Proverbs 3
1 Mi sone, foryete thou not my lawe; and thyn herte kepe my comaundementis.
၁ငါ့ သား ၊ ငါ ပေးသောတရား ကို မ မေ့ နှင့်။ ငါ့ ပညတ် တို့ကို သင် ၏နှလုံး စောင့်ရှောက် ပါစေ။
2 For tho schulen sette to thee the lengthe of daies, and the yeeris of lijf, and pees.
၂အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ပညတ်တရားသည် အသက်တာ ရှည် သော ကာလ နှစ်ပေါင်းများကို၎င်း၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်းကို၎င်း တိုးပွါး စေလိမ့်မည်။
3 Merci and treuthe forsake thee not; bynde thou tho to thi throte, and write in the tablis of thin herte.
၃ကရုဏာ တရားနှင့် သစ္စာ တရားကို သင် နှင့် မ ကွာ စေနှင့်။ ထို တရားတို့ကို သင် ၏လည်ပင်း ၌ ဆွဲ ထား လော့။ နှလုံး အင်း စာရင်း၌ ရေး သွင်းလော့။
4 And thou schalt fynde grace, and good teching bifore God and men.
၄ထိုသို့ ပြုလျှင် ဘုရား သခင်ရှေ့ လူ တို့ရှေ့မှာ မျက်နှာ ရ၍ ၊ ကျေးဇူး ကိုခံရ လိမ့်မည်။
5 Haue thou trist in the Lord, of al thin herte; and triste thou not to thi prudence.
၅ထာဝရဘုရား ကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ကိုးစား လော့။ ကိုယ် ဉာဏ် ကို အမှီ မ ပြုနှင့်။
6 In alle thi weies thenke thou on hym, and he schal dresse thi goyngis.
၆သွား လေရာရာ၌ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို မျက်မှောက် ပြုလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ သင် ၏လမ်းခရီး တို့ကို ပဲ့ပြင် တော်မူ မည်။
7 Be thou not wijs anentis thi silf; drede thou God, and go awei fro yuel.
၇ငါသည်ပညာ ရှိ၏ဟု ကိုယ် ကို မ ထင် နှင့်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၍ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ရှောင် လော့။
8 For whi helthe schal be in thi nawle, and moisting of thi boonys.
၈သို့ပြုလျှင်၊ သင် ၏အကြော တို့သည် အားသန် ၍ ၊ အရိုး တို့သည် ခြင်ဆီ နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
9 Onoure thou the Lord of thi catel, and of the beste of alle thi fruytis yyue thou to pore men;
၉သင် သည်ကိုယ် ဥစ္စာ နှင့် အဦး သီးသော အသီးအနှံ ရှိသမျှ ကို ထာဝရ ဘုရားအား ပူဇော် လော့။
10 and thi bernes schulen be fillid with abundaunce, and pressours schulen flowe with wiyn.
၁၀သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ သင် ၏စပါးကျီ တို့သည် ကြွယ်ဝ ၍၊ စပျစ်သီး နယ်ရာ တန်ဆာတို့ကို အသစ်သော စပျစ်ရည် လျှံ လိမ့်မည်။
11 My sone, caste thou not awei the teching of the Lord; and faile thou not, whanne thou art chastisid of him.
၁၁ငါ့ သား ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ဆုံးမ တော်မူခြင်းကို မ မှတ်ဘဲမနေနှင့်။ သင် ၏အပြစ် ကို စစ်ဆေးတော်မူသောအခါ စိတ် မ ပျက်စေနှင့်။
12 For the Lord chastisith hym, whom he loueth; and as a fadir in the sone he plesith hym.
၁၂ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ချစ် တော်မူသောသူ ကို ဆုံးမ တော်မူတတ်၏။ နှစ်သက် တော်မူသောသား ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူတတ်၏။
13 Blessid is the man that fyndith wisdom, and which flowith with prudence.
၁၃ဉာဏ် ပညာကို ရှာ ၍ရသောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ ၏။
14 The geting therof is betere than the marchaundie of gold and of siluer; the fruytis therof ben the firste and clenneste.
၁၄အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ပညာ ကုန်သွယ် ခြင်းသည် ငွေ ကုန်သွယ် ခြင်းထက် သာ၍ကောင်း ၏။ ပညာကုန်သွယ်၍ ရသောအမြတ် လည်း ရွှေစင် ထက် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။
15 It is preciousere than alle richessis; and alle thingis that ben desirid, moun not be comparisound to this.
၁၅ပညာသည် ပတ္တမြား ထက် သာ၍အဘိုး ထိုက်ပေ၏။ နှစ်သက် ဘွယ်သမျှ သောအရာတို့သည် ထို ရတနာကို မ ပြိုင် နိုင်ကြ။
16 Lengthe of daies is in the riythalf therof, and richessis and glorie ben in the lifthalf therof.
၁၆သူ ၏လက်ျာ လက်၌ အသက်တာ ရှည် သောကာလ၊ လက်ဝဲ လက်၌ စည်းစိမ် နှင့် ဂုဏ် အသရေရှိ၏။
17 The weies therof ben feire weies, and alle the pathis therof ben pesible.
၁၇ပညာ လမ်း တို့သည် သာယာ သောလမ်း ၊ ပညာ လမ်း ခရီးရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ငြိမ်ဝပ် လျက်ရှိကြ၏။
18 It is a tre of lijf to hem that taken it; and he that holdith it, is blessid.
၁၈ပညာ ကို ကိုင်ဆွဲ သောသူသည်အသက် ပင် ကို ရပြီ။ လက် မလွှတ်သောသူသည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
19 The Lord foundide the erthe bi wisdom; he stablischide heuenes bi prudence.
၁၉ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ပညာ တော်အားဖြင့် မြေကြီး ကိုတည် ၍၊ ဉာဏ် တော်အားဖြင့် မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကို ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူပြီ။
20 The depthis of watris braken out bi his wisdom; and cloudis wexen togidere bi dewe.
၂၀သိပ္ပံ အတတ်တော်အားဖြင့် နက်နဲ သောအရပ် အက်ကွဲ ၍ ၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ် မှလည်း နှင်း ရည်ကျ တတ်၏။
21 My sone, these thingis flete not awey fro thin iyen; kepe thou my lawe, and my counsel;
၂၁ငါ့ သား ၊ ပညာ ရတနာနှင့် သမ္မာ သတိကို သင့် မျက်မှောက် မှ မ ကွာ စေဘဲ၊ အစဉ်စောင့်ရှောက် လော့။
22 and lijf schal be to thi soule, and grace `schal be to thi chekis.
၂၂သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ ထိုရတနာတို့သည် သင် ၏ဝိညာဉ် ၌ အသက် ၊ သင် ၏လည်ပင်း ၌ ဂုဏ် အသရေဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။
23 Thanne thou schalt go tristili in thi weie; and thi foot schal not snapere.
၂၃သင် သည်ခရီး သွားရာ၌ ဘေး မရှိ။ ခြေ မ တိုက်မိ ဘဲ သွား လိမ့်မည်။
24 If thou schalt slepe, thou schalt not drede; thou schalt reste, and thi sleep schal be soft.
၂၄အိပ် သောအခါ ကြောက် စရာမ ရှိရ။ ကောင်းမွန် စွာ အိပ်ပျော် ရလိမ့်မည်။
25 Drede thou not bi sudeyne feer, and the powers of wickid men fallynge in on thee.
၂၅လျင်မြန် သောဘေး နှင့် လူဆိုး တွေ့ တတ်သော ပျက်စီး ရာ ဘေးကို ကြောက် စရာမ ရှိရ။
26 For the Lord schal be at thi side; and he schal kepe thi foot, that thou be not takun.
၂၆အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် ယုံကြည် ကိုးစားရာ ဖြစ် ၍ ၊ သင် ၏ခြေ ကိုမ ကျော့မိစေခြင်းငှါစောင့်မ တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
27 Nil thou forbede to do wel him that mai; if thou maist, and do thou wel.
၂၇ကျေးဇူးကိုခံသင့်သောသူတို့ အား ကျေးဇူးပြုရ သော အခွင့်ရှိလျှင် မပြုဘဲမနေနှင့်။
28 Seie thou not to thi frend, Go, and turne thou ayen, and to morewe Y schal yyue to thee; whanne thou maist yyue anoon.
၂၈အိမ်နီးချင်း ကိုပေးစရာရှိ လျက် ပင်၊ သွား တော့။ တဖန် လာ ဦးတော့။ နက်ဖြန် မှ ငါပေး မည်ဟု မ ပြော နှင့်။
29 Ymagyne thou not yuel to thi freend, whanne he hath trist in thee.
၂၉စိုးရိမ် ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ သင့် အနား မှာနေ သောအိမ်နီးချင်း ၌ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံကိုမ ကြံ နှင့်။
30 Stryue thou not ayens a man with out cause, whanne he doith noon yuel to thee.
၃၀သင် ၌ အပြစ် မ ပြု သောသူကို အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ ရန် မ တွေ့နှင့်။
31 Sue thou not an vniust man, sue thou not hise weies.
၃၁ညှဉ်းဆဲ တတ်သောသူ ၏ စည်းစိမ်ကိုမ တောင့်တ နှင့်။ သူ လိုက်သော လမ်း တစုံတခု ကိုမျှ အလို မ ရှိနှင့်။
32 For ech disseyuer is abhomynacioun of the Lord; and his speking is with simple men.
၃၂အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သဘော ကောက်သောသူတို့ ကို စက်ဆုပ် ရွံ့ရှာတော်မူ၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့မူကား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် မိဿဟာယ ဖွဲ့ရ သောအခွင့်ရှိကြ၏။
33 Nedinesse is sent of the Lord in the hous of a wickid man; but the dwelling places of iust men schulen be blessid.
၃၃မ တရားသောသူ၏ နေရာ သည်ထာဝရဘုရား ကျိန် တော်မူခြင်းကို တွေ့တတ်၏။ တရား သောသူ၏ နေရာ ကို ကား ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူ၏။
34 He schal scorne scorneris; and he schal yyue grace to mylde men.
၃၄အကယ် စင်စစ်ကဲ့ရဲ့ တတ်သောသူတို့ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ တော်မူ၏။ စိတ် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ အား ကား ၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြု တော်မူ၏။
35 Wise men schulen haue glorie; enhaunsing of foolis is schenschipe.
၃၅ပညာ ရှိသောသူတို့သည် ဘုန်း အသရေကို အမွေ ခံရ၍ ၊ မိုက် သောသူတို့မူကား၊ အရှက် ကွဲခြင်းကို ထမ်း သွားရကြလိမ့်မည်။
