7 these weren the princes of prestis `and her britheren, in the daies of Josue.

22 Dekenes in the daies of Eliasib, and of Joiada, and of Jonam, and of Jedda, weren writun princes of meynees, `and prestis in the rewme of Darius of Persis.
En los días de Eliasib, Joaidá, Johanán y Jadúa, reinando Darío el persa, fueron inscritos los levitas, jefes de casas paternas, lo mismo que los sacerdotes.
23 The sones of Leuy, princes of meynees, weren writun in the book of wordis of daies, and `til to the daies of Jonathan, sone of Eliasib.
Los hijos de Leví, jefes de casas paternas, fueron inscritos en el libro de los anales hasta el tiempo de Johanán, hijo de Eliasib.
24 `And the princes of dekenes weren Asebie, Serebie, and Jesue, the sone of Cedynyel; and the britheren of hem bi her whiles, that thei schulden herie and knowleche bi the comaundement of kyng Dauid, the man of God, and thei schulden kepe euenli bi ordre.
Príncipes de los levitas eran: Hasabías, Sarabías, Jesúa, hijo de Cadmiel, y sus hermanos que en el coro opuesto cantaban los salmos y alabanzas, por turno, según la disposición de David, varón de Dios.
25 Mathanye, and Bethbecie, and Obedie, Mosollam, Thelmon, Accub, weren keperis of the yatis, and of the porchis bifor the yatis.
Matanías, Bacbuquías, Obadías, Mesullam, Talmón y Acub eran porteros y custodiaban los almacenes en las puertas.
26 These weren in the daies of Joachym, sone of Josue, sone of Josedech, and in the daies of Neemye, duyk, and of Esdras, the prest and writere.
Estos vivían en tiempo de Joaquín, hijo de Jesúa, hijo de Josadac, y en tiempo de Nehemías, gobernador, y de Esdras, sacerdote escriba.
27 Forsothe in the halewyng of the wal of Jerusalem thei souyten dekenes of alle her places, to bryng hem in to Jerusalem, and to make the halewyng in gladnesse, in the doyng of thankyngis, and in song, and in cymbalis, and in sautrees, and in harpis.
Con motivo de la dedicación de la muralla de Jerusalén se buscaron levitas por todos sus lugares, a fin de traerlos a Jerusalén, para celebrar la dedicación y la fiesta con alabanzas y cánticos y al son de címbalos, salterios y cítaras.
28 Sotheli the sones of syngeris weren gaderid bothe fro the feeldi places aboute Jerusalem, and fro the townes of Nethophati,
Se reunieron, pues, los hijos de los cantores, tanto los de los alrededores de Jerusalén como los de las aldeas de los Netofatitas,
29 and fro the hows of Galgal, and fro the cuntreis of Gebez, and of Amanech; for syngeris hadden bildid townes to hem silf in the cumpas of Jerusalem.
de Bet-Gilgal y de los campos de Geba y Asmávet; pues los cantores se habían edificado aldeas alrededor de Jerusalén.
30 And prestis and dekenes weren clensid, and thei clensiden the puple, and the yatis, and the wal.
Se purificaron entonces los sacerdotes y los levitas, y luego purificaron al pueblo, las puertas y las murallas.
31 Forsothe Y made the princes of Juda to stie on the wal, and Y ordeynede twei greete queris of men heriynge; and thei yeden to the riyt side on the wal, to the yate of the dunghil.
Después mandé que los príncipes de Judá subieran sobre la muralla, y formé dos grandes coros de alabanza; el primero se puso en marcha sobre la muralla, por la mano derecha, hacia la puerta del Estiércol.
32 And Osaie yede aftir hem, and the half part of prynces of Juda,
Tras ellos iban Hosaías, con la mitad de los príncipes de Judá,
33 and Azarie, Esdras, and Mosollam,
y Azarías, Esdras, Mesullam, Judá, Benjamín, Semeías y Jeremías,
34 Juda, and Beniamyn, and Semeye, and Jeremye `yeden aftir hem.
y de los hijos de los sacerdotes, con trompetas: Zacarías, hijo de Jonatán, hijo de Semeías, hijo de Matanías, hijo de Micaías, hijo de Zacur, hijo de Asaf,
35 And of the sones of prestis syngynge in trumpis; Zacharie, the sone of Jonathan, the sone of Semeie, the sone of Mathanye, the sone of Machaie, the sone of Zeccur, the sone of Asaph.
y sus hermanos: Semeías, Asarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Natanael, Judá y Hananí, con los instrumentos músicos de David, varón de Dios, y al frente de ellos Esdras escriba.
36 And hise britheren; Semeie, and Azarel, Malalai, Galalai, Maai, Nathanael, and Juda, and Amany, in the instrumentis of song of Dauid, the man of God; and Esdras, the wrytere, bifor hem, in the yate of the welle.
A la puerta de la Fuente subieron derechos por las gradas de la ciudad de David, donde se alza la muralla sobre la casa de David, hasta la puerta del Agua, al oriente.
37 And thei stieden ayens hem in the greis of the citee of Dauid, in the stiyng of the wal, on the hows of Dauid, and `til to the yate of watris at the eest.
El segundo coro de alabanzas caminaba sobre la muralla en dirección opuesta, y yo detrás de ellos, con la (otra) mitad del pueblo, por encima de la torre de los Hornos hasta el muro ancho;
38 And the secounde queer of men tellynge thankyngis yede euene ayens, and Y aftir hym; and the half part of the puple was on the wal, and on the tour of ouenys, and `til to the broddeste wal;
y sobrepasando la puerta de Efraím, la puerta Vieja, la puerta del Pescado, la torre de Hananeel y la torre de Mea, hasta la puerta de las Ovejas, vino a parar en la puerta de la Cárcel.
39 and on the yate of Effraym, and on the elde yate, and on the yate of fischis, and on the toure of Ananeel, and on the tour of Emath, and thei camen `til to the yate of the floc;
Después se apostaron los dos coros de alabanzas en la Casa de Dios, como yo también y la mitad de los magistrados conmigo;
40 and thei stoden in the yate of kepyng. And twei queeris of men heriynge stoden in the hows of God, and Y and the half part of magistratis with me.
y los sacerdotes Eliaquim, Maasías, Miniamín, Micaías, Elioenai, Zacarías, Hananías con las trompetas;
41 And the prestis, Eliachym, Maasie, Myamyn, Mychea, Helioneai, Zacharie, Ananye, in trumpis;
y Maasías, Semeías, Eleazar, Ucí, Johanán, Malquías, Elam y Éser. Y cantaron los cantores bajo la dirección de Israhías.
42 and Maasie, and Senea, and Eleazar, and Azi, and Johannan, and Melchia, and Elam, and Ezer; and the syngeris sungen clereli, and Jezraie, the souereyn.
En aquel día inmolaron muchas víctimas, y reinó gran alegría, porque Dios los había llenado de gran gozo. También las mujeres y los niños se regocijaron, y el alborozo de Jerusalén se oyó desde lejos.
43 And thei offriden in that dai grete sacrifices, and weren glad; `for God `hadde maad hem glad with grete gladnesse. But also her wyues and lawful childre weren ioiful, and the gladnesse of Jerusalem was herd fer.
En aquel tiempo fueron nombrados intendentes de las cámaras de los tesoros, de las ofrendas alzadas, de las primicias y de los diezmos, para almacenar allí lo proveniente de los territorios de las ciudades, las porciones asignadas por la Ley a los sacerdotes y a los levitas; porque se regocijaba Judá al ver cómo los sacerdotes y levitas
44 Also thei noumbriden in that dai men ouer the keping places of tresour, to moiste sacrifices, and to the firste fruytis, and to tithis, that the princes of the citee schulden brynge in bi hem, `in the fairenesse of doyng of thankyngis, prestis and dekenes; for Juda was glad in prestis and dekenes present.
cumplían en sus puestos el servicio de Dios y el reglamento de las purificaciones, lo mismo que los cantores y porteros, conforme a las disposiciones de David y de Salomón, su hijo.
45 And thei kepten the kepyng of her God, the kepyng of clensyng; and syngeris, and porteris, bi the comaundement of Dauid and of Salomon, his sone;
Pues ya en tiempos antiguos, en los días de David y de Asaf, había directores de los cantores y cánticos de alabanzas y de acciones de gracias en honor de Dios.
46 for in the daies of Dauid and of Asaph fro the bigynnyng princes of syngeris weren ordeyned, heriyng in song, and knoulechynge to God.
En los tiempos de Zorobabel y en los días de Nehemías, todo Israel daba las raciones establecidas para cada día a los cantores y porteros. También a los levitas se daban las cosas consagradas y por medio de los levitas a los hijos de Aarón.
47 And al Israel, in the daies of Zorobabel, and in the daies of Neemye, yauen partis to syngeris and to porteris bi alle `the daies; and thei halewiden dekenes, and the dekenes halewiden the sones of Aaron.
