Numbers 33
1 These ben the dwellyngis of the sones of Israel, that yeden out of the lond of Egipt, bi her cumpenyes, in the hond of Moises and of Aaron;
Queste sono le tappe dei figliuoli d’Israele che uscirono dal paese d’Egitto, secondo le loro schiere, sotto la guida di Mosè e di Aaronne.
2 whiche dwellyngis Moises discriuede bi the places of tentis, that weren chaungid bi comaundement of the Lord.
Or Mosè mise in iscritto le loro marce, tappa per tappa, per ordine dell’Eterno; e queste sono le loro tappe nell’ordine delle loro marce.
3 Therfor the sones of Israel yeden forth in `an hiy hond fro Ramesses, in the firste monethe, in the fiftenthe dai of the firste monethe, in the tother dai of pask, while alle Egipcians sien,
Partirono da Rameses il primo mese, il quindicesimo giorno del primo mese. Il giorno dopo la Pasqua i figliuoli d’Israele partirono a test’alta, a vista di tutti gli Egiziani,
4 and birieden the firste gendrid children, whiche the Lord hadde slayn; for the Lord hadde take veniaunce also on the goddis `of hem.
mentre gli Egiziani seppellivano quelli che l’Eterno avea colpiti fra loro, cioè tutti i primogeniti, allorché anche i loro dèi erano stati colpiti dal giudizio dell’Eterno.
5 `The sones of Israel settiden tentis in Socoth,
I figliuoli d’Israele partiron dunque da Rameses e si accamparono a Succoth.
6 and fro Sochoth thei camen into Etham, which is in the laste coostis of `the wildirnesse; fro thennus thei yeden out,
Partirono da Succoth e si accamparono a Etham che è all’estremità del deserto.
7 and camen ayens Phiayroth, whiche biholdith Beelsephon, and settiden tentis bifor Magdalun.
Partirono da Etham e piegarono verso Pi-Hahiroth che è dirimpetto a Baal-Tsefon, e si accamparono davanti a Migdol.
8 And thei yeden forth fro Phiairoth, and passiden bi the myddil see in to the wildirnesse, and thei yeden thre daies bi the deseert of Ethan, and settiden tentis in Mara.
Partirono d’innanzi ad Hahiroth, attraversarono il mare il direzione dei deserto, fecero tre giornate di marcia nel deserto di Etham si accamparono a Mara.
9 And thei yeden forth fro Mara, and camen in to Helym, where weren twelue wellis of watir, and seuenti palm trees; and there thei settiden tentis.
Partirono da Mara e giunsero ad Elim; ad Elim c’erano dodici sorgenti d’acqua e settanta palme; e quivi si accamparono.
10 But also thei yeden out fro thennus, and settiden tentis on the Reed See. And thei yeden forth fro the Reed See,
Partirono da Elim e si accamparono presso il mar Rosso.
11 and settiden tentis in the deseert of Syn,
Partirono dal mar Rosso e si accamparono nel deserto di Sin.
12 fro whennus thei yeden out, and camen in to Depheca.
Partirono dal deserto di Sin e si accamparono Dofka.
13 And thei yeden forth fro Depheca, and settiden tentis in Haluys.
Partirono da Dofka e si accamparono ad Alush.
14 And thei yeden forth fro Haluys, and settiden tentis in Raphidyn, where watir failide to `the puple to drinke.
Partirono da Alush e si accamparono a Refidim dove non c’era acqua da bere per il popolo.
15 And thei yeden forth fro Raphidyn, and settiden tentis in the deseert of Synai.
Partirono da Refidim e si accamparono nel deserto di Sinai.
16 But also thei yeden out of the wildirnesse of Synay, and camen to the Sepulcris of Coueitise.
Partirono dal deserto di Sinai e si accamparono a Kibroth-Hattaava.
17 And thei yeden forth fro the Sepulcris of Coueytise, and settiden tentis in Asseroth.
Partirono da Kibroth-Hattaava e si accamparono a Hatseroth.
18 And fro Asseroth thei camen in to Rethma.
Partirono da Hatseroth e si accamparono a Rithma.
19 And thei yeden forth fro Rethma, and settiden tentis in Remon Phares;
Partirono da Rithma e si accamparono a Rimmon-Perets.
20 fro whennus thei yeden forth, and camen in to Lemphna.
Partirono da Rimmon-Perets e si accamparono a Libna.
21 And fro Lemphna thei settiden tentis in Ressa.
Partirono da Libna e si accamparono a Rissa.
22 And thei yeden out fro Ressa, and camen into Celatha;
Partirono da Rissa e si accamparono a Kehelatha.
23 fro whennus thei yeden forth, and settiden tentis in the hil of Sepher.
Partirono da Kehelatha e si accamparono al monte di Scefer.
24 Thei yeden out fro the hil of Sepher, and camen in to Arada;
Partirono dal monte di Scefer e si accamparono a Harada.
25 fro thennus thei yeden forth, and settiden tentis in Maceloth.
Partirono da Harada e si accamparono a Makheloth.
26 And thei yeden forth fro Maceloth, and camen in to Caath.
Partirono da Makheloth e si accamparono a Tahath.
27 Fro Caath thei settiden tentis in Thare;
Partirono da Tahath e si accamparono a Tarach.
28 fro whennus thei yeden out, and settiden tentis in Methcha.
Partirono da Tarach e si accamparono a Mithka.
29 And fro Methcha thei settiden tentis in Esmona.
Partirono da Mithka e si accamparono a Hashmona.
30 And thei yeden forth fro Asmona, and camen in to Moseroth;
Partirono da Hashmona e si accamparono a Moseroth.
31 and fro Moseroth thei settiden tentis in Benalachan.
Partirono da Moseroth e si accamparono a Bene-Jaakan.
32 And thei yeden forth fro Benalachan, and camen in to the hil of Galgad;
Partirono da Bene-Jaakan e si accamparono a Hor-Ghidgad.
33 fro whennus thei yeden forth, and settiden tentis in Jethebacha.
Partirono da Hor-Ghidgad e si accamparono a Jotbathah.
34 And fro Jethebacha thei camen in to Ebrona.
Partirono da Jotbathah e si accamparono a Abrona.
35 And thei yeden out fro Ebrona, and settiden tentis in Asiongaber;
Partirono da Abrona e si accamparono a Etsion-Gheber.
36 fro thennus thei yeden forth, and camen in to deseert of Syn; this is Cades.
Partirono da Etsion-Gheber e si accamparono nel deserto di Tsin, cioè a Kades.
37 And thei yeden fro Cades, and thei settiden tentis in the hil of Hor, in the laste coostis of the lond of Edom.
Poi partirono da Kades e si accamparono al monte Hor all’estremità del paese di Edom.
38 And Aaron, the preest, stiede in to the hil of Hor, for the Lord comaundide, and there he was deed, in the fourti yeer of the goyng out of the sones of Israel fro Egipt, in the fyuethe monethe, in the firste dai of the monethe;
E il sacerdote Aaronne salì sui monte Hor per ordine dell’Eterno, e quivi morì il quarantesimo anno dopo l’uscita de’ figliuoli d’Israele dal paese di Egitto, il quinto mese, il primo giorno del mese.
39 whanne he was of an hundrid and thre and twenti yeer.
Aaronne era in età di centoventitre anni quando morì sul monte Hor.
40 And Chanaan, kyng of Arad, that dwellide at the south, in the lond of Canaan, herde that the sones of Israel camen.
E il Cananeo re di Arad, che abitava il mezzogiorno del paese di Canaan, udì che i figliuoli d’Israele arrivavano.
41 And thei yeden forth fro the hil of Hor, and settiden tentis in Salmona;
E quelli partirono dal monte Hor e si accamparono a Tsalmona.
42 fro thennus thei yeden forth, and camen in to Phynon.
Partirono da Tsalmona e si accamparono a Punon.
43 And thei yeden forth fro Phynon, and settiden tentis in Oboth.
Partirono da Punon e si accamparono a Oboth.
44 And fro Oboth thei camen in to Neabarym, `that is, into the wildirnesse of Abarym, which is in the endis of Moabitis.
Partirono da Oboth e si accamparono a Ije-Abarim sui confini di Moab.
45 And thei yeden forth fro Neabarym, and thei settiden tentis in Dibon of Gad;
Partirono da Ijim e si accamparono a Dibon-Gad.
46 fro whennus thei yeden forth, and settiden tentis in Helmon of Deblathaym.
Partirono da Dibon-Gad e si accamparono a Almon-Diblathaim.
47 And thei yeden out fro Helmon of Deblathaym, and camen to the hillis of Abarym, ayens Nabo.
Partirono da Almon-Diblathaim e si accamparono ai monti d’Abarim dirimpetto a Nebo.
48 And thei yeden forth fro the hillis of Abarym, and passiden to the feeldi places of Moab, ouer Jordan, ayens Jericho.
Partirono dai monti d’Abarim e si accamparono nelle pianure di Moab, presso il Giordano di faccia a Gerico.
49 And there thei settiden tentis, fro Bethsymon `til to Belsathym, in the pleynere places of Moabitis,
E si accamparono presso al Giordano, da Beth-Jescimoth fino ad Abel-Sittim, nelle pianure di Moab.
50 where the Lord spak to Moises,
E l’Eterno parlò a Mosè, nelle pianure di Moab, presso al Giordano di faccia a Gerico, dicendo:
51 Comaunde thou to the sones of Israel, and seie thou to hem, Whanne ye han passid Jordan, and han entrid in to the lond of Canaan,
“Parla ai figliuoli d’Israele, e di’ loro: Quando avrete passato il Giordano e sarete entrati nel paese di Canaan,
52 distrie ye alle the dwelleris of that cuntrey; breke ye the titlis, `that is, auteris, and dryue ye to poudre the ymagis, and distrie ye alle heiy thingis,
caccerete d’innanzi a voi tutti gli abitanti del paese, distruggerete tutte le loro immagini, distruggerete tutte le loro statue di getto e demolirete tutti i loro alti luoghi.
53 and clense ye the lond, and alle men dwellynge thereynne. For Y yaf to
Prenderete possesso del paese, e in esso vi stabilirete, perché io vi ho dato il paese affinché lo possediate.
54 you that lond into possessioun whiche ye schulen departe to you bi lot; to mo men ye schulen yyue largere lond, and to fewere men streytere lond, as lot fallith to alle men, so eritage schal be youun; possessioun schal be departid bi lynagis and meynees.
Dividerete il paese a sorte, secondo le vostre famiglie. A quelle che sono più numerose darete una porzione maggiore, e a quelle che sono meno numerose darete una porzione minore. Ognuno possederà quello che gli sarà toccato a sorte; vi spartirete il possesso secondo le tribù de’ vostri padri.
55 But if ye nylen sle the dwelleris of the lond, thei, that abiden, schulen be to you as nailes in the iyen, and speris in the sidis, `that is, deedli aduersaries; and thei schulen be aduersaries to you in the lond of youre abitacioun;
Ma se non cacciate d’innanzi a voi gli abitanti del paese, quelli di loro che vi avrete lasciato saranno per voi come spine negli occhi e pungoli ne’ fianchi e vi faranno tribolare nel paese che abiterete.
56 and what euer thing Y thouyte to do `to hem, Y schal do to you.
E avverrà che io tratterò voi come mi ero proposto di trattar loro”.
