyngis.
यह मेरे लिए भला ही रहा कि मैं प्रताड़ित किया गया, इससे मैं आपकी विधियों से सीख सकूं.
72 The lawe of thi mouth is betere to me; than thousyndis of gold and of siluer.
आपके मुख से निकली व्यवस्था मेरे लिए स्वर्ण और चांदी की हजारों मुद्राओं से कहीं अधिक मूल्यवान हैं.
73 Thin hondis maden me, and fourmeden me; yyue thou vndurstondyng to me, that Y lerne thin heestis.
आपके हाथों ने मेरा निर्माण किया और मुझे आकार दिया; मुझे अपने आदेशों को समझने की सद्बुद्धि प्रदान कीजिए.
74 Thei that dreden thee schulen se me, and schulen be glad; for Y hopide more on thi wordis.
मुझे देख आपके भक्त उल्लसित हो सकें, क्योंकि आपका वचन ही मेरी आशा है.
75 Lord, Y knewe, that thi domes ben equite; and in thi treuth thou hast maad me meke.
याहवेह, यह मैं जानता हूं कि आपकी व्यवस्था धर्ममय है, और आपके द्वारा मेरा क्लेश न्याय संगत था.
76 Thi merci be maad, that it coumforte me; bi thi speche to thi seruaunt.
अब अपने सेवक से की गई प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप, आपका करुणा-प्रेम ही मेरी शांति है!
77 Thi merciful doyngis come to me, and Y schal lyue; for thi lawe is my thenkyng.
आपकी व्यवस्था में मेरा आनन्दमग्न है, तब मुझे आपकी मनोहरता में जीवन प्राप्त हो.
78 Thei that ben proude be schent, for vniustli thei diden wickidnesse ayens me; but Y schal be exercisid in thin heestis.
अहंकारियों को लज्जित होना पड़े क्योंकि उन्होंने अकारण ही मुझसे छल किया है; किंतु मैं आपके उपदेशों पर मनन करता रहूंगा.
79 Thei that dreden thee be turned to me; and thei that knowen thi witnessyngis.
आपके श्रद्धालु, जिन्होंने आपके अधिनियमों को समझ लिया है, पुनः मेरे पक्ष में हो जाएं,
80 Myn herte be maad vnwemmed in thi iustifiyngis; that Y be not schent.
मेरा हृदय पूर्ण सिद्धता में आपकी विधियों का पालन करता रहे, कि मुझे लज्जित न होना पड़े.
81 Mi soule failide in to thin helthe; and Y hopide more on thi word.
आपके उद्धार की तीव्र अभिलाषा करते हुए मेरा प्राण बेचैन हुआ जा रहा है, अब आपका वचन ही मेरी आशा का आधार है.
82 Myn iyen failiden in to thi speche; seiynge, Whanne schalt thou coumforte me?
आपकी प्रतिज्ञा-पूर्ति की प्रतीक्षा में मेरी आंखें थक चुकी हैं; मैं पूछ रहा हूं, “कब मुझे आपकी ओर से सांत्वना प्राप्त होगी?”
83 For Y am maad as a bowge in frost; Y haue not foryete thi iustifiyngis.
यद्यपि मैं धुएं में संकुचित द्राक्षारस की कुप्पी के समान हो गया हूं, फिर भी आपकी विधियां मेरे मन से लुप्त नहीं हुई हैं.
84 Hou many ben the daies of thi seruaunt; whanne thou schalt make doom of hem that pursuen me?
और कितनी प्रतीक्षा करनी होगी आपके सेवक को? आप कब मेरे सतानेवालों को दंड देंगे?
85 Wickid men telden to me ianglyngis; but not as thi lawe.
अहंकारियों ने मेरे लिए गड्ढे खोद रखे हैं, उनका आचरण आपकी व्यवस्था के विपरीत है.
86 Alle thi comaundementis ben treuthe; wickid men han pursued me, helpe thou me.
विश्वासयोग्य हैं आपके आदेश; मेरी सहायता कीजिए, झूठ बोलनेवाले मुझे दुःखित कर रहे हैं.
87 Almeest thei endiden me in erthe; but I forsook not thi comaundementis.
उन्होंने मुझे धरती पर से लगभग मिटा ही डाला था, फिर भी मैं आपके नीति सूत्रों से दूर न हुआ.
88 Bi thi mersi quikene thou me; and Y schal kepe the witnessingis of thi mouth.
मैं आपके मुख से बोले हुए नियमों का पालन करता रहूंगा, अपने करुणा-प्रेम के अनुरूप मेरे जीवन की रक्षा कीजिए.
89 Lord, thi word dwellith in heuene; with outen ende.
याहवेह, सर्वदा है आपका वचन; यह स्वर्ग में दृढतापूर्वक बसा है.
90 Thi treuthe dwellith in generacioun, and in to generacioun; thou hast foundid the erthe, and it dwellith.
पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी आपकी सच्चाई बनी रहती है; आपके द्वारा ही पृथ्वी की स्थापना की गई और यह स्थायी बनी हुई है.
91 The dai lastith contynueli bi thi ordynaunce; for alle thingis seruen to thee.
आप के नियम सभी आज तक अस्तित्व में हैं, और सभी कुछ आपकी सेवा कर रहे हैं.
92 No but that thi lawe was my thenking; thanne perauenture Y hadde perischid in my lownesse.
यदि आपकी व्यवस्था में मैं उल्लास मगन न होता, तो इन पीड़ाओं को सहते सहते मेरी मृत्यु हो जाती.
93 With outen ende Y schal not foryete thi iustifiyngis; for in tho thou hast quikened me.
आपके उपदेश मेरे मन से कभी नष्ट न होंगे, क्योंकि इन्हीं के द्वारा आपने मुझे जीवन प्रदान किया है,
94 I am thin, make thou me saaf; for Y haue souyt thi iustifiyngis.
तब मुझ पर आपका ही स्वामित्व है, मेरी रक्षा कीजिए; मैं आपके ही उपदेशों का खोजी हूं.
95 Synneris aboden me, for to leese me; Y vndurstood thi witnessingis.
दुष्ट मुझे नष्ट करने के उद्देश्य से घात लगाए बैठे हैं, किंतु आपकी चेतावनियों पर मैं विचार करता रहूंगा.
96 I siy the ende of al ende; thi comaundement is ful large.
हर एक सिद्धता में मैंने कोई न कोई सीमा ही पाई है, किंतु आपके आदेश असीमित हैं.
97 Lord, hou louede Y thi lawe; al dai it is my thenking.
आह, कितनी अधिक प्रिय है मुझे आपकी व्यवस्था! इतना, कि मैं दिन भर इसी पर विचार करता रहता हूं.
98 Aboue myn enemyes thou madist me prudent bi thi comaundement; for it is to me with outen ende.
आपके आदेशों ने तो मुझे अपने शत्रुओं से अधिक बुद्धिमान बना दिया है क्योंकि ये कभी मुझसे दूर नहीं होते.
99 I vndurstood aboue alle men techinge me; for thi witnessingis is my thenking.
मुझमें तो अपने सभी शिक्षकों से अधिक समझ है, क्योंकि आपके उपदेश मेरे चिंतन का विषय हैं.
100 I vndirstood aboue eelde men; for Y souyte thi comaundementis.
आपके उपदेशों का पालन करने का ही परिणाम यह है, कि मुझमें बुजुर्गों से अधिक समझ है.
101 I forbeed my feet fro al euel weie; that Y kepe thi wordis.
आपकी आज्ञा का पालन करने के लक्ष्य से, मैंने अपने कदम हर एक अधर्म के पथ पर चलने से बचा रखे हैं.
102 I bowide not fro thi domes; for thou hast set lawe to me.
आप ही के द्वारा दी गई शिक्षा के कारण, मैं आपके नियम तोड़ने से बच सका हूं.
103 Thi spechis ben ful swete to my cheekis; aboue hony to my mouth.
कैसा मधुर है आपकी प्रतिज्ञाओं का आस्वादन करना, आपकी प्रतिज्ञाएं मेरे मुख में मधु से भी अधिक मीठी हैं!
104 I vnderstood of thin heestis; therfor Y hatide al the weie of wickidnesse.
हर एक झूठा मार्ग मेरी दृष्टि में घृणास्पद है; क्योंकि आपके उपदेशों से मुझे समझदारी प्राप्त होती है.
105 Thi word is a lanterne to my feet; and liyt to my pathis.
आपका वचन मेरे पांवों के लिए दीपक, और मेरे मार्ग के लिए प्रकाश है.
106 I swoor, and purposide stidefastli; to kepe the domes of thi riytfulnesse.
मैंने यह शपथ ली है और यह सुनिश्चित किया है, कि मैं आपके धर्ममय नियमों का ही पालन करता जाऊंगा.
107 I am maad low bi alle thingis; Lord, quykene thou me bi thi word.
याहवेह, मेरी पीड़ा असह्य है; अपनी प्रतिज्ञा के अनुरूप मुझमें नवजीवन का संचार कीजिए.
108 Lord, make thou wel plesinge the wilful thingis of my mouth; and teche thou me thi domes.
