Jude 1
1 Judas, the seruaunt of Jhesu Crist, and brother of James, to these that ben louyd, that ben in God the fadir, and to hem that ben clepid and kept of Jhesu Crist,
Iuda, rob al lui Isus Hristos și frate al lui Iacov, către cei chemați, sfințițiți de Dumnezeu Tatăl și păstrați pentru Isus Hristos:
2 mercy, and pees, and charite be fillid to you.
Fie ca mila, pacea și dragostea să vă fie înmulțite.
3 Moost dere britheren, Y doynge al bisynesse to write to you of youre comyn helthe, hadde nede to write to you, and preye to striue strongli for the feith that is onys takun to seyntis.
Preaiubiților, deși eram foarte nerăbdător să vă scriu despre mântuirea noastră comună, am fost silit să vă scriu pentru a vă îndemna să vă luptați cu tărie pentru credința care a fost dată sfinților o dată pentru totdeauna.
4 For summe vnfeithful men priueli entriden, that sum tyme weren bifore writun in to this dom, and ouerturnen the grace of oure God in to letcherie, and denyen hym that is oneli a Lord, oure Lord Jhesu Crist.
Pentru că sunt unii oameni care s-au strecurat pe ascuns, chiar cei despre care s-a scris demult pentru această condamnare: oameni nelegiuiți, care transformă harul Dumnezeului nostru în indecență și neagă pe singurul nostru Stăpân, Dumnezeu și Domn, Isus Hristos.
5 But Y wole moneste you onys, that witen alle thingis, that Jhesus sauyde his puple fro the lond of Egipt, and the secunde tyme loste hem that bileueden not.
Vreau să vă amintesc, deși știți deja, că Domnul, după ce a izbăvit un popor din țara Egiptului, a nimicit pe cei ce nu au crezut.
6 And he reseruede vndur derknesse aungels, that kepten not her prinshod, but forsoken her hous, in to the dom of the greet God, in to euerlastynge bondis. (aïdios g126)
Pe îngerii care nu și-au păstrat primul domeniu, ci și-au părăsit propria locuință, i-a ținut în legături veșnice, sub întuneric, pentru judecata din ziua cea mare. (aïdios g126)
7 As Sodom, and Gomorre, and the nyy coostid citees, that in lijk maner diden fornycacioun, and yeden awei aftir othir fleisch, and ben maad ensaumple, suffrynge peyne of euerelastinge fier. (aiōnios g166)
La fel ca Sodoma și Gomora și orașele din jurul lor, care, la fel ca acestea, s-au dedat la imoralitate sexuală și au umblat după trupuri străine, sunt arătate ca exemplu, suferind pedeapsa focului veșnic. (aiōnios g166)
8 In lijk maner also these that defoulen the fleisch, and dispisen lordschip, and blasfemen mageste.
Și totuși, în același mod, și aceștia, în visteria lor, spurcă carnea, disprețuiesc autoritatea și calomniază ființele cerești.
9 Whanne Myyhel, arkaungel, disputide with the deuel, and stroof of Moises bodi, he was not hardi to brynge in dom of blasfemye, but seide, The Lord comaunde to thee.
Dar Mihail, arhanghelul Mihail, când se certa cu diavolul și discuta despre trupul lui Moise, nu a îndrăznit să aducă împotriva lui o condamnare abuzivă, ci a spus: “Domnul să te certe!”.
10 But these men blasfemen, what euer thingis thei knowen not. For what euer thingis thei knowen kyndli as doumbe beestis, in these thei ben corupt.
Aceștia însă vorbesc de rău despre orice lucru pe care nu-l cunosc. Ei sunt distruși în aceste lucruri pe care le înțeleg în mod natural, asemenea creaturilor fără rațiune.
11 Wo to hem that wenten the weie of Caym, and that ben sched out bi errour of Balaam for mede, and perischiden in the ayenseiyng of Chore.
Vai de ei! Pentru că au mers pe calea lui Cain, au alergat cu destrăbălare în rătăcirea lui Balaam, pentru a fi plătiți, și au pierit în răzvrătirea lui Core.
12 These ben in her metis, feestynge togidere to filthe, with out drede fedinge hemsilf. These ben cloudis with out watir, that ben borun aboute of the wyndis; heruest trees with out fruyt, twies deed, drawun vp bi the roote;
Aceștia sunt recife stâncoase ascunse în ospețele voastre de dragoste, când se ospătează cu voi, păstori care fără teamă se hrănesc singuri; nori fără apă, purtați de vânturi; pomi de toamnă fără rod, morți de două ori, smulși din rădăcini;
13 wawis of the woode see, fomynge out her confusiouns; errynge sterris, to whiche the tempest of derknessis is kept with outen ende. (aiōn g165)
valuri sălbatice ale mării, care își scot spuma rușinii lor; stele rătăcitoare, cărora le-a fost rezervată pentru totdeauna negura întunericului. (aiōn g165)
14 But Enoch, the seuenthe fro Adam, profeciede of these, and seide, Lo! the Lord cometh with hise hooli thousandis,
Despre acestea a profețit și Enoh, al șaptelea de la Adam, care a spus: “Iată, Domnul a venit cu zece mii de sfinți ai săi,
15 to do dom ayens alle men, and to repreue alle vnfeithful men of alle the werkis of the wickidnesse of hem, bi whiche thei diden wickidli, and of alle the harde wordis, that wyckid synneris han spoke ayens God.
pentru a judeca pe toți și pentru a-i condamna pe toți cei nelegiuiți de toate faptele lor de impietate pe care le-au făcut în mod nelegiuit și de toate lucrurile grele pe care păcătoșii nelegiuiți le-au spus împotriva lui”.
16 These ben grutcheris ful of pleyntis, wandrynge aftir her desiris; and the mouth of hem spekith pride, worschipinge persoones, bi cause of wynnyng.
Aceștia sunt murmurători și plângăcioși, umblând după poftele lor — și gura lor vorbește lucruri mândre — arătând respect de persoane pentru a obține avantaje.
17 And ye, moost dere britheren, be myndeful of the wordis, whiche ben bifor seid of apostlis of oure Lord Jhesu Crist; whiche seiden to you,
Dar voi, preaiubiților, aduceți-vă aminte de cuvintele care au fost rostite mai înainte de apostolii Domnului nostru Isus Hristos.
18 that in the laste tymes ther schulen come gilours, wandringe aftir her owne desiris, not in pitee.
Ei v-au spus: “În vremurile din urmă vor fi batjocoritori, care vor umbla după poftele lor nelegiuite.”
19 These ben, whiche departen hemsilf, beestli men, not hauynge spirit.
Aceștia sunt cei care provoacă dezbinare și sunt senzuali, neavând Duhul Sfânt.
20 But ye, moost dere britheren, aboue bilde you silf on youre moost hooli feith, and preye ye in the Hooli Goost,
Iar voi, iubiților, zidiți-vă pe credința voastră cea sfântă, rugându-vă în Duhul Sfânt.
21 and kepe you silf in the loue of God, and abide ye the merci of oure Lord Jhesu Crist in to lijf euerlastynge. (aiōnios g166)
Păstrați-vă în dragostea lui Dumnezeu, așteptând îndurarea Domnului nostru Isus Hristos pentru viața veșnică. (aiōnios g166)
22 And repreue ye these men that ben demed,
Pe unii îi compătimește, făcând distincție,
23 but saue ye hem, and take ye hem fro the fier. And do ye merci to othere men, in the drede of God, and hate ye also thilke defoulid coote, which is fleischli.
iar pe alții îi mântuiește, smulgându-i cu frică din foc, urând chiar și hainele pătate de carne.
24 But to him that is miyti to kepe you with out synne, and to ordeyne bifore the siyt of his glorie you vnwemmed in ful out ioye, in the comynge of oure Lord Jhesu Crist, to God aloone oure sauyour,
Iar Celui ce poate să-i păzească de poticnire și să vă înfățișeze fără greșeală în fața slavei Lui, cu mare bucurie,
25 bi Jhesu Crist oure Lord, be glorie, and magnefiyng, empire, and power, bifore alle worldis, `and now and in to alle worldis of worldis. Amen. (aiōn g165)
lui Dumnezeu, Mântuitorul nostru, singurul înțelept, fie slava și maiestatea, stăpânirea și puterea, acum și pururea și în vecii vecilor. Amin. (aiōn g165)
