Leviticus 16
1 And the Lord spak to Moises, aftir the deeth of the twei sones of Aaron, whanne thei offriden alien fier, and weren slayn, and comaundide to hym,
Poslije smrti dvojice Aronovih sinova, koji su poginuli prinoseći pred Jahvom neposvećenu vatru, progovori Jahve Mojsiju.
2 and seide, Speke thou to Aaron, thi brother, that he entre not in al tyme in to the seyntuarie, which is with ynne the veil bifor the propiciatorie, bi which the arke is hilid, that he die not; for Y schal appere in a cloude on Goddis answeryng place;
Jahve reče Mojsiju: “Kaži svome bratu Aronu da ne ulazi u svako doba u Svetište iza zavjese, pred Pomirilište koje se nalazi na Kovčegu, da ne pogine. Jer ja ću se pojavljivati nad Pomirilištem u oblaku.
3 `no but he do these thingis bifore. He schal offer a calf for synne, and a ram in to brent sacrifice;
Neka Aron ulazi u Svetište ovako: s juncem za žrtvu okajnicu i ovnom za žrtvu paljenicu.
4 he schal be clothid with a lynnun coote, he schal hide the schamefast membris with pryuy lynnun clothis; he schal be gird with a lynnun girdil, he schal putte a lynnun mytre on his heed; for these clothis ben hooli, with whiche alle he schal be clothid, whanne he is waischun.
Neka se obuče u posvećenu košulju od lana; na svoje tijelo neka navuče gaće od lana; neka se opaše lanenim pasom, a na glavu stavi mitru od lana. To je posvećeno ruho koje ima obući pošto se okupa u vodi.
5 And he schal take of al the multitude of the sones of Israel twei kidis for synne, and o ram in to brent sacrifice;
Od zajednice izraelske neka primi dva jarca za žrtvu okajnicu i jednoga ovna za žrtvu paljenicu.
6 and whanne he offrith a calf, and preieth for hym,
Pošto Aron prinese junca za žrtvu okajnicu za svoj grijeh i izvrši obred pomirenja za se i za svoj dom,
7 and for his hows, he schal make twei `buckis of geet to stonde bifor the Lord, in the dore of the tabernacle of witnessyng;
neka uzme oba jarca i postavi ih pred Jahvu na ulaz u Šator sastanka.
8 and he schal sende `on euer eithir, o lot to the Lord, and another lot to the goot that schal be sent out.
Neka Aron baci kocke za oba jarca te jednoga odredi kockom Jahvi, a drugoga Azazelu.
9 Whos lot goith out to the Lord, he schal offre it for synne;
Jarca na kojega je kocka pala da bude Jahvi neka Aron prinese za žrtvu okajnicu.
10 sotheli whos lot goith out in to goot that schal be sent out, he schal sette hym quyk bifor the Lord, that he sende preyers `on hym, and sende hym out in to wildirnesse.
A jarac na kojega je kocka pala da bude Azazelu neka se smjesti živ pred Jahvu, da se nad njim obavi obred pomirenja i otpremi Azazelu u pustinju.
11 Whanne these thingis ben doon riytfuli, he schal offre the calf, and `he schal preye for hym silf, and for his hows, and schal offre the calf.
Zatim neka Aron prinese junca za žrtvu okajnicu za svoj grijeh; i obavi obred pomirenja za se i za svoj dom: i neka zakolje toga junca za žrtvu okajnicu za svoj grijeh.
12 And whanne he hath take the censeer, which he hath fillid of the coolis of the auter, and `he hath take in hond the `swete smellynge spicery maad into encense, he schal entre ouer the veil in to the hooli thingis;
Potom neka uzme kadionik pun užarena ugljevlja sa žrtvenika ispred Jahve i dvije pune pregršti miomirisnoga tamjana u prah smrvljenoga. Neka to unese iza zavjese.
13 that whanne swete smellynge spiceries ben put on the fier, the cloude and `vapour of tho hile Goddis answeryng place, which is on the witnessyng, and he die not.
Sad neka stavi tamjan na vatru pred Jahvom da oblak od tamjana zastre Pomirilište što je na Svjedočanstvu. Tako neće poginuti.
14 Also he schal take of the `blood of the calf, and he schal sprenge seuensithis with the fyngur ayens `the propiciatorie, `to the eest.
Poslije toga neka uzme krvi od junca i svojim prstom poškropi istočnu stranu Pomirilišta; a ispred Pomirilišta neka svojim prstom poškropi sedam puta tom krvlju.
15 And whanne he hath slayn the `buk of geet, for synne of the puple, he schal brynge in the blood therof with ynne the veil, as it is comaundid of the `blood of the calf, that he sprynge euene ayens Goddis answeryng place,
Neka potom zakolje jarca za žrtvu okajnicu za grijeh naroda; neka unese njegovu krv za zavjesu te s njegovom krvi učini kako je učinio s krvlju od junca: neka njome poškropi po Pomirilištu i pred njim.
16 and he schal clense the seyntuarie fro vnclennessis of the sones of Israel, and fro her trespassyngis, and alle synnes. Bi this custom he schal do in the tabernacle of witnessyng, which is set among hem, in the myddis of partis of the abitacioun `of hem.
Tako će obaviti obred pomirenja nad Svetištem zbog nečistoća Izraelaca, zbog njihovih prijestupa i svih njihovih grijeha. A tako neka učini i za Šator sastanka što se među njima nalazi, sred njihovih nečistoća.
17 No man be in the tabernacle, whanne the bischop schal entre in to the seyntuarie, that he preye for hym silf, and for his hows, and for al the cumpeny of Israel, til he go out of the tabernacle.
Kad on uđe da obavi obred pomirenja u Svetištu, neka nikoga drugog ne bude u Šatoru sastanka dok on ne iziđe. Obavivši obred pomirenja za se, za svoj dom i za svu izraelsku zajednicu,
18 Sotheli whanne he hath go out to the auter which is bifor the Lord, preye he for hym silf, and schede he on the hornes therof, bi cumpas, the blood `that is takun of the calf, and of the `buk of geet;
neka ode k žrtveniku koji se nalazi pred Jahvom te nad žrtvenikom obavi obred pomirenja. Neka uzme krvi od junca i krvi od jarca pa stavi na rogove oko žrtvenika.
19 and sprynge he seuensithis with the fyngur, and clense he, and halewe the autir fro vnclennessis of the sones of Israel.
Neka svojim prstom poškropi žrtvenik istom krvlju sedam puta. Tako će ga očistiti od nečistoća Izraelaca i posvetiti.
20 Aftir that he hath clensid the seyntuarie, and tabernacle, and auter, thanne offre he the lyuynge `buc of geet;
Kad svrši obred pomirenja Svetišta, Šatora sastanka i žrtvenika, neka primakne jarca živoga.
21 and whanne euer eithir hond is set on the heed therof, knowleche the preest alle the wickidnessis of the sones of Israel, and alle the trespassis and synnes `of hem, whiche the preest schal wische to the heed therof, and schal sende hym out in to deseert bi a man maad redi.
Neka mu na glavu Aron stavi obje svoje ruke i nad njim ispovjedi sve krivnje Izraelaca, sve njihove prijestupe i sve njihove grijehe. Položivši ih tako jarcu na glavu, neka ga pošalje u pustinju s jednim prikladnim čovjekom.
22 And whanne the `buc of geet hath bore alle the wickidnessis `of hem in to a deseert lond,
Tako će jarac na sebi odnijeti sve njihove krivnje u pusti kraj. Otpremivši jarca u pustinju,
23 and is left `in deseert, Aaron schal turn ayen in to the tabernacle of witnessyng; and whanne the clothis ben put of, in whiche he was clothid bifore, whanne he entrid in to the seyntuarie of God, and ben left there,
neka se Aron vrati u Šator sastanka, sa sebe svuče lanenu odjeću u koju se bio obukao kad je ulazio u Svetište i neka je ondje ostavi.
24 he schal waische his fleisch in the hooli place, and he schal be clothid in his owen clothis, and aftir that he hath go out, and hath offrid the brent sacrifice of hym silf, and of the puple, he schal preye as wel for hym silf, as for the puple;
Neka potom opere svoje tijelo vodom na posvećenu mjestu, na se obuče svoju odjeću te iziđe da prinese svoju žrtvu paljenicu i žrtvu paljenicu naroda i obavi obred pomirenja za se i za narod.
25 and he schal brenne on the auter the innere fatnesse which is offrid for synne.
Loj sa žrtve okajnice neka sažeže u kad na žrtveniku.
26 Sotheli he that leet go the `buk of geet able to be sent out, schal waische hise clothis and bodi with water, and so he schal entre in to the castels.
Onaj koji je odveo jarca Azazelu neka opere svoju odjeću, svoje tijelo u vodi okupa i poslije toga može opet doći u tabor.
27 Forsothe thei schulen bere out of the castels the calf and `buk of geet, that weren offrid for synne, and whos blood was brouyt in to the seyntuarie, that the clensyng were fillid; and thei schulen brenne bi fier as well the skynnys, as the fleischis and dung of tho.
A junca žrtve okajnice i jarca žrtve okajnice od kojih je krv bila donesena u Svetište da se obavi obred pomirenja neka odnesu izvan tabora pa neka na vatri spale njihove kože, njihovo meso i njihovu nečist.
28 And who euer brenneth tho, schal waische hise clothis and fleisch in watir, and so he schal entre in to the castels.
Tko ih bude spaljivao, neka opere svoju odjeću, svoje tijelo okupa u vodi i poslije toga može opet doći u tabor.
29 And this schal be to you a lawful thing euerlastynge; in the seuenthe monethe, in the tenthe dai of the monethe, ye schulen turment youre soulis, and ye schulen not do ony werk, nethir a man borun in the lond, nether a comelyng which is a pilgrym among you.
Ovaj zakon neka za vas trajno vrijedi. U sedmom mjesecu, deseti dan toga mjeseca, postite i ne obavljajte nikakva posla: ni domorodac ni stranac koji među vama boravi.
30 The delyueryng fro synne, and the clensyng of you schal be in this dai, ye schulen be clensid bifore the Lord fro alle youre synnes;
Jer toga dana nad vama se ima izvršiti obred pomirenja da se očistite od svih svojih grijeha te da pred Jahvom budete čisti.
31 for it is sabat of restyng, and ye schulen turment youre soulis bi euerlastynge religioun.
Neka je to za vas subotnji počinak kad postite. Trajan je to zakon.
32 Sotheli the preest schal clense, which is anoyntid, and whos hondis ben halewid, that he be set in preesthod for his fadir; and he schal be clothid in a lynnun stoole, and in hooli clothis,
Neka obred pomirenja obavi onaj svećenik koji bude pomazan i posvećen za vršenje svećeničke službe namjesto svoga oca. Neka se obuče u posvećeno laneno ruho;
33 and he schal clense the seyntuarie, and the tabernacle of witnessyng, and the auter, and the preestis, and al the puple.
on neka obavi obred pomirenja za posvećeno Svetište, za Šator sastanka i za žrtvenik. Zatim neka izvrši obred pomirenja nad svećenicima i nad svim narodom zajednice.
34 And this schal be to you a lawful thing euerlastynge, that ye preye for the sones of Israel, and for alle the synnes `of hem, onys in the yeer. Therfor he dide, as the Lord comaundide to Moises.
Tako neka to bude za vas trajan zakon; jednom na godinu neka se nad Izraelcima obavi obred pomirenja za sve njihove grijehe.” Mojsije je učinio kako mu je Jahve naredio.
