Leviticus 27
1 And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
2 and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Si uno hiciere un voto a Yahvé tocante a personas, estas (serán valoradas) según tu tasación.
3 If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
Si el objeto de tu tasación es un varón de veinte a sesenta años, tu valuación será de cincuenta siclos de plata, según el siclo del santuario.
4 sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
Mas si se trata de una mujer, tu valuación será de treinta siclos.
5 forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
De los cinco a los veinte años, tu valuación será, para varón, veinte siclos; para mujer, diez siclos.
6 fro o monethe `til to the fifthe yeer, fyue ciclis schulen be youun for a male, thre ciclis for a womman;
De un mes hasta la edad de cinco años, será tu valuación para niño cinco siclos de plata; para niña será tu valuación tres siclos de plata.
7 a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
De sesenta años para arriba, será tu valuación, para varón, quince siclos; para mujer, diez siclos.
8 If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
Si uno es tan pobre que no puede pagar tu valuación, será presentado al sacerdote, el cual le tasará a razón de los recursos que tenga el oferente.
9 Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
Si se trata de un animal que se puede ofrecer a Yahvé en oblación, todo lo que de él se diere a Yahvé será santo.
10 and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
No se mudará ni se trocará bueno por malo, ni malo por bueno; y si de alguna manera se permutare un animal por otro, tanto el trocado como su sustituto serán cosa santa.
11 Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
Mas si es uno de los animales impuros, de los que no se puede ofrecer como oblación a Yahvé, será presentado el animal al sacerdote,
12 and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
el cual lo tasará según sea bueno a malo; y se hará conforme a la estimación del sacerdote.
13 which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
Si uno quisiere redimirlo, añada un quinto a tu valuación.
14 If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
Si alguno consagra su casa, para que sea santa a Yahvé, la tasará el sacerdote, según sea buena o mala. Conforme a la valuación del sacerdote, así será.
15 sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
Si el que consagró la casa desea rescatarla, añada la quinta parte al precio de tu valuación, y será suya.
16 That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
Si uno consagra parte del campo de su posesión a Yahvé, será tu valuación según la cantidad de semilla necesaria para sembrarlo: a razón de cincuenta siclos por cada hómer de cebada.
17 If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
Si él consagró su campo desde el año del jubileo, se atendrá a tu valuación.
18 but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
Mas si consagra su campo después del jubileo, el sacerdote hará la valuación del precio a razón de los años que queden hasta el año del jubileo; y según eso será el descuento de tu valuación.
19 That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
Si el que consagró el campo desea rescatarlo, añada la quinta parte al precio de tu valuación, y quedará suyo.
20 but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
Pero si no rescata el campo, y este se vendiere a otro, el campo no podrá ser rescatado en adelante.
21 for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
Ese campo, cuando salga libre en el jubileo, será consagrado a Yahvé como campo de anatema, y pertenecerá al sacerdote.
22 If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
Si alguno consagra a Yahvé un campo que compró y que no forma parte de su patrimonio,
23 and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
el sacerdote le calculará el importe de la valuación hasta el año del jubileo; y él pagará ese mismo día la suma de la valuación como cosa consagrada a Yahvé.
24 forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
El año del jubileo volverá el campo al vendedor, al que pertenece como propietario del campo.
25 `Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
Todas tus valuaciones se harán según el siclo del Santuario; veinte güeras son un siclo.
26 No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
Nadie, empero, podrá consagrar los primogénitos de los animales, que por ser primogénitos son de Yahvé. Sean del ganado mayor o del menor, pertenecen a Yahvé.
27 That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
Si se trata de un animal impuro, y uno desea rescatarlo según tu estimación, añada la quinta parte al precio; mas si no fuere rescatado, sea vendido conforme a tu valuación.
28 Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
Nada de lo que uno de toda su propiedad dedique a Yahvé con anatema, sea hombre o bestia o campo de su posesión, podrá venderse ni rescatarse. Toda cosa dedicada con anatema es sacratísima para Yahvé.
29 and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
Ninguna persona consagrada con anatema podrá ser rescatada; muera irremisiblemente.
30 Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
El diezmo entero de la tierra, tanto de las semillas de la tierra como de los frutos de los árboles, es de Yahvé; es cosa consagrada a Yahvé.
31 sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
Si alguno quiere rescatar parte de su diezmo, añada la quinta parte a su precio.
32 of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
Cada décimo animal del ganado mayor y del ganado menor, de todo lo que pasa bajo el cayado, cada décima cabeza será consagrada a Yahvé.
33 it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
No se escogerá entre animal bueno o malo, ni se ha de trocar; y si hiciere trueque, tanto el animal trocado como su sustituto serán cosas santas; no podrán ser rescatados.”
34 These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
Estos son los mandamientos que Yahvé dio a Moisés para los hijos de Israel en el monte Sinaí.
