< Psalms 116 >

1 Alleluia. I louede `the Lord; for the Lord schal here the vois of my preier.
Ljubim Jahvu jer čuje vapaj molitve moje:
2 For he bowide doun his eere to me; and Y schal inwardli clepe in my daies.
uho svoje prignu k meni u dan u koji ga zazvah.
3 The sorewis of deth cumpassiden me; and the perelis of helle founden me. I foond tribulacioun and sorewe; (Sheol h7585)
Užeta smrti sapeše me, stegoše me zamke Podzemlja, snašla me muka i tjeskoba. (Sheol h7585)
4 and Y clepide inwardli the name of the Lord. Thou, Lord, delyuere my soule;
Tada zazvah ime Jahvino: “O Jahve, spasi život moj!”
5 the Lord is merciful, and iust; and oure God doith merci.
Dobrostiv je Jahve i pravedan, pun sućuti je Bog naš.
6 And the Lord kepith litle children; Y was mekid, and he delyuerede me.
Jahve čuva bezazlene: u nevolji bijah, on me izbavi.
7 Mi soule, turne thou in to thi reste; for the Lord hath do wel to thee.
Vrati se, dušo moja, u svoj pokoj, jer Jahve je dobrotvor tvoj.
8 For he hath delyuered my soule fro deth; myn iyen fro wepingis, my feet fro fallyng doun.
On mi život od smrti izbavi, oči moje od suza, noge od pada.
9 I schal plese the Lord; in the cuntrei of hem that lyuen.
Hodit ću pred licem Jahvinim u zemlji živih.
10 I bileuede, for which thing Y spak; forsoth Y was maad low ful myche.
Ja vjerujem i kada kažem: “Nesretan sam veoma.”
11 I seide in my passing; Ech man is a lier.
U smetenosti svojoj rekoh: “Svaki je čovjek lažac!”
12 What schal Y yelde to the Lord; for alle thingis which he yeldide to me?
Što da uzvratim Jahvi za sve što mi je učinio?
13 I schal take the cuppe of heelthe; and Y schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord.
Uzet ću čašu spasenja i zazvat ću ime Jahvino.
14 I schal yelde my vowis to the Lord bifor al his puple;
Izvršit ću Jahvi zavjete svoje pred svim pukom njegovim.
15 the deth of seyntis of the Lord is precious in his siyt.
Dragocjena je u očima Jahvinim smrt pobožnika njegovih.
16 O! Lord, for Y am thi seruant; Y am thi seruaunt, and the sone of thi handmaide. Thou hast broke my bondys,
Jahve, tvoj sam sluga, tvoj sluga, sin sluškinje tvoje: ti si razriješio okove moje.
17 to thee Y schal offre a sacrifice of heriyng; and Y schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord.
Tebi ću prinijeti žrtve zahvalne, zazvat ću ime Jahvino.
18 I schal yelde my vowis to the Lord, in the siyt of al his puple;
Izvršit ću Jahvi zavjete svoje pred svim pukom njegovim,
19 in the porchis of the hous of the Lord, in the myddil of thee, Jerusalem.
u predvorjima Doma Jahvina, posred tebe, Jeruzaleme!
