Leviticus 12

1 And the Lord spak to Moises, `and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,

Y habló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

2 and thou schalt seie to hem, If a womman, whanne sche hath resseyued seed, childith a knaue child, sche schal be vnclene bi seuene daies bi the daies of departyng of corrupt blood, that renneth bi monethis;

Habla a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: La mujer cuando concibiere, y pariere varón, será inmunda siete días: conforme a los días del apartamiento de su menstruo será inmunda.

3 and the yong child schal be circumsidid in the eiytithe dai.

Y al octavo día circuncidará la carne de su prepucio.

4 Sotheli sche schal dwelle thre and thretti daies in the blood of hir purifiyng; sche schal not touche ony hooli thing, nethir sche schal entre in to the seyntuarie, til the daies of her clensing be fillid.

Y treinta y tres días estará en las sangres de su purgación: ninguna cosa santa tocará, ni vendrá al santuario, hasta que sean cumplidos los días de su purgación.

5 Sotheli if sche childith a female, sche schal be vnclene twei woukis, bi the custom of flowyng of vnclene blood, and `thre scoor and sixe daies sche schal dwelle in the blood of her clensyng.

Y si pariere hembra, será inmunda dos semanas, conforme a su apartamiento, y sesenta y seis días estará en las sangres de su purificación.

6 And whanne the daies of hir clensyng, for a sone, ether for a douytir, ben fillid, sche schal brynge a lomb of o yeer in to brent sacrifice, and a `bryd of a culuer, ethir a turtle, for synne, to the dore of the tabernacle of witnessyng;

Y desde que los días de su purgación fueren cumplidos, por hijo, o por hija, traerá un cordero de un año para holocausto; y un palomino, o una tórtola para expiación, a la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, al sacerdote.

7 and sche schal yyue to the preest, which schal offre tho bifor the Lord, and schal preye for hir, and so sche schal be clensid fro the fowyng of hir blood. This is the lawe of a womman childynge a male, ethir a female.

Y ofrecerlo ha delante de Jehová, y reconciliarla ha, y será limpia del flujo de su sangre. Esta es la ley de la que pariere macho, o hembra.

8 That if hir hond fyndith not, nethir may offre a lomb, sche schal take twei turtlis, ethir twei `briddis of culueres, oon in to brent sacrifice, and the tother for synne; and the preest schal preye for hir, and so sche schal be clensid.

Y si no alcanzare su mano asaz para cordero, entonces tomará dos tórtolas, o dos palominos, uno para holocausto, y otro para expiación: y reconciliarla ha el sacerdote, y será limpia.
