Psalms 110

1 `The salm of Dauith. The Lord seide to my Lord; Sitte thou on my riyt side. Til Y putte thin enemyes; a stool of thi feet.

தாவீதின் சங்கீதம். யெகோவா, என் ஆண்டவரிடம் சொன்னதாவது: “நான் உமது பகைவரை உமது கால்களுக்குப் பாதபடி ஆக்கும்வரை நீர் என் வலதுபக்கத்தில் அமர்ந்திரும்.”

2 The Lord schal sende out fro Syon the yerde of thi vertu; be thou lord in the myddis of thin enemyes.

யெகோவா உமது வல்லமையான செங்கோலை சீயோனிலிருந்து விரிவுபடுத்துவார்; “நீர் உமது பகைவரின் மத்தியில் ஆளுகை செய்வீர்!”

3 The bigynnyng is with thee in the dai of thi vertu, in the briytnessis of seyntis; Y gendride thee of the wombe before the dai sterre.

உமது மக்கள் உமது யுத்தத்தின் நாளில், தாங்களாகவே முன்வருவார்கள்; அதிகாலையின் கருப்பையிலிருந்து வரும் பனியைப்போல் உமது வாலிபர்கள் பரிசுத்த அணிவகுப்புடன் வருவார்கள்.

4 The Lord swoor, and it schal not repente him; Thou art a preest with outen ende, bi the ordre of Melchisedech.

“மெல்கிசேதேக்கின் முறைமையின்படி, நீர் என்றென்றைக்கும் ஆசாரியராகவே இருக்கிறீர்” என்று யெகோவா ஆணையிட்டிருக்கிறார்; அவர் தமது மனதை மாற்றமாட்டார்.

5 The Lord on thi riyt side; hath broke kyngis in the dai of his veniaunce.

யெகோவா உமது வலதுபக்கத்தில் இருக்கிறார்; அவர் தமது கோபத்தின் நாளில் அரசர்களை தண்டிப்பார்.

6 He schal deme among naciouns, he schal fille fallyngis; he schal schake heedis in the lond of many men.

அவர் பிற நாடுகளை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்; இறந்தவர்களைக் குவித்துப் பூமி முழுவதிலும் உள்ள ஆளுநர்களை தண்டிப்பார்.

7 He dranke of the stronde in the weie; therfor he enhaunside the heed.

வழியில் உள்ள நீரோடையிலிருந்து அவர் தண்ணீர் குடிப்பார்; ஆகையால் அவர் தமது தலைநிமிர்ந்து நிற்பார்.
