Numbers 4

1 And the Lord spak to Moises and to Aaron,

Och Herren talade med Mose och Aaron, och sade:

2 and seide, Take thou the summe of the sones of Caath, fro the myddis of Leuytis,

Tag summon af Kehats barn utaf Levi söner, efter deras slägter och fäders hus;

3 bi her housis and meynees, fro the threttithe yeer and aboue `til to the fiftithe yeer, of alle that entren, that thei stonde and mynystre in the tabernacle of boond of pees.

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, allt intill femtionde året, alla de som doga till ämbetet, att de göra de verk i vittnesbördsens tabernakel.

4 This is the religioun of the sones of Caath; Aaron and his sones schulen entren in to the tabernacle of boond of pees, and in to the hooli of hooli thingis,

Och detta skall vara Kehats söners ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel, det aldrahelgast är.

5 whanne the tentis schulen be moued; and thei schulen do doun the veil that hangith bifore the yatis, and thei schulen wlappe in it the arke of witnessyng;

När hären drager af stad, så skola Aaron och hans söner gå in, och taga ned förlåten, och svepa vittnesbördsens ark deruti;

6 and thei schulen hile eft with a veil of `skynnys of iacynt, and thei schulen stretche forth aboue a mentil al of iacynt, and thei schulen putte in barris `on the schuldris of the bereris.

Och lägga täckelset deröfver af tackskinn, och breda deruppå ett kläde alltsammans gult, och lägga hans stänger dervid;

7 Also thei schulen wlappe the boord of proposicioun in a mentil of iacynt, and thei schulen putte therwith cenceris, and morteris of gold, litil cuppis, and grete cuppis to fletyng sacrifices `to be sched; looues schulen euere be in the boord.

Och breda desslikes öfver skådobordet ett gult kläde, och sätta deruppå fat, skedar, skålar och kannor, der man med ut och in skänker; och det dagliga brödet skall ligga der när;

8 And thei schulen strecche forth aboue a reed mentil, which thei schulen hile eft with an hilyng of `skynnes of iacynt, and thei schulen putte yn barris.

Och skola breda deröfver ett rosenrödt kläde, och betäcka det med ett täckelse af tackskinn, och lägga dess stänger der när;

9 Thei schulen take also a mentil of iacynt with which thei schulen hile the candilstike, with hise lanternes, and tongis, and snytels, and alle the `vessels of oile that ben nedeful to the lanternes to be ordeyned;

Och skola taga ett gult kläde, och svepa ljusens ljusastaka deruti, och hans lampor med hans ljusanäpor och släcketyg, och all oljokar, som ämbetet tillhöra;

10 and on alle thingis thei schulen putte an hilyng of `skynnys of iacynt, and thei schulen putte in barris.

Och skola lägga om allt detta ett täckelse af tackskinn, och skola lägga dem på stänger.

11 Also and thei schulen wlappe the goldun auter in a clooth of iacynt; and thei schulen stretche forth aboue an hilyng of `skynnys of iacynt, and thei schulen putte in barris.

Sammalunda skola de ock breda öfver gyldene altaret ett gult kläde, och betäcka det med täckelset af tackskinn, och lägga dess stänger dervid.

12 Thei schulen wlappe in a mentil of iacynt alle the vessels in whiche it is mynystrid in the seyntuarie, and thei schulen strecche forth aboue an hilyng of `skynnys of iacynt, and thei schulen putte yn barris.

All tyg, som de skola med tjena i helgedomen, skola de taga och lägga ett gult kläde deröfver, och täcka det med ett täckelse af tackskinn, och lägga uppå stänger.

13 But also thei schulen clense the auter fro aische, and thei schulen wlappe it in a clooth of purpur.

De skola ock sopa askona utaf altaret, och breda ett skarlakanskläde deröfver;

14 And thei schulen putte with it alle vessels whiche thei vsen in the seruyce therof, that is, ressettis of firis, tongis, and fleischokis, hokis, and censeris, ether pannys of coolis; thei schulen hile alle the vessels of the auter togidere in a veil of `skynnes of iacynt, and thei schulen putte in barris.

Och all dess tyg lägga dertill, der de med skaffa hafva deruppå, kolpannor, gafflar, skoflar, bäcken med all redskap till altaret; och skola breda deröfver ett täckelse af tackskinn, och lägga dess stänger dervid.

15 And whanne Aaron and hise sones han wlappid the seyntuarie, and alle vessels therof, in the mouyng of tentis, thanne the sones of Caath schulen entre, that thei bere the thingis wlappid, and touche not the vessels of the seyntuarie, lest thei dien.

När nu Aaron och hans söner sådant gjort hafva, och betäckt helgedomen, och all dess redskap, när hären drager af stad, då skola Kehats barn gå in till att bära det, och skola icke komma vid helgedomen, att de icke dö. Detta är Kehats barnas tunge vid vittnesbördsens tabernakel.

16 Thes ben the birthuns of the sones of Caath, in the tabernacle of boond of pees, on whiche Eleazar, the sone of Aaron, preest, schal be; to whois cure `the oile perteyneth to ordeyne lanternes, and the encense which is maad bi craft, and the sacrifice which is offrid euere, and the oile of anoyntyng, and what euere thing perteyneth to the ournyng of the tabernacle, and of alle vessels that ben in the seyntuarie.

Och Eleazar, Prestens Aarons son, skall hafva detta ämbetet, att han skickar oljona till lysning, och speceri till rökverk, och det dagliga spisoffret, och smörjooljan, så att han beskickar hela tabernaklet och allt det deruti är, uti helgedomenom, och hans redskap.

17 And the Lord spak to Moises and to Aaron, and seide,

Och Herren talade med Mose och med Aaron, och sade:

18 Nyle ye leese the puple of Caath fro the myddis of Leuytis;

I skolen icke låta de Kehatiters slägtes ätt förderfva sig ibland de Leviter;

19 but do ye this thing to hem, that thei lyue, and die not, if thei touchen the hooli of hooli thingis. Aaron and hise sones schulen entre, and thei schulen dispose the werkis of alle men, and thei schulen departe `what who owith to bere.

Utan det skolen I göra med dem, att de måga lefva och icke dö, om de komma vid det aldrahelgasta: Aaron och hans söner skola gå in, och skicka hvar och en till sitt ämbete och tunga;

20 Othere men se not bi ony curiouste tho thingis that ben in the seyntuarie, bifore that tho ben wlappid; ellis thei schulen die.

Men icke skola de gå derin, och skåda helgedomen ohöljdan, att de icke dö.

21 And the Lord spak to Moises,

Och Herren talade med Mose, och sade:

22 and seide, Take thou the summe also of the sones of Gerson, bi her housis, and meynees, and kynredis; noumbre thou

Tag desslikes summon af Gersons barn, efter deras fäders hus och slägter;

23 fro thretti yeer and aboue `til to fifti yeer alle that entren and mynystren in the tabernacle of boond of pees.

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, intill femtionde året, och skicka dem alla, som till ämbete dogse äro, att de skola hafva ämbete i vittnesbördsens tabernakel.

24 This is the office of the sones of Gersonytis, that thei bere the curteyns of the tabernacle, and the roof of the boond of pees, an other hilyng,

Och detta skall vara de Gersoniters slägtes ämbete, det de skola sköta och bära.

25 and a veil of iacynt aboue alle thingis, and the tente which hangith in the entryng of the tabernacle of the boond of pees;

De skola bära boningenes tapeter, och vittnesbördsens tabernakel, och dess täckelse, och det täckelset af tackskinn, som ofvan öfver är, och klädet i dörrene af vittnesbördsens tabernakel;

26 and the curteyns of the greet street, and the veil in the entryng, `which veil is bifor the tabernacle.

Och den bonaden i gårdenom, och klädet i ingången åt gårdenom, som går omkring tabernaklet och altaret, och deras tåg, och all redskap till deras ämbete, och allt det som deras ämbete tillhörer.

27 Whanne Aaron comaundith and hise sones, the sones of Gerson schulen bere alle thingis that perteynen to the auter, the coordis, and vessels of seruyce; and alle schulen wite, to what charge thei owen to be boundun.

Efter Aarons och hans söners ord skall allt Gersons barnas ämbete gå, allt det de bära och sköta skola; och I skolen se till, att de taga vara på allan deras tunga.

28 This is the office of the meynee of Gersonytis, in the tabernacle of boond of pees; and thei schulen be vndur the hond of Ythamar, the sone of Aaron, preest.

Detta skall vara de Gersoniters barnas slägtes ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel. Och deras vakt skall vara under Ithamars, Prestens Aarons sons, hand.

29 Also thou schalt noumbre the sones of Merary, bi the meynees and housis of her fadris,

Merari barn, efter deras slägte och fäders hus, skall du ock skicka,

30 fro thretti yeer and aboue `til to fifti yeer, alle that entren to the office of her seruice, and to the ournyng of the boond of pees of witnessyng.

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, intill det femtionde året, alla de som till ämbete doga, att de skola hafva ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel.

31 These ben `the chargis of hem; thei schulen bere the tablis of the tabernacle, and the barris therof, the pilers and her foundementis; also the pilers of the greet street bi cumpas,

På denna tungan skola de vakta, efter allt deras ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel, att de bära bräden till tabernaklet, och skottstängerna, och stolparna, och fötterna;

32 with her foundementis, and her stakis, and coordis; thei schulen take alle instrumentis and purtenaunce at noumbre, and so thei schulen bere.

Och dertillmed stolparna till gården allt omkring, och fötterna och pålarna, och tågen med all deras redskap, efter allt deras ämbete. Hvar och en skolen I tillskicka sin del af tunganom, till att taga vara på redskapen.

33 This is the office of `the meynee of Meraritis, and the seruyce in the tabernacle of boond of pees; and thei schulen be vndur the hond of Ythamar, the sone of Aaron, preest.

Detta vare Merari barnas slägtes ämbete, af allt det de sköta skola uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel, under Ithamars, Prestens Aarons sons, hand.

34 Therfor Moises and Aaron and the princes of the synagoge noumbriden the sones of Caath, bi the kynredis and housis of her fadris,

Och Mose och Aaron, samt med höfvitsmännerna öfver menighetena, talde de Kehatiters barn, efter deras slägte och fäders hus;

35 fro thretti yeer and aboue `til to the fiftithe yeer, alle that entren to the seruyce of the tabernacle of boond of pees;

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, intill femtionde året, alla de som till ämbete dogde, till att hafva ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel;

36 and thei weren foundun two thousynde seuene hundrid and fifti.

Och summan var tutusend, sjuhundrad och femtio.

37 This is the noumbre of the puple of Caath, which entrith in to the tabernacle of boond of pees; Moises and Aaron noumbriden these, bi the word of the Lord, bi the hond of Moises.

Det är summan af de Kehatiters slägte, hvilka alle till skaffa hade uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel; de Mose och Aaron talde efter Herrans ord genom Mose.

38 And the sones of Gerson weren noumbrid, bi the kyneredis and housis of her fadris,

Gersons barn vordo ock talde i deras slägter och fäders hus;

39 fro thretti yeer and aboue `til to `the fiftithe yeer, alle that entren that thei mynystre in the tabernacle of boond of pees;

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, allt intill det femtionde, alle de som till ämbete dogde, till att hafva ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel;

40 and thei weren foundun two thousynde sixe hundrid and thretti.

Och summan var tutusend, sexhundrad och tretio.

41 This is the puple of Gersonytis, which Moises and Aaron noumbriden, bi the `word of the Lord.

Det är summan af Gersons barnas slägte, de der alle hade till skaffa uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel, hvilka Mose och Aaron talde efter Herrans ord.

42 And the sones of Merary weren noumbrid, bi the kynredis and housis of her fadris,

Merari barn vordo ock talde, efter deras slägter och fäders hus;

43 fro threttithe yeer and aboue `til to `the fiftithe yere, alle that entren to fille the customs, ether seruices, of the tabernacle of boond of pees;

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, allt intill det femtionde, alle de som till ämbete dogde, till att hafva ämbete uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel;

44 `and thei weren foundun thre thousynde and two hundrid.

Och summan var tretusend och tuhundrad.

45 This is the noumbre of the sones of Merari, whiche Moyses and Aaron noumbriden, bi `the comaundement of the Lord, bi the hoond of Moises.

Detta är summan af Merari barnas slägte, de Mose och Aaron talde efter Herrans ord genom Mose.

46 Alle that weren noumbrid of Leuytis, and whiche Moyses and Aaron and the princes of Israel maden to be noumbrid, bi the kynredis and housis of her fadris,

Summan af alla Leviterna, som Mose och Aaron, samt med Israels höfvitsmän, talde efter deras slägter och fäders hus;

47 fro thretti yeer and aboue `til to `the fiftithe yeer, and entriden to the seruyce of the tabernacle, and to bere chargis,

Ifrå tretio år och derutöfver, intill det femtionde, alle de som ingingo till att skaffa, hvar i sitt ämbete, till att draga tungan uti vittnesbördsens tabernakel;

48 weren togidere eiyte thousynde fyue hundrid and foure scoor.

Var åttatusend, femhundrad och åttatio;

49 By the `word of the Lord Moises noumbride hem, ech man bi his office and hise chargis, as the Lord comaundide to hym.

De der talde vordo efter Herrans ord genom Mose, hvar och en till sitt ämbete och tunga, såsom Herren hade budit Mose.
