Leviticus 27
1 And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
Mluvil také Hospodin k Mojžíšovi, řka:
2 and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
Mluv synům Izraelským a rci jim: Když by kdo slibem oddal duše Hospodinu, vedlé ceny tvé dá výplatu.
3 If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
Tato pak bude cena tvá: Osobě mužského pohlaví, počna od toho, kterýž jest ve dvadcíti letech, až do šedesátiletého, uložíš výplatu padesáte lotů stříbra vedlé lotu svatyně.
4 sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
Pakli ženského pohlaví bude, uložíš výplatu třidceti lotů.
5 forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
A od pětiletých až do dvadcítiletých uložíš výplatu, za osobu mužského pohlaví dvadceti lotů, ženského pak deset lotů.
6 fro o monethe `til to the fifthe yeer, fyue ciclis schulen be youun for a male, thre ciclis for a womman;
A od dítěte jednoho měsíce zstáří až do pětiletých, uložíš za pachole pět lotů stříbra, a za děvče tři loty stříbra.
7 a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
Od šedesáti pak let a výše, bude-li muž, uložíš výplatu patnácte lotů, a ženě deset lotů.
8 If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
Pakli bude tak chudý, že by nemohl uložené výplaty dáti, tedy postaven bude před knězem, aby mu kněz uložil výplatu. Podlé toho, seč bude moci býti ten, kdož slib učinil, uloží mu výplatu.
9 Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
Jestliže by pak kdo hovado z těch, kteréž se obětují Hospodinu, slíbil, každé, kteréž dá z nich Hospodinu, svaté bude.
10 and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
Nesmění ho, aniž dá jiného za ně, lepšího za horší, aneb horšího za lepší. Jestliže by pak jakýmkoli způsobem je směnil, hovado za hovado, tedy ono i toto, kteréž za ně dáno, svaté bude.
11 Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
Pakli by které nečisté hovado slíbil, z jehož pokolení neobětují oběti Hospodinu, tedy postaví to hovado před knězem.
12 and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
A bude je šacovati kněz, buď ono dobré aneb zlé. Jakž je kněz cení, tak buď.
13 which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
Pakli bude chtíti vyplatiti je, přidá pátý díl nad cenu tvou.
14 If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
Když by pak někdo posvětil domu svého, aby byl svatý Hospodinu, bude jej kněz ceniti, buďto že by dobrý byl aneb zlý. Jakž jej procení kněz, tak zůstane.
15 sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
Pakli ten, kterýž posvětil domu svého, chtěl by jej vyplatiti, přidá pátý díl peněz nad cenu tvou, i bude jeho.
16 That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
Jestliže by kdo díl pole dědictví svého posvětil Hospodinu, tedy budeš je ceniti vedlé toho, jakž se osívá. Chomer ječmene kde se vseje, za padesáte lotů stříbra ceněno bude.
17 If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
Jestliže by hned od léta milostivého posvětil pole svého, tedy vedlé ceny tvé zůstane.
18 but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
Pakli by po létě milostivém posvětil pole svého, tedy sečte mu kněz peníze vedlé počtu let zůstávajících ještě do léta milostivého, i odejme to z ceny tvé.
19 That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
Chtěl-li by pak vyplatiti pole ten, kterýž ho posvětil, přidá pátý díl peněz nad cenu tvou, a zůstane jemu.
20 but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
Nevyplatil-li by pak pole toho, a prodáno by bylo někomu jinému, nemůže víc vyplaceno býti.
21 for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
I bude pole to, když svobodné vyjde léta milostivého, svaté Hospodinovo, jakožto pole posvěcené; knězi bude v dědictví jeho.
22 If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
Jestliže pak pole koupené, kteréž by nebylo z pole dědictví jeho, posvětil Hospodinu,
23 and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
Tedy sečte mu kněz summu ceny jeho až do léta milostivého, i dá cenu jeho v ten den, jako posvěcenou Hospodinu.
24 forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
V létě milostivém navrátí se pole k tomu, od kohož bylo koupeno, jehož dědictví jest pole to.
25 `Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
Všeliká pak cena tvá bude vedlé lotu svatyně. Lot pak váží dvadceti haléřů.
26 No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
Ale prvorozeného, což právem prvorozenství dává se Hospodinu z hovad, nižádný neposvětí, buďto z skotů aneb z bravů; Hospodinovo jest prvé.
27 That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
A jestliže by z hovad nečistých bylo, vyplatí je vedlé ceny tvé, a přidá pátý díl nad ní. Pakliť nebude vyplaceno, tedy nechť jest prodáno vedlé ceny tvé.
28 Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
Všeliká pak věc posvěcená, kterouž by někdo slibem posvětil Hospodinu ze všech věcí, kteréž má, buď z lidí aneb z hovad, aneb z pole dědictví svého, nebude prodávána, ani vyplacována; nebo všecko, což takovým slibem posvěceno jest, věc nejsvětější bude Hospodinu.
29 and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
Všeliké hovado tak oddané, kteréž slibem tím se oddává od člověka, nebude vyplacováno, ale smrtí umře.
30 Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
Všickni také desátkové země, buď z semene země, aneb z ovoce stromů, Hospodinovi budou; nebo posvěceni jsou Hospodinu.
31 sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
Bude-li kdo chtíti vyplatiti desátky své, pátý díl jejich přidá nad ně.
32 of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
A všeliký desátek z volů aneb drobného dobytka, jakž přichází pod hůl pastýře, každý ten desátek svatý bude Hospodinu.
33 it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
Nebude vyhledávati, dobré-li by bylo čili zlé, aniž ho smění. Pakli je předce smění, bude to i ono odměněné svaté, a nebude vyplaceno.
34 These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
Ta jsou přikázaní, kteráž přikázal Hospodin Mojžíšovi na hoře Sinai, aby je oznámil synům Izraelským.
