Leviticus 21
1 And the Lord seide to Moyses, Speke thou to preestis, the sones of Aaron, and thou schalt seie to hem, A preest be not defoulid in the deed men of hise citeseyns,
Řekl také Hospodin Mojžíšovi: Mluv kněžím synům Aronovým a rci jim: Při mrtvém nepoškvrní se žádný z vás v lidu svém.
2 no but oneli in kynesmen and niy of blood, that is, on fadir and modir, and sone and douyter,
Toliko při krevním příteli svém, mateři neb otci svém, synu neb dceři své a bratru svém,
3 and brother and sister, virgyn, which is not weddid to man;
Též při sestře své, panně sobě nejbližší, kteráž neměla muže, při té poškvrní se.
4 but nether he schal be defoulid in the prince of his puple.
Nepoškvrní se při knížeti lidu svého, tak aby nečistý byl.
5 Preestis schulen not schaue the heed, nether beerd, nether thei schulen make keruyngis in her fleischis; thei schulen be hooli to her God,
Nebudou dělati sobě lysiny na hlavě své, vytrhávajíce sobě vlasy. A brady své nebudou holiti, ani těla svého řezati.
6 and thei schulen not defoule his name; for thei offren encense of the Lord, and the looues of her God, and therfore thei schulen be hooli.
Budou svatí Bohu svému, aniž poškvrní jména Boha svého; nebo oběti ohnivé Hospodinovy, chléb Boha svého obětují, protož svatí budou.
7 A preest schal not wedde a wijf a corrupt womman, and a `foul hoore, nether he schal wedde `hir that is forsakun of the hosebonde, for he is halewid to his God,
Ženy nevěstky aneb poškvrněné nevezmou sobě, a ženy zahnané od muže jejího nepojmou; nebo svatý jest jeden každý z nich Bohu svému.
8 and offrith the looues of settyng forth; therfor be he hooly, for `Y am the hooli Lord that halewith you.
Ty také, lide, za svatého budeš jej míti, nebo chléb Boha tvého obětuje. Protož svatý bude tobě, nebo já svatý jsem Hospodin, kterýž posvěcuji vás.
9 If the `doutir of a preest is takun in defoulyng of virgynite, and defoulith the name of hir fadir, sche schal be brent in flawmes.
Dcera pak některého kněze, když by se smilství dopustila, otce svého poškvrnila. Ohněm spálena buď.
10 The bischop, that is the moost preest among hise britheren, on whose heed the oile of anoyntyng is sched, and whose hondis ben sacrid in preesthod, and he is clothid in hooli clothis, schal not diskyuere his heed, he schal not tere hise clothis,
Kněz pak nejvyšší mezi bratřími svými, na jehožto hlavu vylit jest olej pomazání, a posvětil rukou svých, aby obláčel se v roucho svaté, hlavy své neodkryje a roucha svého neroztrhne.
11 and outirli he schal not entre to ony deed man; and he schal not be defoulid on his fadir and modir,
Aniž k kterému tělu mrtvému přistoupí, a aniž při otci aneb mateři své poškvrní se.
12 nether he schal go out of hooli thingis, lest he defoule the seyntuarie of the Lord, for the oile of hooli anoyntyng of his God is on hym; Y am the Lord.
Nevyjde z svatyně a nepoškvrní svatyně Boha svého; nebo koruna oleje pomazání Boha jeho jest na něm: Já jsem Hospodin.
13 He schal wedde a wijf virgyn;
On také ženu v panenstvím jejím za manželku sobě pojme.
14 he schal not take a widewe, and forsakun, and a foul womman, and hoore, but a damesele of his puple;
Vdovy, aneb zahnané, aneb poškvrněné, nevěstky, žádné z těch nebude sobě bráti, ale pannu z lidu svého vezme sobě za manželku.
15 medle he not the generacioun of his kyn to the comyn puple of his folk, for Y am the Lord, that `halewe hym.
A nepoškvrní semene svého v rodu svém, nebo já jsem Hospodin posvětitel jeho.
16 And the Lord spak to Moyses,
Mluvil opět Hospodin Mojžíšovi, řka:
17 and seide, Speke thou to Aaron; a man of thi seed, bi meynes, that hath a wem, schal not offre breed to his God,
Mluv k Aronovi a rci: Kdožkoli z semene tvého po všech rodech svých bude míti na sobě vadu, nechť nepřistupuje, aby obětoval chléb Boha svého.
18 nethir schal neiy to his seruyce;
Nebo žádný muž, kterýž by měl na sobě vadu, nemá přistupovati: Muž slepý, aneb kulhavý, aneb mající oud některý příliš malý, aneb příliš veliký,
19 if he is blind; if he is crokid; if he is ether of litil, ether of greet, and wrong nose; if he is `of brokun foot, ethir hond;
Aneb muž, kterýž by měl zlámanou nohu, aneb zlámanou ruku,
20 if he hath a botche; ether if he is blereiyed; if he hath whijt colour in the iye, that lettith the siyt; if he hath contynuel scabbe; if he hath a drye scabbe in the bodi; ethir `is brokun `in the pryuy membris.
Aneb hrbovatý, aneb krhavý, aneb kterýž má bělmo na oku svém, aneb prašivost ustavičnou, neb lišeje, aneb stlačené lůno.
21 Ech man of the seed of Aaron preest, which man hath a wem, schal not neiye to offre sacrifices to the Lord, nether `to offre looues to his God;
Nižádný muž, kterýž by měl na sobě nějakou vadu, z semene Arona kněze, nepřistoupí, aby obětoval oběti ohnivé Hospodinu; nebo vada na něm jest. Nepřistoupíť, aby obětoval chléb Boha svého.
22 netheles he schal ete the looues that ben offrid in the seyntuarie,
Chléb však Boha svého z věcí svatosvatých a z věcí svatých jísti bude.
23 so oneli that he entre not with ynne the veil; he schal not neiye to the auter, for he hath a wem, and he schal not defoule my seyntuarie; Y am the Lord that halewe hem.
Ale za oponu nebude vcházeti a k oltáři nebude přistupovati, nebo vada jest na něm, aby nepoškvrnil svatyně mé; nebo já jsem Hospodin posvětitel jejich.
24 Therfor Moises spak to Aaron, and to hise sones, and to al Israel, alle thingis that weren comaundid to hym.
Ta slova mluvil Mojžíš k Aronovi a k synům jeho, i ke všechněm synům Izraelským.
