Numbers 9
1 And the Lord spak to Moises, in the deseert of Synay, in the secounde yeer aftir that thei yeden out of the lond of Egipt, in the firste moneth,
মিশর থেকে বের হয়ে আসার পর, দ্বিতীয় বছরের প্রথম মাসে, সদাপ্রভু সীনয় মরুভূমিতে মোশির সঙ্গে কথা বললেন। তিনি বললেন,
2 and seide, The sones of Israel make pask in his tyme,
“ইস্রায়েলীরা নিরূপিত সময়ে নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করুক।
3 in the fourtenthe day of this monethe, at the euentid, bi alle the cerymonyes and iustifiyngis therof.
নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে, অর্থাৎ এই মাসের চতুর্দশ দিনের সন্ধ্যাবেলায়, সমস্ত বিধিনিয়ম অনুসারে, তারা তা সম্পন্ন করুক।”
4 And Moises comaundide to the sones of Israel, that thei schulden make pask;
মোশি তখন ইস্রায়েলীদের নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করতে বললেন।
5 whiche maden in his tyme, in the fourtenthe dai of the monethe, at euentid, in the hil of Synai; bi alle thingis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, the sones of Israel diden.
তারা সীনয় মরুভূমিতে, প্রথম মাসের চতুর্দশ দিনের সন্ধ্যাবেলায় তা সম্পন্ন করল। ইস্রায়েলীরা ঠিক তাই করল, যে রকম সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে আদেশ দিয়েছিলেন।
6 Lo! forsothe summen vncleene on the soule of man, that myyten not make pask in that dai, neiyiden to Moises and Aaron,
কিন্তু তাদের মধ্যে কয়েকজন একটি মৃতদেহ স্পর্শ করায় আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে অশুচি হয়েছিল। তাই তারা সেইদিন নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করতে পারেনি। তারা সেদিনই মোশি ও হারোণের কাছে এল
7 and seiden to hem, We ben vncleene `on the soule of man; whi ben we defraudid, that we moun not offre an offryng to the Lord in his tyme, among the sones of Israel?
এবং মোশিকে বলল, “আমরা একটি মৃতদেহ স্পর্শ করে অশুচি হয়েছি; তা সত্ত্বেও, অন্য ইস্রায়েলীদের সঙ্গে, নিরূপিত সময়ে, সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে নৈবেদ্য আনতে আমরা কেন বঞ্চিত হব?”
8 To whiche Moises answeride, Stonde ye, that Y take counseil, what the Lord comaundith of you.
মোশি তাদের উত্তর দিলেন, “সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের সম্পর্কে কী আদেশ দেন, আমি তা জেনে আসা অবধি, তোমরা অপেক্ষা করো।”
9 And the Lord spak to Moises, and seide,
সদাপ্রভু তখন মোশিকে বললেন,
10 Speke thou to the sones of Israel, A man of youre folk which is vncleene `on the soule, ether in the weie fer, make he pask to the Lord in the secounde monethe,
“তুমি ইস্রায়েলীদের বলো, ‘যখন তোমাদের মধ্যে কোনো ব্যক্তি বা তার বংশধরদের কেউ, শবজনিত কারণে অশুচি হয়, অথবা ভ্রমণপথে দূরে থাকে, তারা তা সত্ত্বেও, সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করতে পারবে।
11 in the fourtenthe dai of the monethe, at euentid; with therf looues and letusis of the feeld he schal ete it.
তারা দ্বিতীয় মাসের চতুর্দশ দিনের সন্ধ্যেবেলা সেই পর্ব সম্পন্ন করবে। খামিরবিহীন রুটি ও তিক্ত শাকের সঙ্গে তারা সেই মেষশাবক আহার করবে।
12 Thei schulen not leeue ony thing therof til the morewtid, and thei schulen not breke a boon therof; thei schulen kepe al the custom of pask.
তার কোনো কিছুই তারা সকাল পর্যন্ত রাখবে না, বা তার কোনো অস্থি ভঙ্গ করবে না। তারা যখন নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করবে, তখন তার সমস্ত বিধিনিয়ম অনুসরণ করবে।
13 Forsothe if ony man is bothe cleene, and is not in the weie, and netheles made not pask, thilke man schal be distried fro hise puplis, for he offeride not sacrifice to the Lord in his tyme; he schal bere his synne.
কিন্তু, যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে শুচি থাকে, ভ্রমণপথে না থাকে, অথচ নিস্তারপর্ব পালন না করে, সেই ব্যক্তিকে, তার গোষ্ঠী থেকে অবশ্যই উচ্ছেদ করতে হবে। কারণ, সে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে সদাপ্রভুর নৈবেদ্য নিবেদন করেনি। সেই ব্যক্তি তার পাপের পরিণতি ভোগ করবে।
14 Also if a pilgrym and comelyng is anentis you, make he pask to the Lord, bi the cerymonyes and iustifiyngis therof; the same comaundement schal be anentis you, as wel to a comelyng as to a man borun in the loond.
“‘তোমাদের মধ্যে কোনো প্রবাসী, কোনো বিদেশি ব্যক্তি যদি সদাপ্রভুর নিস্তারপর্ব পালন করতে ইচ্ছুক হয়, সমস্ত বিধিনিয়ম অনুসরণ করে সে তা অবশ্য করবে। বিদেশি ব্যক্তি হোক অথবা স্বদেশ জাত, প্রত্যেকের ক্ষেত্রে একই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হবে।’”
15 Therfore in the dai in which the tabernacle was reisid, a cloude hilide it; sotheli as the licnesse of fier was on the tente fro euentid til the morewtid.
যেদিন আবাস তাঁবু, অর্থাৎ সাক্ষ্যের তাঁবু স্থাপিত হল, মেঘ তা আবৃত করল। সন্ধ্যা থেকে সকাল পর্যন্ত, আবাস তাঁবুর ঊর্ধ্বস্থ মেঘ, অগ্নিসদৃশ প্রত্যক্ষ হল।
16 Thus it was don continueli, a cloude hilide it bi dai, and as the licnesse of fier bi nyyt.
সেইরকমই নিত্য হত, মেঘ তা আবৃত করত এবং রাত্রিবেলা সেই মেঘ অগ্নিসদৃশ তা প্রত্যক্ষ হত।
17 And whanne the cloude that hilide the tabernacle was takun awei, thanne the sones of Israel yeden forth, and in the place where the cloude stood, there thei settiden tentis.
যখনই মেঘ তাঁবুর উপর থেকে সরে যেত, ইস্রায়েলীরা যাত্রা শুরু করত। যেখানে মেঘ সুস্থির হত, ইস্রায়েলীরা ছাউনি স্থাপন করত।
18 At the comaundement of the Lord thei yeden forth, and at his comaundement thei settiden the tabernacle. In alle daies in whiche the cloude stood on the tabernacle, thei dwelliden in the same place.
সদাপ্রভুর আদেশে ইস্রায়েলীরা যাত্রা শুরু করত এবং তাঁর আদেশেই তারা ছাউনি স্থাপন করত। যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মেঘ আবাস তাঁবুর উপরে নিশ্চল থাকত, তারা ছাউনিতে অবস্থান করত।
19 And if it bifelde that it dwellide in myche tyme on the tabernacle, the sones of Israel weren in the watchis of the Lord, and thei yeden not forth,
যখন মেঘ দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে আবাস তাঁবুর উপরে অবস্থান করত, ইস্রায়েলীরা সদাপ্রভুর আদেশ পালন করে যাত্রা করত না।
20 in hou many euer daies the cloude was on the tabernacle. At the comaundement of the Lord thei reisiden tentis, and at his comaundement thei diden doun.
কোনো কোনো সময় আবাস তাঁবুর উপর মেঘ কয়েক দিন অবস্থিতি করত; সদাপ্রভুর আদেশে তারা ছাউনি স্থাপন করত এবং তাঁর আদেশক্রমেই তারা যাত্রা শুরু করত।
21 If the cloude was fro euentid `til to the morewtid, and anoon in the morewtid hadde left, thei yeden forth; and if aftir a dai and nyyt it hadde go awei, thei scateriden, `ether diden doun, tentis.
কোনো কোনো সময় মেঘ কেবলমাত্র সন্ধ্যেবেলা থেকে সকাল পর্যন্ত অবস্থান করত। যখন সকালবেলায় তা উন্নীত হত, তারা যাত্রা শুরু করত। দিনের বেলা হোক, অথবা রাতের বেলা, যখনই মেঘ উন্নীত হত, তারা যাত্রা করত।
22 Whether in two monethis, ether in o monethe, ether in lengere tyme, `the cloude hadde be on the tabernacle, the sones of Israel dwelliden in the same place, and yeden not forth; but anoon as it hadde go awey, thei moueden tentis.
মেঘ, আবাস তাঁবুর উপর দু-দিন, বা এক মাস, অথবা এক বছর, যতদিনই অবস্থিতি করুক, ইস্রায়েলীরা তাদের ছাউনিতে অবস্থান করত, যাত্রা করত না; কিন্তু যখন তা উন্নীত হত, তারা যাত্রা করত।
23 Bi the word of the Lord thei settiden tentis, and bi his word thei wenten forth; and thei weren in the watchis of the Lord, bi his comaundement, bi the hond of Moyses.
সদাপ্রভুর আদেশে ছাউনিতে তারা অবস্থান করত এবং সদাপ্রভুর আদেশেই তারা যাত্রা শুরু করত। মোশির মাধ্যমে দেওয়া তাঁর নির্দেশ অনুসারেই, তারা সদাপ্রভুর আদেশ পালন করত।
