Psalms 116
1 Alleluia. I louede `the Lord; for the Lord schal here the vois of my preier.
Iubesc pe DOMNUL, pentru că a auzit vocea mea și cererile mele.
2 For he bowide doun his eere to me; and Y schal inwardli clepe in my daies.
Pentru că și-a aplecat urechea spre mine, de aceea îl voi chema cât timp voi trăi.
3 The sorewis of deth cumpassiden me; and the perelis of helle founden me. I foond tribulacioun and sorewe; (Sheol h7585)
Întristările morții m-au încercuit și durerile iadului m-au prins, am găsit tulburare și întristare. (Sheol h7585)
4 and Y clepide inwardli the name of the Lord. Thou, Lord, delyuere my soule;
Atunci am chemat numele DOMNULUI; DOAMNE, te implor, eliberează sufletul meu.
5 the Lord is merciful, and iust; and oure God doith merci.
Cu har este DOMNUL și drept; da, Dumnezeul nostru este milostiv.
6 And the Lord kepith litle children; Y was mekid, and he delyuerede me.
DOMNUL păstrează pe cel simplu; am fost înjosit și el m-a ajutat.
7 Mi soule, turne thou in to thi reste; for the Lord hath do wel to thee.
Întoarce-te la odihna ta, suflete al meu, căci DOMNUL ți-a făcut mult bine.
8 For he hath delyuered my soule fro deth; myn iyen fro wepingis, my feet fro fallyng doun.
Căci mi-ai eliberat sufletul de moarte, ochii mei de lacrimi și picioarele mele de cădere.
9 I schal plese the Lord; in the cuntrei of hem that lyuen.
Voi umbla înaintea DOMNULUI în țara celor vii.
10 I bileuede, for which thing Y spak; forsoth Y was maad low ful myche.
Am crezut, de aceea am vorbit; am fost foarte nenorocit.
11 I seide in my passing; Ech man is a lier.
Am spus în graba mea: Toți oamenii sunt mincinoși.
12 What schal Y yelde to the Lord; for alle thingis which he yeldide to me?
Ce voi întoarce DOMNULUI pentru toate binefacerile lui către mine?
13 I schal take the cuppe of heelthe; and Y schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord.
Voi lua paharul salvării și voi chema numele DOMNULUI.
14 I schal yelde my vowis to the Lord bifor al his puple;
Îmi voi îndeplini promisiunile față de DOMNUL, acum, în prezența întregului său popor.
15 the deth of seyntis of the Lord is precious in his siyt.
Prețioasă este în ochii DOMNULUI moartea sfinților săi.
16 O! Lord, for Y am thi seruant; Y am thi seruaunt, and the sone of thi handmaide. Thou hast broke my bondys,
DOAMNE, cu adevărat eu sunt servitorul tău; eu sunt servitorul tău și fiul roabei tale; tu ai dezlegat legăturile mele.
17 to thee Y schal offre a sacrifice of heriyng; and Y schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord.
Ție îți voi aduce sacrificiul de mulțumire și voi chema numele DOMNULUI.
18 I schal yelde my vowis to the Lord, in the siyt of al his puple;
Îmi voi îndeplini promisiunile față de DOMNUL, acum, în prezența întregului său popor,
19 in the porchis of the hous of the Lord, in the myddil of thee, Jerusalem.
În curțile casei DOMNULUI, în mijlocul tău, Ierusalime. Lăudați pe Domnul.
