Matthew 25
1 Thanne the kyngdoom of heuenes schal be lijk to ten virgyns, whiche token her laumpis, and wenten out ayens the hosebonde and the wijf;
१“तब स्वर्ग का राज्य उन दस कुँवारियों के समान होगा जो अपनी मशालें लेकर दूल्हे से भेंट करने को निकलीं।
2 and fyue of hem weren foolis, and fyue prudent.
२उनमें पाँच मूर्ख और पाँच समझदार थीं।
3 But the fyue foolis token her laumpis, and token not oile with hem;
३मूर्खों ने अपनी मशालें तो लीं, परन्तु अपने साथ तेल नहीं लिया।
4 but the prudent token oile in her vessels with the laumpis.
४परन्तु समझदारों ने अपनी मशालों के साथ अपनी कुप्पियों में तेल भी भर लिया।
5 And whilis the hosebonde tariede, alle thei nappiden and slepten.
५जब दुल्हे के आने में देर हुई, तो वे सब उँघने लगीं, और सो गई।
6 But at mydnyyt a cryy was maad, Lo! the spouse cometh, go ye oute to mete with him.
६“आधी रात को धूम मची, कि देखो, दूल्हा आ रहा है, उससे भेंट करने के लिये चलो।
7 Thanne alle tho virgyns risen vp, and araieden her laumpis.
७तब वे सब कुँवारियाँ उठकर अपनी मशालें ठीक करने लगीं।
8 And the foolis seiden to the wise, Yyue ye to vs of youre oile, for oure laumpis ben quenchid.
८और मूर्खों ने समझदारों से कहा, ‘अपने तेल में से कुछ हमें भी दो, क्योंकि हमारी मशालें बुझ रही हैं।’
9 The prudent answeriden, and seiden, Lest perauenture it suffice not to vs and to you, go ye rather to men that sellen, and bie to you.
९परन्तु समझदारों ने उत्तर दिया कि कही हमारे और तुम्हारे लिये पूरा न हो; भला तो यह है, कि तुम बेचनेवालों के पास जाकर अपने लिये मोल ले लो।
10 And while thei wenten for to bie, the spouse cam; and tho that weren redi, entreden with him to the weddyngis; and the yate was schit.
१०जब वे मोल लेने को जा रही थीं, तो दूल्हा आ पहुँचा, और जो तैयार थीं, वे उसके साथ विवाह के घर में चलीं गई और द्वार बन्द किया गया।
11 And at the last the othere virgyns camen, and seiden, Lord, lord, opene to vs.
११इसके बाद वे दूसरी कुँवारियाँ भी आकर कहने लगीं, ‘हे स्वामी, हे स्वामी, हमारे लिये द्वार खोल दे।’
12 And he answeride, and seide, Treuli Y seie to you, Y knowe you not.
१२उसने उत्तर दिया, कि मैं तुम से सच कहता हूँ, मैं तुम्हें नहीं जानता।
13 Therfor wake ye, for ye witen not the dai ne the our.
१३इसलिए जागते रहो, क्योंकि तुम न उस दिन को जानते हो, न उस समय को।
14 For as a man that goith in pilgrimage, clepide hise seruauntis, and bitook to hem hise goodis;
१४“क्योंकि यह उस मनुष्य के समान दशा है जिसने परदेश को जाते समय अपने दासों को बुलाकर अपनी सम्पत्ति उनको सौंप दी।
15 and to oon he yaf fyue talentis, and to another tweyne, and to another oon, to ech after his owne vertu; and wente forth anoon.
१५उसने एक को पाँच तोड़े, दूसरे को दो, और तीसरे को एक; अर्थात् हर एक को उसकी सामर्थ्य के अनुसार दिया, और तब परदेश चला गया।
16 And he that hadde fyue besauntis, wente forth, and wrouyte in hem, and wan othere fyue.
१६तब, जिसको पाँच तोड़े मिले थे, उसने तुरन्त जाकर उनसे लेन-देन किया, और पाँच तोड़े और कमाए।
17 Also and he that hadde takun tweyne, wan othere tweyne.
१७इसी रीति से जिसको दो मिले थे, उसने भी दो और कमाए।
18 But he that hadde takun oon, yede forth, and dalf in to the erthe, and hidde the money of his lord.
१८परन्तु जिसको एक मिला था, उसने जाकर मिट्टी खोदी, और अपने स्वामी का धन छिपा दिया।
19 But after long tyme, the lord of tho seruauntis cam, and rekenede with hem.
१९“बहुत दिनों के बाद उन दासों का स्वामी आकर उनसे लेखा लेने लगा।
20 And he that hadde takun fyue besauntis, cam, and brouyte othere fyue, and seide, Lord, thou bytokist to me fyue besauntis, loo! Y haue getun aboue fyue othere.
२०जिसको पाँच तोड़े मिले थे, उसने पाँच तोड़े और लाकर कहा, ‘हे स्वामी, तूने मुझे पाँच तोड़े सौंपे थे, देख मैंने पाँच तोड़े और कमाए हैं।’
21 His lord seide to hym, Wel be thou, good seruaunt and feithful; for on fewe thingis thou hast be trewe, Y schal ordeyne thee on manye thingis; entre thou in to the ioye of thi lord.
२१उसके स्वामी ने उससे कहा, ‘धन्य हे अच्छे और विश्वासयोग्य दास, तू थोड़े में विश्वासयोग्य रहा; मैं तुझे बहुत वस्तुओं का अधिकारी बनाऊँगा। अपने स्वामी के आनन्द में सहभागी हो।’
22 And he that hadde takun twey talentis, cam, and seide, Lord, thou bitokist to me twey besauntis; loo!
२२“और जिसको दो तोड़े मिले थे, उसने भी आकर कहा, ‘हे स्वामी तूने मुझे दो तोड़े सौंपे थे, देख, मैंने दो तोड़े और कमाए।’
23 Y haue wonnen ouer othir tweyne. His lord seide to him, Wel be thou, good seruaunt and trewe; for on fewe thingis thou hast be trewe, Y schal ordeyne thee on many thingis; entre thou in to the ioie of thi lord.
२३उसके स्वामी ने उससे कहा, ‘धन्य हे अच्छे और विश्वासयोग्य दास, तू थोड़े में विश्वासयोग्य रहा, मैं तुझे बहुत वस्तुओं का अधिकारी बनाऊँगा अपने स्वामी के आनन्द में सहभागी हो।’
24 But he that hadde takun o besaunt, cam, and seide, Lord, Y woot that thou art an hard man; thou repist where thou hast not sowe, and thou gederist togidere where thou hast not spred abrood;
२४“तब जिसको एक तोड़ा मिला था, उसने आकर कहा, ‘हे स्वामी, मैं तुझे जानता था, कि तू कठोर मनुष्य है: तू जहाँ कहीं नहीं बोता वहाँ काटता है, और जहाँ नहीं छींटता वहाँ से बटोरता है।’
25 and Y dredynge wente, and hidde thi besaunt in the erthe; lo! thou hast that that is thin.
२५इसलिए मैं डर गया और जाकर तेरा तोड़ा मिट्टी में छिपा दिया; देख, ‘जो तेरा है, वह यह है।’
26 His lord answeride, and seide to hym, Yuel seruaunt and slowe, wistist thou that Y repe where Y sewe not, and gadir to gidere where Y spredde not abrood?
२६उसके स्वामी ने उसे उत्तर दिया, कि हे दुष्ट और आलसी दास; जब तू यह जानता था, कि जहाँ मैंने नहीं बोया वहाँ से काटता हूँ; और जहाँ मैंने नहीं छींटा वहाँ से बटोरता हूँ।
27 Therfor it bihofte thee to bitake my money to chaungeris, that whanne Y cam, Y schulde resseyue that that is myn with vsuris.
२७तो तुझे चाहिए था, कि मेरा धन सर्राफों को दे देता, तब मैं आकर अपना धन ब्याज समेत ले लेता।
28 Therfor take awei fro hym the besaunt, and yyue ye to hym that hath ten besauntis.
२८इसलिए वह तोड़ा उससे ले लो, और जिसके पास दस तोड़े हैं, उसको दे दो।
29 For to euery man that hath me schal yyue, and he schal encreese; but fro hym that hath not, also that that hym semeth to haue, schal be taken awey fro him.
२९क्योंकि जिस किसी के पास है, उसे और दिया जाएगा; और उसके पास बहुत हो जाएगा: परन्तु जिसके पास नहीं है, उससे वह भी जो उसके पास है, ले लिया जाएगा।
30 And caste ye out the vnprofitable seruaunt in to vtmer derknessis; ther schal be wepyng, and gryntyng of teeth.
३०और इस निकम्मे दास को बाहर के अंधेरे में डाल दो, जहाँ रोना और दाँत पीसना होगा।
31 Whanne mannus sone schal come in his maieste, and alle hise aungels with hym, thanne he schal sitte on the sege of his maieste;
३१“जब मनुष्य का पुत्र अपनी महिमा में आएगा, और सब स्वर्गदूत उसके साथ आएँगे तो वह अपनी महिमा के सिंहासन पर विराजमान होगा।
32 and alle folkis schulen be gaderid bifor hym,
३२और सब जातियाँ उसके सामने इकट्ठी की जाएँगी; और जैसा चरवाहा भेड़ों को बकरियों से अलग कर देता है, वैसा ही वह उन्हें एक दूसरे से अलग करेगा।
33 and he schal departe hem atwynne, as a scheeperde departith scheep from kidis; and he schal sette the scheep on his riythalf, and the kidis on the lefthalf.
३३और वहभेड़ों को अपनी दाहिनी ओर और बकरियों को बाईं ओर खड़ी करेगा।
34 Thanne the kyng schal seie to hem, that schulen be on his riythalf, Come ye, the blessid of my fadir, take ye in possessioun the kyngdoom maad redi to you fro the makyng of the world.
३४तब राजा अपनी दाहिनी ओर वालों से कहेगा, ‘हे मेरे पिता के धन्य लोगों, आओ, उस राज्य के अधिकारी हो जाओ, जो जगत के आदि से तुम्हारे लिये तैयार किया हुआ है।
35 For Y hungride, and ye yauen me to ete; Y thristide, and ye yauen me to drynke; Y was herboreles, and ye herboriden me;
३५क्योंकि मैं भूखा था, और तुम ने मुझे खाने को दिया; मैं प्यासा था, और तुम ने मुझे पानी पिलाया, मैं परदेशी था, तुम ने मुझे अपने घर में ठहराया;
36 nakid, and ye hiliden me; sijk, and ye visitiden me; Y was in prisoun, and ye camen to me.
३६मैं नंगा था, तुम ने मुझे कपड़े पहनाए; मैं बीमार था, तुम ने मेरी सुधि ली, मैं बन्दीगृह में था, तुम मुझसे मिलने आए।’
37 Thanne iust men schulen answere to hym, and seie, Lord, whanne siyen we thee hungry, and we fedden thee; thristi, and we yauen to thee drynk?
३७“तब धर्मी उसको उत्तर देंगे, ‘हे प्रभु, हमने कब तुझे भूखा देखा और खिलाया? या प्यासा देखा, और पानी पिलाया?
38 and whanne sayn we thee herborles, and we herboreden thee; or nakid, and we hiliden thee?
३८हमने कब तुझे परदेशी देखा और अपने घर में ठहराया या नंगा देखा, और कपड़े पहनाए?
39 or whanne sayn we thee sijk, or in prisoun, and we camen to thee?
३९हमने कब तुझे बीमार या बन्दीगृह में देखा और तुझ से मिलने आए?’
40 And the kyng answerynge schal seie to hem, Treuli Y seie to you, as longe as ye diden to oon of these my leeste britheren, ye diden to me.
४०तब राजा उन्हें उत्तर देगा, ‘मैं तुम से सच कहता हूँ, कि तुम ने जो मेरे इनछोटे से छोटे भाइयों में सेकिसी एक के साथ किया, वह मेरे ही साथ किया।’
41 Thanne the kyng schal seie also to hem, that schulen be on his lefthalf, Departe fro me, ye cursid, in to euerlastynge fijr, that is maad redi to the deuel and hise aungels. (aiōnios g166)
४१“तब वह बाईं ओर वालों से कहेगा, ‘हे श्रापित लोगों, मेरे सामने से उसअनन्त आगमें चले जाओ, जो शैतान और उसके दूतों के लिये तैयार की गई है। (aiōnios g166)
42 For Y hungride, and ye yauen not me to ete; Y thristide, and ye yauen not me to drynke;
४२क्योंकि मैं भूखा था, और तुम ने मुझे खाने को नहीं दिया, मैं प्यासा था, और तुम ने मुझे पानी नहीं पिलाया;
43 Y was herborles, and ye herberden not me; nakid, and ye keuerden not me; sijk, and in prisoun, and ye visitiden not me.
४३मैं परदेशी था, और तुम ने मुझे अपने घर में नहीं ठहराया; मैं नंगा था, और तुम ने मुझे कपड़े नहीं पहनाए; बीमार और बन्दीगृह में था, और तुम ने मेरी सुधि न ली।’
44 Thanne and thei schulen answere to hym, and schulen seie, Lord, whanne sayn we thee hungrynge, or thristynge, or herboreles, or nakid, or sijk, or in prisoun, and we serueden not to thee?
४४“तब वे उत्तर देंगे, ‘हे प्रभु, हमने तुझे कब भूखा, या प्यासा, या परदेशी, या नंगा, या बीमार, या बन्दीगृह में देखा, और तेरी सेवा टहल न की?’
45 Thanne he schal answere to hem, and seie, Treuli Y seie to you, `hou longe ye diden not to oon of these leeste, nether ye diden to me.
४५तब वह उन्हें उत्तर देगा, ‘मैं तुम से सच कहता हूँ कि तुम ने जो इन छोटे से छोटों में से किसी एक के साथ नहीं किया, वह मेरे साथ भी नहीं किया।’
