Numbers 30
1 And he spak to the princes of the lynagis of the sones of Israel, This is the word, which the Lord comaundide,
Und Mose redete mit den Fürsten der Stämme der Kinder Israel und sprach: das ist's, was der HERR geboten hat:
2 If ony of men makith a vowe to the Lord, ethir byndith hym silf bi an ooth, he schal not make voide his word, but he schal fille al thing which he bihiyte.
Wenn jemand dem HERRN ein Gelübde tut oder einen Eid schwört, daß er seine Seele verbindet, der soll sein Wort nicht aufheben, sondern alles tun, wie es zu seinem Munde ist ausgegangen.
3 If a womman which is in the hows of hir fadir, and is yit in the age of a damysel, `that is, not yit weddid, avowith ony thing, ethir byndith hir silf bi an ooth,
Wenn ein Weib dem HERRN ein Gelübde tut und sich verbindet, solange sie in ihres Vaters Hause und ledig ist,
4 if the fadir knowith the avow, which sche bihiyte, and the ooth bi which sche boond hir soule, and he is stille, sche schal be gilti of the ooth, that is, boundun bi the ooth; what euer thing sche bihiyte and swoor, sche schall fille in werk.
und ihr Gelübde und Verbündnis, das sie nimmt auf ihre Seele, kommt vor ihren Vater, und er schweigt dazu, so gilt all ihr Gelübde und all ihr Verbündnis, das sie ihrer Seele aufgelegt hat.
5 Forsothe if the fadir ayenseide anoon as he herde, bothe the vowis and `oothis of hir schulen be voide, and sche schal not be holdun boundun to the biheeste, for the fadir ayenseide.
Wo aber ihr Vater ihr wehrt des Tages, wenn er's hört, so gilt kein Gelübde noch Verbündnis, das sie auf ihre Seele gelegt hat; und der HERR wird ihr gnädig sein, weil ihr Vater ihr gewehrt hat.
6 If sche hath an hosebonde, and avowith ony thing, and a word goynge out of hir mouth onys byndith hir soule with an ooth,
Wird sie aber eines Mannes und hat ein Gelübde auf sich oder ist ihr aus ihren Lippen ein Verbündnis entfahren über ihre Seele,
7 in what dai the hosebonde herith, and ayenseith not, sche schal be gilti `of avow; sche schal yelde, what euer thing sche bihiyte.
und der Mann hört es, und schweigt desselben Tages, wenn er's hört, so gilt ihr Gelübde und Verbündnis, das sie auf ihre Seele genommen hat.
8 But if the hosebonde herith, and anoon ayenseith, and makith void alle hir biheestis, and wordis bi whiche sche boond hir soule, the Lord schal be merciful to hir.
Wo aber ihr Mann ihr wehrt des Tages, wenn er's hört, so ist ihr Gelübde los, das sie auf sich hat, und das Verbündnis, das ihr aus den Lippen entfahren ist über ihre Seele; und der HERR wird ihr gnädig sein.
9 A widewe, and a womman forsakun of hir hosebonde, schulen yelde, what euer thing thei avowen.
Das Gelübde einer Witwe und Verstoßenen, alles Verbündnis, das sie nimmt auf ihre Seele, das gilt auf ihr.
10 Whanne a wijf in `the hous of hir hosebonde byndith hir silf bi a vow and an ooth,
Wenn eine in ihres Mannes Hause gelobt oder sich mit einem Eide verbindet über ihre Seele,
11 if the hosebonde herith, and is stille and ayenseith not the biheest, sche schal yelde, what euer thing sche bihiyte.
und ihr Mann hört es, und schweigt dazu und wehrt es nicht, so gilt all dasselbe Gelübde und alles Verbündnis, das sie auflegt ihrer Seele.
12 Sotheli if the hosebonde ayenseide anoon, sche schal not be holdun gilti of biheest, for the hosebonde ayenseide, and the Lord schal be merciful to hir.
Macht's aber ihr Mann des Tages los, wenn er's hört, so gilt das nichts, was aus ihren Lippen gegangen ist, was sie gelobt oder wozu sie sich verbunden hat über ihre Seele; denn ihr Mann hat's losgemacht, und der HERR wird ihr gnädig sein.
13 If sche avowith, and byndith hir silf bi an ooth, that sche turmente hir soule bi fastyng, ethir bi abstynence of othere thingis, it schal be in the doom of the hosebonde, that sche do, ether do not.
Alle Gelübde und Eide, die verbinden den Leib zu kasteien, mag ihr Mann bekräftigen oder aufheben also:
14 That if the hosebonde herith, and is stille, and delaieth the sentence in the tother dai, sche schal yelde what euer thing sche avowide and bihiyte, for he was stille, anoon as he herde.
wenn er dazu schweigt von einem Tag zum andern, so bekräftigt er alle ihre Gelübde und Verbündnisse, die sie auf sich hat, darum daß er geschwiegen hat des Tages, da er's hörte;
15 Forsothe if the hosebonde ayenseide aftir that he wiste, he schal bere his wickidnesse.
wird er's aber aufheben, nachdem er's gehört hat, so soll er ihre Missetat tragen.
16 These ben the lawis, which the Lord ordeynede to Moyses bitwixe the hosebonde and the wijf, bitwixe the fadir and the douytir, which is yit in the age of a damysel, `that is, not yit maried, `ether which dwellith in `the hows of the fadir.
Das sind die Satzungen, die der HERR dem Mose geboten hat zwischen Mann und Weib, zwischen Vater und Tochter, solange sie noch ledig ist in ihres Vaters Hause.
